We booked one of the suites. It was nice but it needs some updating. The carpeting was somewhat worn and the suite rooms seemed pretty small. In the shower, it appeared that there had been mold on the ceiling and it had been cleaned off but the marks were still there from it. The door hinges were kind of rusty also. The breakfast was average. The first day they ran out of gravy so we would have had to wait about 15 minutes if we had wanted any. The next day the sausage was not even browned ... Read more

When my family called to say we would be arriving late, Theresa Stalica, the Front Desk Supervisor, answered to let us know it would be no problem and they would be waiting for us. Upon arrival at around 10:30pm, she was there to meet us with her pleasant and helpful attitude. At breakfast the next morning, she was there passing among the guests to see how their stay had gone and if she could help with their plans for the day, or anything else. The hotel is within walking distance of the Historic Downtown and Whiskey Row. Even though there is ample parking downtown, it is nice to be able to leave your car for the day and not have to look for parking. The hotel is impeccably clean and the staff is very friendly. They have a full breakfast buffet with warm food; sausage, scrambled eggs, waffles with berry toppings and nuts. They also have yogurt, danish, etc. They also have hot coffee 24/7. My wife and I just spent a pleasant night at the Mariott's Spirng Hill Suites in Prescott, AZ. We were particularly impressed by the very positive attitudes of the staff. Everyone, and I mean everyone, was very friendly and helpful. They couldn't do enough for us. The room was clean and neat, the public areas were similarly well cared for, the free breakfast was substantial, and they even "bought back" the soda that I bought the night efore but never consumed. Wile attending a wedding this weekend, this was the perfect hotel - only .2 miles away from the wedding location, and 15 min walking distance to Courthouse square / Whiskey row. Clean, modern hotel, with good breakfast and amenities. The SuperSuite is a great value, as the fold out couch in the "living room" enabled us to sleep 3 comfortably - 1 on couch, 2 in bedroom. Top floor is best for view and less noise. Recommend the hotel for Prescott overnighters!

Wonderful hotel for families. Plenty of room in the suite for family of 5. Sofa bed pulled out and was easy to put away. Nice and clean - with comfy beds. Staff was excellent and very helpful. Coffee and hot cocoa in the lobby made the day extra nice. Pool & spa are nice and clean - with fire pit going outside on a cool spring evening. Highly recommend to anyone traveling with family to Prescott.

While we love the historic details the hotels may offer as opposed to this one, we will never stray from Springhill suites. We have stayed at this hotel many times as does our family when they come. The suites are an amazing size, always clean, beds are extremely comfy and it just makes our vacations comfortable. The continental breakfast is the best you'll find anywhere. That alone sells me every time. My fiance and I love it because I wake up early and he sleeps in. With the way the rooms ... Read more

I picked this hotel because it was only about a 4 mile drive to were we want to go. Our stay was disappointing, first hand, the elevator to the side and to the front was extremely slow, and at one point the side elevator didn't stop beeping. We really loved the location of this hotel. A short walk to the best that Prescott has to offer. The breakfast was mediocre, but normal, I think for this type of hotel. The room is smallish and bare bones. It is not really a normal suite, but an L-shaped room . The tv is set on a low stand in between the bed and the couch. No way to watch from the bed if you are not on that side. We could not move the tv because it was bolted to the stand, so we picked up the entire stand and set it precariously... Read more

The rooms are a good size and have a small refrigerator, sink, and microwave. However, it is hard if one person wants to sleep and the other one needs to use the sink. The position of the bathroom is the only problem we had. We did reserve a king bed two months ago, but were switched rooms because the hotel was overbooked. We are Marriott Reward members so were surprised by this.

The room was clean, the breakfast was fine. They accommodated us with early check in. The staff was nice and the lobby was friendly. The location is nice. Close to downtown. The only downside is the view from the window. Being from another state, I was a little disappointed, but my family didn't care.

My experience from the free breakfast, gym, and room were all perfect! Theresa Stalica the Front Desk Manager was a true pleasure to work with and upgraded me to a suite. I was amazed at how friendly and helpful she was throughout my stay.

Great location right down town near the historic Whiskey Row with nice, clean, comfortable rooms. But the thing that really sets this place apart is the AMAZING staff. The folks who work here really put an emphasis on top quality friendly service that really makes a the difference between a "place to stay" and a "home" on the road. I'm on the road 50 weeks a year and I HIGHLY recommend this hotel.

This hotel is in a fantastic location, short walk to town square. If you travel for business and are used to Marriotts, this is, hands down, the best hotel. Great restaurants, bars, shops, and parks close by. The staff is amazing, rooms are spacious. The only down sides are the gym is small & the breakfast ends really early at 9am. Everything else is perfect.

Came to look at real estate and get reacquainted with Prescott. The hotel is in a great location that makes it easy to walk to almost anyplace in downtown Prescott. The staff was outstanding. The breakfast is mediocre and not having the fresh fruit on the weekend was a disappointment. It is good that Starbucks is nearby because the coffee just does not make it. Still it was a vey pleasant stay and well worth the cost.

This hotel is in easy walking distance to downtown Prescott. The staff were very friendly, the room large and clean. The breakfast was good, and there was a nice outdoor sitting area my husband and I enjoyed during the afternoon. Coffee seems to be available at all times. We will definitely stay at the hotel again.

Nice hotel. Friendly staff, and excellent housekeeping and responsiveness. (We had to call them in twice - once because the frig wasn't working when we arrived - and again for a plugged sink.) Rooms are nice, with a living area (sofa and desk) and kitchenette (microwave and frig) separate from the bedroom. Our room was facing an ugly parking lot, so we didn't have a great view, but it was okay. The breakfast here was fantastic, especially the waffles. They have 2 waffle irons for make-your-own. ... I have stayed at this location over the last 10 years. The lobby has been updated but the room are dated. However, the rooms have had little updating. The rooms are clean and well maintained. There are many eating and drinking choices nearby. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
