We have stayed here many times, but this was our first in a 1 bedroom part of a lock-off unit - and probably our last. Even though we found nothing wrong with the unit we had, we like to spread out more than was allowed. Highly recommend the pizza at Page Springs Winery, goes pretty good with a set of tastings. We also had one of the best burgers we've had recently at Cafe Jose. The resort is undergoing some construction but we noticed no noise. Most of the units have fantastic views of Sed... Read more

This is a quiet resort. You are just a few blocks off the main road. You are in a residential neiborhood. The rooms are clean with a kitchen and all the utensils to make a great meal. The pool was just a short walk from the room we stayed at.

We stayed at the Wyndham Sedona for a short three night stay while returning our five year old grandson to his mother in Phoenix. Our daughter met us there such that we didn't have to drive so far and to get away herself for the weekend. The Wyndham was such a great place for our family stay. It is so friendly and family oriented. We arrived on Friday afternoon and were immediately welcomed with a free ice cream social. My wife and my grandson had an ice cream Sunday while I had a root beer fl... Read more

It's called a resort but it's really a timeshare, although that really wasn't the problem. The room had some issues, such as the door to the bathroom scraped the toilet as you opened and closed it. The rest of the room was just cramped and the front door kept getting caught on the closet door. Again, for the price it just felt too small. The lighting in the entire resort was very dark. I could barely see at all by the pool. (That may be by design since the entire resort was dark and very quiet).... Read more

Well, I booked. Asked for a lower floor, due to limited leg and lower back movement. When I checked in, I was given a ground floor. The room is for wheelchair access. I told the manager that it won't work for me due to my not being able to reach so low. Every thing was for access in a chair only. I was told that it was a standard room. Well, I wasn't getting anywhere. I knew I was being scammed. I designed such rooms for a living. I told them so. I was then told they would send their mainta... Read more

Staff is wonderful. Just the right amount of activities and excellent recommendations for the surrounding area, attractions and eating. The unit is fantastic with a nice view. Easy access to everything we wanted to do. Checked in with Erick and Joe gave us ideas of what to check out during our stay. Loved it and want to come back.

The bitter part is having to deal with Wyndham Activities desk just to get the parking pass The sweet part is having the condo to stay in. Do not allow them to talk you into a meeting. It will last 60 to 90 minutes and they tell you all of the wonderful reasons to own. It's a lie. It is not a good investment. I have money invested in Wyndham and cannot give it away

Could t have asked for more professional or wonderful employees. Everyone went out of their way to make us feel at home. The rooms were incredibly clean and the pool was gorgeous. The grounds were kept in amazing condition as well. Can't wait to go back. Couldn't go wrong with a stay here to visit the amazing Sedona area.

Entering our second floor unit involved pieces of broken concrete, on the sidewalk, and on the stairs. It was a safety hazard. The accommodation (one bedroom suite) was one of the oddest configured we've ever been in. A large bedroom for a kingsize bed, and a decent size bathroom were ok. However, the living/kitchen/eating area was smaller than the bedroom and triangular in shape. You couldn't actually sit at the table without moving it from its cramped corner location. A couch provided ... Read more

These condos are the prefect location for your Sedona stay. I wish we stayed here for a week! They have two spacious bedrooms and a very large kitchen/living room area. We slept another kid out in the sleeper sofa there. We were able to prepare meals and sit around a table when we wanted to. Having two full bathrooms was wonderful. Lastly the laundry room was just what we needed to keep our clothes from staying dirty our whole trip. The house is very clean and fully stocked with towels, utensils... Read more

We spent the most amazing time at Sedona. The best part was due to our suite, it was very specious, it has everything you need for cooking, washing clothes, washing dishes, a hot tub and shower too! I advise you purchase groceries at Safeway or Wholefoods which are on your way to the resort. No one will come to clean while you are there, you are responsible to pick up your own trash and get it out whenever you want to. The staff is friendly and they have special activities and events. We stayed for 3 nights in a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo with a washer and dryer. It is a timeshare, and they do try to sell you, but we said no. You would think it would be in better shape if trying to sell you on it. It was perfect for our needs though in terms of space and location. In west Sedona so close to trails but further from downtown, which was preferable for us. Safeway grocery is across the street and has reasonable prices and fresh food, even a nice wine selection. It was clean e... Read more

The staff is OUTSTANDING. The concierge staff was incredibly helpful with setting up tours. Their advice was spot on. The person who lead hiking and events was also fantastic. She gave us great tips on trails and she sings a mean karaoke. The room was ok. We don't stay in time share resorts often so we did not know there was not daily maid service. That was an "us problem" not the resort but something others may want to note. Our TV did not and we called to have it fixed. The first answ... Read more
