This is one of my best hotel experiences. The property was very nice. The staff was so friendly and accomadating. I couldn't ask for a better experience. I had a room with a wonderful view and the morning breakfast in the club lounge was delicious. Honestly, I felt very special while staying here. If I travel to Phoenix again, I will stay here!

This isnā??t one of the most memorable hotels around, but I think it is a great value. The rates are very reasonable and the location is great. Room was nice and quiet with a great view. Staff was accommodating. Youā??re within walking distance of everything in downtown Phoenix. Will return.

Stayed here after I got married. All of the staff were extremely nice and helpful. The valets Jose B. and Colton gave us great breakfast recommendations and were very helpful with our overall stay at the hotel.

Just returned from a weekend at the Westin Phoenix Downtown and loved it. Very friendly, caring staff that were there when we needed them. Arrived Friday late afternoon to an upbeat team ready to make sure our questions were answered. Our room on the 15th floor overlooking downtown and Chase Field was luxuriously comfortable and spacious, and so quiet. Love the Heavenly Beds of Westin. Walked at least 10,000 steps each day going through the neighborhoods, the Phoenix Art Museum for the extra... Read more

I spent a couple nights at the Westin while in town for a business conference. The hotel is in a great location, within walking distance of restaurants, professional stadiums and other venues. The hotel itself is very nice, with great rooms with tall ceilings, floor to ceiling windows and plenty of room to spread out and get some work done. If you are in need of healthy meals or snacks, the Westin has that too.

Everyone there is great. Makes you feel like you come there every week. Very helpful with anything you need.We have stayed at the more prominent hotels like The Palmamer, Has big street appeal, but hard to get to the fun areas of the city. Everything is walking distance from the Westin. Beautiful rooms. Can't say enough. I believe we are going back next week.

We have stayed at this hotel on two occasions and each time we have been more than thrilled with our experience. The views are amazing and the staff is friendly and helpful. The bath offers an out-of-this-world experience.

I stayed at Westin Phoenix Downtown for a combination trip: 2015 Arizona Rock N a Roll marathon followed by a scientific convention. The Westin hotels have a "running concierge" for big races. This is a man who leads day before fun runs, hangs around in the lobby and answers questions. He is nice, he sends out cards. This hotel is convenient to the light rail system, which is the easiest way to get to the half marathon start line. I ate at the restaurant 3 times, very good, no waiting. Thi... Read more

I was up at the Westin in downtown phoenix last weekend for the annual comic con event. The hotel is easy to find and a bit out of the way in case you don't want to be in the hustle and bustle of the con. The staff was nice and allowed us to check in at 9 am when we got there which was nice cus it gave us a chance to go up and set our stuff down before a full day of con adventures. The room was nice and the AC worked great for the weekend. The hotel has cucumber water downstairs for guests s... Read more

I have stayed at the Westin Downtown on 2 different occasions and both have been magnificent. I travel up to Phoenix from Tucson to watch Ball Games at Chase Field and I love staying here because of the proximity to the Stadium and the awesome restaurants around the hotel. The hotel staff is awesome and the service is good. They always have fused water and make you feel healthy. The Hotel smells great! The restaurants north of the hotel are awesome. I plan on staying here more often. I... Read more

This is my hotel of choice whenever I am in Phoenix. Clean and definitely luxurious. The staff is extremely attentive, going out of their way to make sure all your needs are met. It is such a great place to come home to after a long hard day - too bad I couldn't get to stay longer.

I was here for a long weekend. The room (a king) was huge, and the bathroom was spacious and had plenty of room. The wifi (free if you're with their loyalty program) was strong and steady. The fridge was temperature controlled and thankfully, was NOT loaded with sensor-setting-off beverages. Lots of room to add our own stuff. There was plenty of drawer storage and closet space, which is becoming a rarity in some modern hotels. The a/c worked well enough so it was hard to tell we were in the mi... Read more

The hotel is right downtown. Downtown is fairly quiet, but there are a few good places to eat in a short walk, and a few good bars. We got the corner room and loved it. It is huge. The bathroom has the big tub as seen on the web page but also an excellent rain shower that is 5 feet by 4 feet....plenty of room. Windows wrap the room for great views and have good shades for privacy. The room was quiet and clean and had a wet bar. the staff was great and room service quick and accurate.

I've stayed at this Westin location twice now. I was in town for the Copa America and stayed at the same time as the Mexico NT. The rooms here are very spacious and very clean. We had asked for 2 beds but unfortunately the hotel was sold out and by the time we arrived only King rooms were available, because of this they did upgrade us to lounge access. We took full advantage of the lounge access during our 4 day stay. The AC inside the hotel is amazing which feels like heaven when its 117 degree... Read more

Now THIS is what a Westin should be like! From arrival through check in to the bar to check out, the staff were welcoming, inviting, helpful and consummately professional. The rooms are HUGE, very well appointed and scrupulously clean. Beds are 'I don't want to get up' comfortable, and the bathrooms are large and well designed. Do you get the impression I liked this hotel? I really really did and would recommend to anyone!!

Phoenix was the starting point of my long journey from West to East across the United States. This property is very unique rooms are extensively large. The reason behind this is that the property is a former office suite. So a standard room could see you sharing over 100 square meters of space. As my journey was partly for work i had to stay up late. This saw me missing out on dinner. No problems, i called room service and a few moment later, turned up this warm crunchy crusted pizza. My husband & I stayed here 1 night for a concert. This is a downtown hotel, but there is not much around the area. The check in was speedy & the guy was extremely nice. I am a SPG member & he upgraded us to the club level floor. This gave us access to the club lounge where they served one hot hors-d'oeuvre dish & other snacks. The egg rolls were just ok & the assortment of meat, cheese & crackers were adequate. It was extremely hot when we were here & the AC in the room was good. Just a f... Read more

This hotel was outstanding: the overall feel was modern; the room was gorgeous, spacious, clean, and extremely comfortable; and the staff went out of their way to answer any questions we had and make our stay perfect. The only downfall was that there isn't much to do around there on the weekend unless you have a car or tickets to an event.

The hotel itself is ok. My 1-star review goes out to the staff. I left my $400 9 inch tablet on the bed, realized it a few hours later, called in and talked with the staff - and it had 'disappeared'. It's too big and too expensive to disappear. In talking with friends in the hotel biz, something like this is typically turned in by housekeeping, but lifted out of lost and found by someone else. Regardless, I was so disappointed that a 5-star hotel wouldn't have the honesty to return the tabl... Read more

The hotel stay was good. Staying as a family for the baseball game. Itā??s a 10 minute walk from the hotel. There are other hotels that are closer, but I like Westin. Hereā??s a story. . . We brought some jackets for the kids (although it was 115 degrees) and we unfortunately left them in the closet of the hotel. They were nice jackets. We called the hotel and asked that they be sent to us (we would pay for shipping of course). The original person we spoke to was great. Then somehow the located... Read more

As near perfect a hotel as I have experienced in quite a while. Room is modern, updated, spotless clean and very quite. The location is central and convenient to all of downtown; staff is professional, efficient and friendly, but also almost invisible - in a good way. I would have to dig pretty deep to find anything to complain about.
