This is one of my best hotel experiences. The property was very nice. The staff was so friendly and accomadating. I couldn't ask for a better experience. I had a room with a wonderful view and the morning breakfast in the club lounge was delicious. Honestly, I felt very special while staying here. If I travel to Phoenix again, I will stay here!

Just returned from a weekend at the Westin Phoenix Downtown and loved it. Very friendly, caring staff that were there when we needed them. Arrived Friday late afternoon to an upbeat team ready to make sure our questions were answered. Our room on the 15th floor overlooking downtown and Chase Field was luxuriously comfortable and spacious, and so quiet. Love the Heavenly Beds of Westin. I spent a couple nights at the Westin while in town for a business conference. The hotel is in a great location, within walking distance of restaurants, professional stadiums and other venues. The hotel itself is very nice, with great rooms with tall ceilings, floor to ceiling windows and plenty of room to spread out and get some work done. If you are in need of healthy meals or snacks, the Westin has that too.

Very helpful with anything you need.We have stayed at the more prominent hotels like The Palmamer, Has big street appeal, but hard to get to the fun areas of the city. Everything is walking distance from the Westin. Beautiful rooms. Can't say enough. I believe we are going back next week.

I stayed at Westin Phoenix Downtown for a combination trip: 2015 Arizona Rock N a Roll marathon followed by a scientific convention. The Westin hotels have a "running concierge" for big races. This is a man who leads day before fun runs, hangs around in the lobby and answers questions. He is nice, he sends out cards. This hotel is convenient to the light rail system, which is the easiest way to get to the half marathon start line. I ate at the restaurant 3 times, very good, no waiting. Thi... Read more

I was here for a long weekend. The room (a king) was huge, and the bathroom was spacious and had plenty of room. The wifi (free if you're with their loyalty program) was strong and steady. The fridge was temperature controlled and thankfully, was NOT loaded with sensor-setting-off beverages. Lots of room to add our own stuff. There was plenty of drawer storage and closet space, which is becoming a rarity in some modern hotels. The a/c worked well enough so it was hard to tell we were in the mi... Read more

The hotel is right downtown. Downtown is fairly quiet, but there are a few good places to eat in a short walk, and a few good bars. We got the corner room and loved it. It is huge. The bathroom has the big tub as seen on the web page but also an excellent rain shower that is 5 feet by 4 feet....plenty of room. Windows wrap the room for great views and have good shades for privacy. The room was quiet and clean and had a wet bar. the staff was great and room service quick and accurate.

Phoenix was the starting point of my long journey from West to East across the United States. This property is very unique rooms are extensively large. The reason behind this is that the property is a former office suite. So a standard room could see you sharing over 100 square meters of space. As my journey was partly for work i had to stay up late. This saw me missing out on dinner. No problems, i called room service and a few moment later, turned up this warm crunchy crusted pizza. The hotel itself is ok. My 1-star review goes out to the staff. I left my $400 9 inch tablet on the bed, realized it a few hours later, called in and talked with the staff - and it had 'disappeared'. It's too big and too expensive to disappear. In talking with friends in the hotel biz, something like this is typically turned in by housekeeping, but lifted out of lost and found by someone else. Regardless, I was so disappointed that a 5-star hotel wouldn't have the honesty to return the tabl... Read more

Stayed at this hotel for one night - very nice and modern hotel, extremely accommodating staff, had no problem with late check-out. Room was very large and nicely equipped. They have a small outdoor heated pool, but we did not have time to use it. Gym is much better than you typically find at a hotel. Two negatives: no self-parking and they charge 30 bucks for valet; selection at the restaurant is less than impressive

What can I say? Westin always has great hotels with service that goes above and beyond. We had two rooms, one king and one two-queen. Rooms were big, beds were amazing and bathrooms were luxurious. I never found a good place to park nearby so a $29 valet bill was no fun. Rooms come with water and coffee. Wifi was fast. Location is near UofA. We walked to dinner. I would definitely return.
