We booked one of the suites. It was nice but it needs some updating. The carpeting was somewhat worn and the suite rooms seemed pretty small. In the shower, it appeared that there had been mold on the ceiling and it had been cleaned off but the marks were still there from it. The door hinges were kind of rusty also. The breakfast was average. The first day they ran out of gravy so we would have had to wait about 15 minutes if we had wanted any. The next day the sausage was not even browned ... Read more

When my family called to say we would be arriving late, Theresa Stalica, the Front Desk Supervisor, answered to let us know it would be no problem and they would be waiting for us. Upon arrival at around 10:30pm, she was there to meet us with her pleasant and helpful attitude. At breakfast the next morning, she was there passing among the guests to see how their stay had gone and if she could help with their plans for the day, or anything else. Every employee we met there, at breakfast and el... Read more

The hotel is within walking distance of the Historic Downtown and Whiskey Row. Even though there is ample parking downtown, it is nice to be able to leave your car for the day and not have to look for parking. The hotel is impeccably clean and the staff is very friendly. They have a full breakfast buffet with warm food; sausage, scrambled eggs, waffles with berry toppings and nuts. They also have yogurt, danish, etc. They also have hot coffee 24/7. I am an early riser and I got up at 5:00 AM. Th... Read more

My wife and I just spent a pleasant night at the Mariott's Spirng Hill Suites in Prescott, AZ. We were particularly impressed by the very positive attitudes of the staff. Everyone, and I mean everyone, was very friendly and helpful. They couldn't do enough for us. The room was clean and neat, the public areas were similarly well cared for, the free breakfast was substantial, and they even "bought back" the soda that I bought the night efore but never consumed. How many places would do hat w... Read more

We stayed at this location for 2 nights while visiting the Grand Canyon which was a short drive away. I was impressed with the very welcoming staff and the morning buffet breakfast was a nice addition. Good stay. Would recommend.

Wile attending a wedding this weekend, this was the perfect hotel - only .2 miles away from the wedding location, and 15 min walking distance to Courthouse square / Whiskey row. Clean, modern hotel, with good breakfast and amenities. The SuperSuite is a great value, as the fold out couch in the "living room" enabled us to sleep 3 comfortably - 1 on couch, 2 in bedroom. Top floor is best for view and less noise. Recommend the hotel for Prescott overnighters!

Wonderful hotel for families. Plenty of room in the suite for family of 5. Sofa bed pulled out and was easy to put away. Nice and clean - with comfy beds. Staff was excellent and very helpful. Coffee and hot cocoa in the lobby made the day extra nice. Pool & spa are nice and clean - with fire pit going outside on a cool spring evening. Highly recommend to anyone traveling with family to Prescott.

While we love the historic details the hotels may offer as opposed to this one, we will never stray from Springhill suites. We have stayed at this hotel many times as does our family when they come. The suites are an amazing size, always clean, beds are extremely comfy and it just makes our vacations comfortable. The continental breakfast is the best you'll find anywhere. That alone sells me every time. My fiance and I love it because I wake up early and he sleeps in. With the way the rooms ... Read more

I picked this hotel because it was only about a 4 mile drive to were we want to go. Our stay was disappointing, first hand, the elevator to the side and to the front was extremely slow, and at one point the side elevator didn't stop beeping. Second when I called the front desk for fresh towel, she asked me to come and get it my self. Now I am not an expert about hotel but in my past experience I had not gotten my own towel at the front desk, they have always delivered it to my room... Anyhow, th... Read more

Due to a recent death in the family, we were trying to find accommodations for family and friends in the Prescott area for those from out of town that would be attending the memorial service. SpringHill Suites was very helpful in helping us arrange accommodations and their sensitivity to our situation was much appreciated. The front desk staff was especially helpful, Theresa in particular; the rooms were very spacious and well kept. It is in a great location as it allowed those staying there t... Read more

We go to Prescott a lot from Phoenix. Especially in the summer months. We love staying at SpringHill Suites. I have stayed at this property for more than 15 years now! The staff is excellent, the service is the best and we feel like we are at home there -we even bring our dog Barkley now!

