The hotel is right off the main street of Sedona. You walk easily to enormous shopping, restaurants, people traffic and a thoroughly enjoyable Sedona environment. Comfortable rooms with outstanding views of the surrounding mountains. Breakfast is fine and is provided in the attached restaurant/bar from 6 - 10 AM - about a one minute walk. We were very pleased. Drive to all the mountain and hiking sites. We spent 5 days there. It was a delight. Pool is right in front of the mountains.

Great location for walking to all of the shops and down to the creek below. Sweeping views from a generous balcony, free water bottles in the lobby, along with cucumber and lemon water. Breakfast is generous, make your own Belgian waffles, cereal, hard boiled eggs, pastries, yogurt and fruit. The restaurant, 8 Agave is fantastic. We stayed at Enchantment twice before and loved it, but it is a trek to town.

We stayed at The Orchards for the final night of a 5 day Arizona driving trip. We arrived from a long day in Page, checked in, obtained some drinks for the room and sat on the balcony where we relaxed - looked at the great views, sipped - looked at the great views, and enjoyed being in Sedona one more time. It was the perfect ending to our trip. The location in town was everything we hoped for; very central location and yet quiet. The staff was very helpful and provided the perfect recommendat... We recently stayed for a "girls getaway" on a road trip from CA. Orchards Inn is in the center of Sedona and after looking at other accommodations I was very glad to have ease of walking around the town. Sedona can be challenging with parking. The restaurant 88 Agave is awesome. Everyone who we met was lovely. Also with the location of the inn facing the red rocks it's hard to imagine lacking a view.

We arrived today and very disappointed in the quality of the room. To start, the closet doors are off track, the frig is freezing our sodas, the patio door sticks and the room is dated and dingy, We will be discussing our issues with management in the morning but a major disappointment this property,

What a great inn right in the heart of Sedona yet removed just enough to be able to kick back and relax without the hustle and bustle of town. The rooms are very comfortable and the views are outstanding. The staff was amazing, even when we had a odd request, they came through. The complementary breakfast was plentiful. We enjoyed our stay here immensely.

We stayed in a King Studio room, which was great for our needs. The Red Rock views from our balcony were stunning. You are in the heart of Uptown, quite yet convenient to walking, shops, and restaurants. They are in the process of remodeling some rooms, they were able to accommodate us and moved us to an area not being remodeled, which was quiet.

We just stayed at the Orchards Inn on our way to San Diego. It is located near many Sedona shops and restaurants. But It is a mixed review for me. The room was beautifully appointed but it was a very hot day so our air conditioner labored and had a hard time cooling down. Another challenge especially for senior travelers is that there is no elevator to upper or lower rooms so you must carry your luggage up or down flagstone staircases. On the plus side--Our patio doors opened to a spect... Read more

The motel was nice with an AWESOME view of the Sedona scenery. What made our stay extraordinary was the front end staff, Kevin, who answered all my questions and gave plenty of great recommendations to make our stay very memorable. His knowledge didn't stop at local attractions but continued with route and best views for the Grand Canyon.

We thought this was a great hotel. We were on the second floor. The room had a bedroom, living room, kitchen, bathroom and a balcony with great views. I would definitely stay here again. Parking was free. The only downside was a small, crowded lobby when checking in.

The views and location are excellent. However, the lower rooms need to be remodeled. The toilet seems like a toddler size and height. There are no ventilating windows and you have to leave your door gaped to get fresh air. This is not code legal either.

I just got back from a two-night stay at Orchards Inn. My husband and I took our two young kids (6 years and 3 years) and stayed in a room facing the red rocks and the pool area. Morning coffee on our patio overlooking the pool and the red rock mountains...postcard perfect. Be sure to check out the spa and resort at the bottom of the stairs past the pool. We enjoyed fine dining there on Oak Creek at Cress Room was fine for three nights with teens. Breakfast was a perfect jump start to busy days.

WE stayed in the The Orchards Inn from 6.14-6.18. The hotel was quite, clean, family friendly and close to all the attractions in Sedona. Located on Highway 89; the Orchards is tucked in behind the Agave restaurant where a small breakfast served to the hotel guests. Our room came with a balcony which faced the famous red rocks of Sedona. Good value for the money.

We got one of the suites with gas fireplace and pull out couch, plenty of room for a family of five and had mini kitchen too. Great location in the heart of Sedona, easy access to everything, free decent breakfast at the 89Agave and very accommodating staff esp. Kevin. Good view and nice pool and jacuzzi which our teens dominated, hope we weren't too rambunctious but I think we were!

My awesome husband booked this hotel for us as an early Christmas present. We called abouta month before our trip for some travel advice and the staff was very friendly and helpful in making some of our decisions. The room was clean and had the most awesome view from our balcony. It is right in the middle of Uptown Sedona. You can pretty much leave your car parked and have it all, shops, bars, restaurants, etc. Hands down would stay there again.

Being a family of 4 with 2 teenagers, we had booked a suite with a pullout couch. The additional space was definitely worth it. The hotel is conveniently located just off the main street, surrounded by shops, restaurants and all the possible excursion companies in Sedona. We really enjoyed our stay here. Yes, it's a motel, but it's very nice and actually works well with Sedona's usually-fine weather. The rooms are especially great for families, as they are huge and offer two full vanities -- one in the bathroom, and one just outside it. Sure, it looks a little strange, but it means that two people can get ready at once (or one person can get ready while someone else showers). The patio/deck outside the sliding-glass door with views of the Red Rocks is great, ... Read more

We stayed at the Orchards Inn while at the end of our vacation. The room had a very nice view and was quite spacious. About the only complaint (which could have been an issue) was that the front door was clearly not totally secure. Whoever matched the lock and door jam did not do a good job! I would also say that our whole reservation process was not good as the reservations were lost twice, and we felt lucky to get a room.

