We enjoyed our stay at the Hilton. It was not to far from town so the location was good. The room and hotel were nice. The pool and hot tub were also nice. Of course, there some things that were not great but they are to petty to complain about. Overall we enjoyed our stay. It was clean and comfortable which is most important to us.

The Hilton is nice, has great views of Bell Rock, and the Suites are spacious. The staff was very helpful with advice on hikes, scenery, and restaurants. This is in a great location for hiking and close to some restaurants and stores, but is a few miles from downtown Sedona. Highly recommend The Hilton Sedona!

Perfect. Everything is perfect about this place. Location, employees, Mike the concierge, Tami at the bar, the rooms, the spa, the pool areas. The only thing I can say that would help just a little, was to let me know that i can use the Spa for free to sit in the sauna, hot tub, etc... I only learned this after the 3rd day. But it was ok. I was completely satisfied with our suite room. We didn't use the fireplace but tried it out and looked romantic. The room was cleaned and made up every... Read more

Due to our travel schedule, we could only stay on night, but it was pretty good nevertheless. We arrived around 1pm and asked if our room was ready, it wasn't but the front desk offered a room without a view for us if we want to check in early. We decided to opt out and wait for the better room. The front desk then gave us a room key so we can use the spa to change and get ready for our hiking activities in the afternoon. Good start! When we got to the spa, the service downgraded a lot. The fr... Read more

Not bad and we were treated well. Our stay was very good and would recommend to others. location is not in main town which we liked. Thought would get tired of the short drive to main area of town but we couldn't get tired of the views. We had a short visit so that helped.

The Sedona Hilton has beautiful views of the red rocks. The facilities are nice with pool and bar and a restaurant that has outdoor seating. Breakfast on the veranda with a morning breeze is a great way to start the day.

The room/hotel was a bit warm. The fitness center was hard to locate. The room was nice and there was a great view. The room has a balcony and room for two people to sit. In the lobby there is a concierge available to assist with planning trips.

A picture is worth a thousand words....but not for this Hilton property. The hotel is a bit dated and need to improve on it's services. We spent 1 night at the hotel and the wi-fi service was working for less than 6 hours during our stay. Also, the air conditioning setting seems to be off when we had it at 68, it felt like it was in the mid-70's. Location is close to the visitor center and restaurants...but far from the city center. I probably would save some bucks and stay at another hotel when... Read more

We loved our stay at the Hilton Sedona this past week! At check-in, our daughters were given complimentary Shirley Temples and the front desk staff were very friendly. Our third floor room was spacious and our balcony was relaxing. We enjoyed the pools which weren't overcrowded and they had plenty of room to swim around in. I highly recommend this hotel and we will definitely return in the future.

A little less than what you'd expect from a Hilton, but breakfast was good as was the spa. The beds are older spring mattresses, so that was substandard. It's also a little bit south of Sedona, so would expect more around the hotel. Otherwise, it was good.

We stayed here 3 nights and enjoyed ourselves. Located on the outskirts of Sedona which lowered the price a bit. Beautiful modern interior design with artsy touches to keep it warm feeling. We had a lunch out on the veranda and ate appetizers in the bar one evening. Adequate hotel type food with comfortable service. Pool service was very good and area sufficient, although not really what I'd consider "resort" standards coming from Hawaii. Overall the staffs' morale and training seemed good wh... Read more

Gas fireplace in living area. Spacious bath room, bed very comfortable. Located outside of Sedona but close to many hiking trails. Beautiful golf course next door. We slept like babies every night...it was so quiet. The three hikes that we did were only a few minutes drive from the hotel. The drive from the hotel into Sedona is spectacular. I booked the hotel for my anniversary with my wife in Sedona. I learned that this isn't the place to book if you are planning to be very active in the daytime and return later in the evening. The reason for this is because the resort charges a user fee each day and if leaving before breakfast (7 am) and returning at night, the facilities you are paying for will not be used, such as the Olympic sized pool that closes early or the spa. Basically the resort charge is for parking if you are active l... Read more

Beautiful hotel! Great pools. Comfortable beds and the suite floor plan was perfect for our 10-month old crawler to get some much needed exercise after being in the car a few hours. The only hiccup was the room appeared very clean but as my son crawled on the floor we noticed his feet and legs were turning black. We brought it to the attention of the staff. Even with this issue i would still recommend this hotel and I'd stay here again

