Nice hotel with relaxing outdoor pool well located in Scottsdale. Special mention for Vuki on reception who went "over and above" to help us solve a problem. Excellent service, much appreciated! Very pleasant stay.

We really enjoyed our stay here , room was fab with a separate sitting area/kitchen. Free breakfast which was good. The social nights were great. We met some really lovely couples here. Free wifi, free bagged ice ,free parking and safety deposit box at reception. Good access to the 101. Pool was on the small side but was never really that busy. We will definitely return x

I enjoy staying at Hilton's Homewood brand because of the extra space and where you can stretch out. We attended a wedding and the location was ideal. There were several dry cleaners nearby that were able to press out clothes so we looked crisp for the event. The staff was very friendly and the rooms are very clean though a bit dated.

after telling the maids not to clean the rooms because we would be sleeping day hours, they came in between 9pm & 4am to clean... But only cleaned one of three rooms, But not before calling the rooms ( after being told not to disturb, the dnd sign was on the door in clear display) the maid calls in the middle of the day to wake us up to ask us if we wanted our rooms cleaned. A word to the wise, if you don't want to sleep this is the place to be.

We have stayed at Homewood Suites whenever we can. We appreciate the amenities this chain offers, especially the buffet breakfasts and evening socials. These amenities help with our food budget while on vacation. Having two separate rooms is also a plus. We always look for a Homewood Suites chain first when booking a vacation. We will be doing so again in the very near future.

The hotel is very nice. They don't advertise it, but you can get bags of ice from the hotel, of course we had already bought some. The breakfast was a nice addition and the suite was great to have visitors over. The pool was horrible. Really small and absolutely no shade provided. We ended up swimming at a friends whose backyard pool was bigger.

We had a very nice stay here. The check in person was very professional and actually thanked us for being Hilton members, which is rare at Hilton properties now. The rooms were clean and well designed. The Manager's Reception was very good and well maintained. The only small complaint I had was the breakfast area was not kept that clean. I had to wipe my own table, the trash can was full, the floor was dirty and the buffet handles were very greasy. I would definitely stay here again.

Truly nice staff providing very good service. Rooms were clean and spacious, excellent breakfast choices, particularly for a 3 star hotel. The rooms were spacious, and the beds were comfortable. Also, there's a nice continental breakfast which includes a large buffet. However, when we arrived at night, the lady at the desk was rude and unaccommodating. In addition, there was a ball of hair in the shower, and blood on one of the "clean" towels. If you're traveling on official government business, then don't choose this hotel. The manager will not honor the government rate. You can stay at much nicer hotels in the area for much less money and stay within the government per diem allowance.

Had one of my best experiences ever at a hotel. The breakfast was amazing and my girlfriend whom is especially picky about food, loved it! Great service, great staff, friendliness. I couldn't ask for anything more.

The staff were very pleasant but the facility itself was below expectation so I would not return there, as there a many better options in that ... Read more

I got the room that I wanted from the Check-In App from my iPhone and everything worked in the room. There were lots of families and travelers for breakfast, especially on Thanksgiving day. Food was plentiful, and sufficient. The hotel is immaculate and even though the mad rush... Read more
