We wont a two night stay here at a silent auction for a charity we support. When we arrived our room was SERIOUSLY dated, and there were cockroaches. The sink was dirty, too. We called the front desk and there wasn't much they offered to do. Later (about an hour after check in) house keeping walked in on us to deliver stuff to the kitchenette area of the suite - my husband yelled at them to get out and at that point we made the decision not to even spend the night.

Last minute stay at this roach motel. I should have known better from reading the reviews and seeing the complete lack of an actual response from their General manager, richard. Just look at his responses to his customers complaints, generic and never addressing any of the issues mentioned. I hope the owners replace this man as he is clearly unfit to run a hotel. Room was Dusty and was not clean, sheets smelled like someone had a good time. Our bathroom was smelly and clearly had also not been c... Read more

We've been to the Cottonwoods twice in the last two years, and we do not recommend this place for families. The rooms are filthy and the service is horrible. One of the cleaning ladies was so rude and refused to clean the room one time for some strange reason. Lastly, if you like to eat good, clean and healthy food, them definitely find another place to stay because their restaurant is a joke.

A group of us stayed here. 9 of us arrived in my party alone. We were here for five days. My only negative would be how far we had to walk to get to breakfast in the morning. I personally am more than able to walk the distance. However we had a couple geriatric/elderly in our party that had a hard time walking the distance. And decided to skip morning breakfasts. The pool was good. But the whole "cabana" thing was unnecessary. As they were u monitored and unkept. Yet if anyone sat in one, they we... Read more