We really loved the location of this hotel. A short walk to the best that Prescott has to offer. The breakfast was mediocre, but normal, I think for this type of hotel. The room is smallish and bare bones. It is not really a normal suite, but an L-shaped room . The tv is set on a low stand in between the bed and the couch. No way to watch from the bed if you are not on that side. We could not move the tv because it was bolted to the stand, so we picked up the entire stand and set it precariously... Read more

Our family of five loved this hotel. It was clean, comfortable, spacious and offered an excellent breakfast. Outdoor dining patio, free coffee always on in the lobby, complimentary newspapers, a bookcase book exchange and great location. Staff was really friendly!

The rooms are a good size and have a small refrigerator, sink, and microwave. However, it is hard if one person wants to sleep and the other one needs to use the sink. The position of the bathroom is the only problem we had. We did reserve a king bed two months ago, but were switched rooms because the hotel was overbooked. We are Marriott Reward members so were surprised by this.

Perfect size room and it was very clean. We had 2 queen beds and a separate sitting area with its own tv. The couch looked long enough that it was probably a sleeper sofa. It had a little nook with a desk and office chair, and a little kitchen area with sink, microwave and fridge (all things we needed!). It was spacious and comfortable. We enjoyed the indoor pool and jacuzzi and sat outside every morning in the gazebo area after breakfast. Breakfast was included and they offered a great variety.... Read more

This hotel is the most centrally located hotel in Prescott. The rooms were very quite and the breakfast was fantastic. There is a nice little wine bar/restaurant directly across the street. We were dropping off our freshman at Embry-Riddle inAugust and many of the families were staying at this hotel. You have to book early during this time as these rooms fill up fast. We expected the beds to be a little more comfortable. The room was large enough to accommodate 6 and there was an area with a des... Read more

The hotel: To say I am late writing this is a real understatement, since our stay was in late Dec. 2010. Downright embarrassing. But the impression this hotel made of us was that long-lasting. With a return on this upcoming Labor Day, 2016, awaiting us, I began yesterday to make reservations online. It said they were sold out. Not willing to believe it, I called. I was transferred to Reservations, and indeed they were sold out. The gal told me to check back as you never know. I was hear... Read more

This is one of the nicest establishments I have stayed at. 5 stars all around. The rooms and beds are amazing. Very quiet. You don't hear the people above or beside you. The suites are so luxurious. The staff is very nice, polite and helpful, nice breakfast, pool area are a big plus with a wonderful patio and a large bbq., grill if u so desire. I would stay here again, and again. Centrally located. Close to downtown festivities in Prescott. Couple stores and restaurants next door.

Nice hotel with clean rooms and grounds. Wanted to visit Prescott but didn't want to stay in a non-chain hotel. Heard this hotel advertised on KUGO and it was a great find. The TV is oddly located, should be mounted on wall, but overall it was a nice mini-suite with lots of room. Breakfast buffet is what you'd expect but its convenient for a quick bite. Very friendly and helpful staff . We were there for the July 4th weekend and George at the desk gave us lots of local info; all his recomm... Read more

I stayed at this hotel for one night recently while working a golf tournament. The checkin process was simple, the receptionist was friendly and efficient.Very nice room on the second floor with a kingsize bed. A/C was excellent, shower was very nice with one of those bowed shower curtains. Every hotel should have those. Breakfast was included. I stayed at the springhill suites for 14 days on business and it was fantastic! What made it very enjoyable. Was how clean and put together the rooms were and the staff. Especially Theresa aka mother Theresa. She went out of her way to greet me everyday by name. Anything I needed it happened asap! Theresa was exactly what every hotel needs! She has wonderful customer service. Top notch staff and hotel. Definitely will be back

Our family spent a night to visit Prescott and Jerome and decided to stay here. Great choice. Out room felt cleaner than most non-dog-friendly hotels and the beds were comfy and rooms quiet. All of this AND it is a short 2-3 block walk to historic downtown. The pool area / hot tub area is lovely - both are completely tiled as opposed to plastered or aggregate - and have giant glass walls/doors that slide open to an outdoor shaded and sunny patio deck. The deck has couches, loungers, tables and... Read more