Although it is agreed that views are spectacular, Orchard Inn fell short of our expectations. Stinky dirty carpets. Cheap/tired furniture. Gross bathrooms/toilets. Dingy towels. It was beautifulllllllll, so comfortable. would stay there over and over! It had 2 queen beds, a sofabed, a fireplace-we didnt need- but huge room. 3 si... Read more

We originally planned to stay 3 days and extended it to 4, that's how happy we were with Sedona and with Orchards Inn, the Staff was amazing, friendly, helpful, went out of their way to suggest places to visit, they made this trip memorable, specially Garry the G.M., also Kevin in the front desk, Loved the rooms, the views from our room (204)(pics included) seemed like a postcard, loved the breakfast, loved "89 Agave", the cantina in the front of Orchards, we went every afternoon for happy hour... Bathroom set up is cheap and outdated. Was not impressed by the layout or furniture. For a "suite" I expect a nice vanity and bathroom in the same room! The walls between rooms are thin and we could hear the guests in the next room talking. This is specially uncomfortable when its a family and you are there on a romantic getaway! Also a fully functional TV would be nice. The room views are nice and the staff is friendly but unless your going to spend the entire time talking to staff and looking... Read more

We stayed at the Orchards Inn recently and loved our stay. We wish we could have stayed longer. We had a great time walking down to the creek and around Old Town Sedona. This was an ideal location. The service at the hotel was great and the rooms were nicely equipped and updated. We'll definitely be back!

Our second floor room at the Orchards Inn had beautiful views of the Red Rock Canyon. Both nights we sat on the balcony with cocktails and watched the sunset. This time was the very best part of our trip. We were upgraded to a suite at check in and it was large and nicely furnished. We enjoyed the whole experience--the views, the perfect location in the middle of Sedona, the breakfast, the free cookie coupon at the Hike House (delicious) and the discounted meal at the hotel's excellent restauran... A little difficult to find as it has a driveway off the main street behind the shops lining the main street - so watch for their sign. We were greeted warmly and the check in was quick, efficient and the agent quickly outlined a few highlights of the area (very knowledgeable). We were upgraded to a suite as one was available. The room was large and comfortable and included a kitchenette -- a little on the older side style- wise (especially in the bath). But very clean. A small patio with cha... Read more

The Inn is centrally located in town which is great because you can walk to everything. The rooms are a little dated, but very clean and comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The pool was small but adequate, clean, and quiet.. The view of the red rock formations from our balcony was outstanding. There is a free continental breakfast at the Agave restaurant across the parking lot. I would definitely recommend a stay here.

We have stayed here four times and love the views from every room we have had. This time we went for a suite. Here are a few issues: Bathroom was not connected to the bedroom. Shower and tub very small and smelly shower curtain. Internet service is terrible. They really need a booster to get service to rooms far away from their router. Lock assembly came apart when I opened the door to the balcony. On the positive side, the staff is extremely pleasant and accommodating. The views are th... Read more

A very comfortable hotel in the middle of Down Town Second. When we checked in we were told we had a complementary breakfast (result). There was plenty of choice and fresh food being broughtbup all the time. Our room was on the reception level looking over the valley and mountains. Glorious moon and sun rise. The room itself was large and comfortable. Only gripe!!! It's hard to find as the sign is small and it's behind other buildings

Our view was outstanding, whether on property or right from our room. Spectacular view!!! The room was excellent, new furnishings. The bathroom needed updating. A new shower and sinks would bring this review up to a 5. The pool area is great, again because of the spectacular view. Could use updating. The breakfast was cereals and muffins, etc. The second morning, we skipped the free breakfast and ate a delicious breakfast nearby. Hotel staff were nice and the view makes the hotel worth ... Lovely hotel in a fantastic location with free parking. Friendly owners who could not do enough to help. Rooms a good size with outside seating area with lovely views. Pool area very nice. Breakfast buffet which was included in the rate and served in the adjacent restaurant was fresh and plentiful. Although not cheap it was in line with most central Sedona hotels we looked at and were really pleased with our choice.

Friendly staff accommodated a last minute trip to Sedona. We stayed in 404 - a 2 queen studio style room. It was a big and the beds and pillows were very comfortable. My only complaints are: being right next to the public (?) walkway to the viewing area and the fact that 2 greenhouse style windows facing the walkway (one in the bathroom) made lots of noise during windy periods and gave you a strange feeling while using the bathroom with people strolling by. Yes, there were blinds, but still, a w... Read more

I have only positive things to say about this hotel. Checkin was fine. We got a King Suite room. This room had a fireplace. We didn't use it as it's not cold yet, but it looked nice in the corner. They got us in early as requested, their rooms have the perfect views of Snoopy Rock, etc. After a two hour Pink Jeep tour-fantastic- we came back for a soak in the hot tub and swim in the pool followed by room service on our private deck overlooking twinkly lights on the mountainside. We just stayed here for two nights. It is in an excellent toon, just off the main strip but set back far enough not to be in any way noisy even with Halloween crowds. The room itself gas a superb view over the famous red rocks. It was very nicely appointed and very large.
