Overall the hotel was acceptable.
-The hotel was so loud at night from people partying we could not sleep.
When we asked for a quieter room they informed us they were at full capacity.
-The rooms were small and the walls were thin.
- We did like the grounds and pool area.
- The maid service never refilled our toiletries and we were there for 5 days."

"I'm a local here but Scottsdale is a bit of a drive for me & my boyfriend so we decided to get a room near the Good Guys car show since we were going to be there both Saturday & Sunday. Very happy with Zona and we are already planning on staying there again for the Barrett-Jackson show in March! These clearly used to be apartments, which is awesome because it's so much cozier than a standard hotel room. Great little lounge too! I always enjoy being able to throw back a few cold ones without worrying about driving. Didn't get a chance to sample the food at their restaurant but that is on our to-do list for next time! All around great experience, no complaints."

"We went to the Zona with over 35 people to attend my sisters wedding. Thought the outside of the hotel was wonderful, that was where the beauty stayed. The service absolutly sucked and the food was way over priced: the food that they catered for my sisters wedding was horrible as well. I personaly had to call three times to have someone pick up our mulitple bags of trash that were left by our neighbors door. Many of the members of our party did not get there rooms cleaned. When we had the pool reserved there were no towels and then when I call to have some brough, there was not enough. Then many of us recieved multiple charges for things that were not charged by us, including a grand total of $900 overcharged to the bride and groom.. When reporting this, there was no aplogies and we are still trying to get a charge dropped off our credit card that was for something we didnt buy. I will never suggest this hotel to any one. Again it is way over priced, very poor service and financial issues all over the place."

"Upon arrival I was told my reservations were for last month. Luckly I had my printed confirmation showing the dates of my arrival and departure. Manager was called and I was booked into an unground dungeon like room. When I went back to ask for a different room closer to what I had booked I was told they had nothing else and the room I was in is what is given to online bookings and if I cared to come back after 4pm perhaps they could find something else. The room had no windows just a siding glass door that looked out a cinder block wall with no where to sit and looked out above the wall to the sidewalk. There was not a refrigerator nor anyplace to get ice. Hardly the one bedroom suite I had booked. Never again :("

"The television was hung crooked on the wall. You had to turn your head if you wanted to watch tv.
The bathtub didn't have any grips so you could easily slip.
There was a large wasp nest outside our door.
The airconditioning unit leaked leaving a large wet area in the carpet and the ceiling had opened up from the water leaking.
The room itself was too small for two double beds - hard to move around in the room."

"Comfy beds and super friendly staff.The minus's were our bathroom was a little dirty some hairs and door wouldn't shut......made for some uncomfortable times with three girls sharing one bathroom.I think the pools need to be cleaned more as they were pretty dirty with tiles and hair floating in the water.......the salt water pools has actually MOLD on tiles.......OVERALL.......Good Value and comfy place to lay your head.I would go back.....hope they tend to there hotel a little more."

"The staff gets an A . The grounds,facilities get an A. The room gets an F. It was clean, but totally non-functional. There was a small flat screen TV on the wall - not operable. However, there was a large flat screen TV on the desk - taking up the whole desk. The room had no workspace. Furniture was junk. No refrigerator."
