Air-conditioned guestrooms at Meridian CondoResorts feature washers/dryers and coffee/tea makers. Rooms are all accessible via exterior corridors. Furnished balconies or patios offer golf course, pool, or courtyard views. All rooms include separate living rooms. Kitchens include stovetops, microwaves, refrigerators, and separate dining areas. Bathrooms feature deep soaking bathtubs, complimentary toiletries, and hair dryers. Wired high-speed and wireless Internet access is complimentary. Guestrooms offer cordless phones with voice mail, as well as free long-distance calls (restrictions may apply). 32-inch LCD televisions have cable channels and DVD/VCRs. Ceiling fans, windows that open, and irons/ironing boards are also provided. Housekeeping is available weekly.

Notifications and Fees:

• Reservations are required for golf tee times, massage services, and spa treatments. Reservations can be made by contacting the condo prior to arrival, using the contact information on the booking confirmation.
• Children 18 years old and younger stay free when occupying the parent or guardian's room, using existing bedding.

The following fees and deposits are charged by the property at time of service, check-in, or check-out.

• Pet fee: USD 40 per pet, per day (maximum USD 250 per stay)
• Weekly housekeeping provided; additional cleaning fee: USD 30-40 per day
• Crib (infant bed) fee: USD 15 per day