Room accommodation was great; comfortable and tidy. The restaurant bar was a mess. The workers didn't know how to make certain basic drinks, they did not have adequate restocking of items. One of the waiters brought a "Mexican coffee" when I ordered an Americano. When he returned with the "correct drink" it was some sort of coffee/milk combo. They were very disorganized. The spa pool, which we assumed was for a relaxing spa experience, was overrun by obnoxious kids. This was despite having an ... Read more

The city is beautiful and it looked like a good place to be our base camp for trips to Grand Canyon, etc. It was very nice but didn't meet the expectations I had for it. We had a good stay at the Hilton. The rate was very reasonable for a one bedroom including breakfast for 4 (2 adults and 2 children). The location is very good and we also had a nice view of the mountains. We found the walls to be thin. Perhaps we were just not lucky with our neighbors. Also the restaurant was fine for breakfast but not that good for lunch or dinner.

Sedona, of course, is beautiful. Really any place you stay in Sedona is going to have phenomenal views. However, this review isn't on Sedona. As a hotel, this property has average rooms. We had a king-bed handicapped suite that was supposedly a bit bigger than most one-bedroom suites. It was certainly big enough for the 3 of us. The suite had a sink, microwave and refrigerator. The hotel is around 10 miles from downtown Sedona. There's a small shopping center nearby with a couple of good restaurants, but otherwise you're pretty isolated. We arrived at 3:45 pm, but weren't allowed to check in until the official check-in time of 4:00. I am a Hilton Honors member and stay almost exclusively at Hilton properties. When you stay at one in a supposedly "chill" place like Sedona, Arizona, I guess I expected a bit more friendly with this stay. Front office staff was okay - kind of robotic. When I called down to get the wifi code that was not given to me, I was put on hold three times for about 7 minutes. Frankly, that is so rare, I was astounded. Aside from that, the concierge was very cool - "Betsy." And, "Cherry" who waited on me ... Read more

Yes, "ants". The hotel is nice, but we had to change rooms because of the ants in our room by the fireplace. This is one of the most comfortable hotels I have visited. The mini suites are well laid out and inviting. I would have spent more time in the room but for the beautiful surrounding and environment. This great location is excellent for conferences and would be good for business trips. It is a little expensive for vacations and does not have a lot of eating options. Right down the street are a number of excellent resources that would make a stay at this hotel worth while.

Had a very nice vacation at this hotel. You can't go wrong with 3 beautiful pools, a delicious breakfast buffet and a sincerely friendly staff. Only issue I ran into was that the AC did not go as low as I like it to be when sleeping.

Good location. My room was very nice and comfortable, however for the price I was disappointed with a number of other things: The Spa experience was very disappointing. No robes, no rubber flip flops, I was checked in and left to wander back to the spa without a key for the locker - so I had to come back to the desk to inquiry about it. For a large resort the lack of restaurants was disappointing - and the menu was only so-so. I didn't appreciate having to ask for bottled water each morn... Read more

Good location outside of Sedona but not far from downtown area. Gorgeous views from this hotel. I was disappointed to know that there was some confusion with guest rooms. A couple had been sent to two rooms that were already occupied. We did not have that problem but think their front desk could do better than that at a Hilton. Room was very nice.

I joined my wife during her conference at the hotel. We had a great room with plenty of space. Our kids enjoyed the kids pool and had a great time. We were disappointed in the restaurant on Friday night though. The food came out very slowly and not all at once, Our order took in excess of 45 minutes to be complete. The food was excellent. Staffing should have been adjusted when they knew a large group was in house.

We stayed four nights at Hilton Sedona at Bell Rock. The staff was very attentive, texting us to see if we needed anything. Our kids enjoyed the pool area. We enjoyed the fires, both gas and wood, that were available at night on their patios. We will be back.

We've come here for a half-week conference three times over the last 18 years or so, and always enjoy the resort. The rooms are nice, we like the separate bedroom and living room with the comfortable couch. We like the kitchenette for simple breakfasts and leftovers (empty fridge and a microwave) though I wish they had at least a few utensils and plates. Sometimes we've had the to die-for Bell Rock view, this time it was of one of the pools, which was fine. We really enjoyed the free washer an... Read more

When we go to Sedona we always stay at the Hilton Resort! The rooms are wonderful and even have fireplaces, for those colder nights. The pools are heated so you can swim anytime. The restaurant is very good with indoor/outdoor seating. The staff is friendly and very accommodating! Just a great place to stay!

As a gold HHonor, they only give you $28 per room for breakfast. We paid an additional $60/day for a family of 4 just for breakfast. Not typical for a Hilton and honestly subpar.
