Luxurious resort. I loved the interior waterfalls, spectacular views of the golf course and lazy river pool combination. I didn't love paying top dollar for a resort and only having free wifi in the lobby. I needed wifi to run my white noise sleep app but would have had to pay for it in 4 hour(expensive) increments. Ridiculous!

My kids loved the Westin here. So kid friendly and so much for them to do. Upon checking in the Westin Kierland makes the entire family feel special. The kids get a "passport", kind of like a scavenger hunt, to get stamps and get a prize. They loved it. We signed up for a Lego building activity and due to lack of participants they cancelled it but had two small Lego sets and milk and cookies delivered to our room. If my kids are happy, I'm happy and it makes it easier to relax. Love this... Read more

This resort is fantastic and allows for a great escape to enjoy golfing, pools or the lazy river. My wife enjoyed a great massage. It was hard for me to believe I was there actually working because it was so relaxing. The food choices were many and all were delicious and served with pride. The staff was attendant to every need.

The location, setting and service are top notch. Heck I'm not a golfer and the fairways were breathtaking enough to beckon me! Food was great too. The ONLY thing I would suggest is the rooms. They are a tad dated. Well kept but just not up to par with most resorts of this level. Oh yeah the outdoor fires and seating were on point. Go! You won't be disappointed!

I was pleasantly surprised with the location so close to Kierland Commons. Lots of shops and restaurants. I stayed here two weeks due to work and hotel service was very good. There is a full service spa, and very nice pool. The fitness center is average, based on size and type of equipment. It too nice not to go for a run outside anyway. The restaurants were good, with a decent Whiskey/Scotch bar. This is now my normal place to stay when in PHX.

Extremely nice property with lots to do. Restaurants, lounges, golf, close to shopping and 2 pools, 1 pool with a lazy river. Lots of places to relax in lobby area. Beautiful views all over the property. Exceptional Staff. Beautifully appointed rooms. Includes a Whiskey Library and tasting events. Delish desserts available for purchase in lobby in the evening hours. Bagpiper plays in the evenings. Nice outside dining area. Would def visit again if in area.

I visited the Westin Kierland Resort in December, and am just now getting around to reviewing.. Details below: Arrival / Check-in: The Westin Kierland is in Scottsdale, about half an hour from PHX. Easy drive and easy check-in. Service: There is not much for me to expound on with service, as I didn't have any special requests or spend any time in the facilities. I can say that the service was appropriate. Room: Standard King Room overlooked a courtyard area and the top of a lower roof and air ... Read more

Visited the Westin Kierland for a Honeywell symposium over 5 nights. We had a traditional room which was spacious and very well equipped. It was super clean and the staff was excellent and all very nice. Since everything was paid for by Honeywell, I can't say if it was a good value or not but everything was all at a very high level that I am not used to. Every night, they put on a show outside where they put a video on the side of the hotel. The video uses the hotel windows and structures so we... Read more

This resort is really great. We went during April vacation and should've written a review right away but- better late than never. We had a corner suite which had a refrigerator and a small kitchenette which was good (no stove or microwave though). The room was spacious, clean and the view was amazing. The facilities accommodate for all ages and while our children are older (past the daycare/ camp stage), they seem to have fantastic programs for young ones too. Check in was great and timely ... Since I am also a SPG member & have stayed in other Westins in the past, I asked if there was any chance of an upgrade and the very pleasant young man (Jordan) was able to oblige. This is a decent hotel if you are a local. The family pool wasn't too crowded but the lazy river was full of bugs. The lounge chairs could use an update. Hotel room was nice and we had a great view of the golf course. The food is way overpriced, even for a resort. We ate at local restaurants, since they are plentiful and offer more dining options.

My husband and I decided at the last minute to stop here on our way home from Tucson. We wanted a quick getaway after dropping off our daughter at college. We don't use valet, so our walk was a little far. We had a warm welcome upon arriving. Our room was really nice, spacious, clean and I've cold! We enjoyed the lazy river and pool very much. It was very crowded and the walls are thin, so you do here everything which is bad, but we still had a great time! Can't wait to go back!

We were here for a business conference but also made it a mini-vacation. The room was clean and comfortable, but our window overlooked a large awning and parking lot so we weren't able to enjoy much of a view. Had a very good time here a couple off weeks ago. Played the golf course many times and it was in good shape. Course is what you would expect from a resort course. Restaurants in resort had mixed reviews from our group but the pub at the golf course was a great lunch place. Service was excellent and I had two rooms for my stay both good however bathroom on main floor room plumbing wasn't the best. I would go back to this resort again and will go back.
