Rooms are very nice, and staff are very professional and helpful. GPS programs do NOT have the correct location for this hotel; enter the address instead of the name of the hotel. Breakfast is not included.

Our room was clean, plenty of room, and the daily service was great. The outdoor pool was also clean and in a pleasant area providing shade and sun. The restaurant was good, not outstanding, but adequate, but there were plenty of other eating places in walking distance. Probably the best thing was the price - in the Motel 6 range, but nicer. The only drawback is that the hotel apparently allows dogs; one was nearby and frequently barked but only in the daytime a far as I could tell (not good if... Read more

What a pleasant Surprise!!! Easy to Find. In the middle of shopping & eateries. The room I had was on the top floor and had a perfect view of the Landmark Fountain at Fountain Hills Park. The Staff was very helpful and friendly. The room was huge, bed very comfortable and clean ! Very quiet room, but must people on vacation don't choose the Phoenix Area during the summer months. Food & nightlife was 1/2 block away. Great walking area around a 36 acre landscaped park. I will stay here agai... Read more

I have rated this property very good but understand it is very good for what it is. This is not an upscale hotel - but it was a good location in Fountain Hills, it was clean and it offered some nice in room amenities (small refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, flat screen TV and Wi-Fi). The property had a pool, it was very reasonably priced and it is located right across the street from the Fountain Hills main shopping center which contained a couple of very nice restaurants and was close to t... Great Hotel - directly across from the fountain! Gary, the general manager, was working the front desk when we checked in and was super sweet, informative and knowledgable! Hotel is clean, upgraded and have weekend entertainment. Our room was comfortable and accommodating. If you come to the Fountain Hills/Scottsdale area stay here! Great location and great hotel!

We were upgraded to the Presidential suite for free and the room was beautiful! The room was clean and the air conditioning worked very well. The staff at the front desk was helpful and friendly. Could see the big fountain right outside the hotel.

I really love this hotel. I stay 3 or 4 times a year. I have stayed at the other local hotel and it is fine but this one is just that much better - clean, quiet, convenient and friendly customer service. Close to the park and the downtown street.

We stayed here on two consecutive weekends in June while visiting family in the area. It is clean, convenient, comfortable and very reasonably priced. The staff is helpful and pleasant. Every room has a refrigerator and coffee maker. The Lexington's value far exceeds its price. If you are in Fountain Hills I recommend that you stay here. If you are looking for a Ritz Carlton or Four Seasons experience, you won't find that here, but if you are looking for value, and a clean comfortable room... Read more

Hotel staff are very friendly, room is comfortable, and the view of the fountain and lake from the hotel room was beautiful. Hotel is within walking distance of coffee shops, restaurants, and shops. In town on business; second time staying at this location.

When we walked in, the room looked very clean. Upon closer inspection, it wasn't the cleanest. Don't let that scare you...I'm VERY critical of hotel housekeeping. I was one for 5 yrs. The beds are super comfy. Sheets appeared clean, the decorative bed cover did have a few stains...but I avoid touching those like the plague anyway! Shower was clean, toilet clean. There was hair on the bathroom counter. I honestly just think they may have been rushing when they cleaned this room last, and hit the ... Read more

This is a perfect hotel to stay while visiting Fountain Hills and all it has to offer. It is located across from the famous Fountain Park. I have no complaints and would stay again. Not sure its worth the on peak pricing but supply and demand I guess. They have a dining room/restaurant That we enjoyed and the food was good and priced well. I would stay here again.

Our purpose for this hotel was that it is walking distance from a wedding celebration we attended. Found it to be pricy for what we got. The room was basic but have to say it was clean. Window curtain was cheap and overly worn to the point there were numerous holes in it - so many it looked intentional like stars. That said the room was not dark. If you are looking for functional and clean that this location is just fine. Only met the desk staff. They were cordial.

We stayed here three times (Sat, Tues, and Fri) over the course of a week. Each time we arrived we were greeted by the friendly desk staff and twice we were upgraded to a nicer room. It is off-season and the hotel was not busy, but it was still a very nice perk and something they did not have to do for us. The hotel has a very strict no smoking policy, which we greatly appreciated as my kids absolutely cannot stand the smell of smoke. Rooms were clean and well maintained. The hotel is right acro... The staff at the Lexington Hotel & Suites were great and very helpful. Provided great insight about the area and gave good recommendations for eating and shopping. The facility itself is dated and dirty. The floors in the room weren't vacuumed when I checked in; walls are thin and you can hear people speaking and televisions. Room service trays placed outside room doors were there for 24 hours. The daily housecleaning is minimal--make the bed and empty the trash. Forgot to replace towels and co... Read more

Has all the comforts, pool, workout room, wi-fi, restaurant (good food). Nice get away, walking distance to the sites. Reasonably priced. We like to stay in Fountains Hills for a getaway and cooler temps. The hotel is quite in the off-season, only wish they had covered parking during the summer; however parking is free. The hotel attendant upgraded us because it was our wedding anniversary, bonus!

The hotel is very clean, well kept and the staff is super nice. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely recommend this hotel to all my friends. They have a nice pool and Jacuzzi. They also have a restaurant with great food and excellent views of the fountain.

My A/C stopped working and needed a part to be ordered. So, I immediately went to the Lexington Hotel. I knew they were pet friendly and I've always sent my clients there when they need a place to stay. The room was clean and comfortable with both a refrigerator AND a freezer that I needed for my dogs food. I was thrilled to say the least that I didn't have to rely on the ice machine! The entire staff was friendly and outgoing... Including the restaurant. It was a great experience under some ot... Read more

What a great place to stay. The front desk staff is great especially the GM Gary Lvov. We loved our 2nd floor room facing the world famous fountain. What a view. The room wascomfortable, clean & reasonably priced. The Lexington also has a full service restaurant/lounge with good service & quality food & drink. Outside seating is available. Entertainment is provided certain nights. Our stay was very pleasurable.

The hotel was very close to the Mayo Clinic and away from the traffic noise and very convinient for us to travel 2-3 days every two weeks from the Clinic to the hotel. Gary Lvov was like family by the time we left Fountain Hills. He was there when ever I needed help or just his concern for me and my wife. Sometimes a little kindness counts more than anything else. The rooms were also super clean and the rest of the staff were excellent. I would recommend this hotel with the highest star I could ... Read more
