My wife and I spent 4 days in this resort as part of an extended business meeting. First off, the property is beautiful! It looks as good as the pictures and looks incredible at night with all the landscape lighting. Our room was a pool view room with double queen size beds. It was really a suite, with a sofa (sleeper sofa) and chair, desk and a bar area. There was also a second flat screen TV. Nice feature in the the room was that the toilet and tub where across the passageway from the sink, so... Read more

Nice place for large meetings but time to rebuild. Buildings are 1960-70 style with no redeeming quality. Staff good, pools good, but it's just time for new rooms (building). Could stay at Biltmore for a little more money.

We checked in after a long day of apartment hunting and headed straight to one of the many pools. Beautiful facilities, comfortable lounge chairs. Very clean. Rooms were comfortable and clean. Great views!

If your coming with high expectations on a super fancy updated room, then this is not the place. The rooms are clean, but dated. The beds are very comfortable and the staff is very helpful and pleasant. The pools were fun for the kids, I loved the lazy river. Their complimentary internet was fast enough for us to stream movies without any interruption, a must for us. I wish there was a pay per view option with the cable though. We did not eat at the restaurant, there were many other option close... Read more

We stayed at the Hilton Squaw Peak Resort April 22-25, 2016. The resort is well maintained as are the rooms – however the rooms need updating. The River Ranch with its pools is fun, but be prepared for lots of families with kids. We sat by the other pools too which were much quieter. The service overall was ok, kind of inconsistent in helpfulness – but not to the point of detracting from the stay. My one comment is the restaurant – Rico’s – while we only at breakfast there, the ... Read more
