The first day of the conference was good, but the lunch break was not well planned. We had to wait a long time to be seated, and we hardly got to eat before our break was over. The next day, however, we were allowed to purchase a lunch ahead of time, and it was so much better. The food was better too. The staff has been friendly and helpful. The hotel is a little dated, but the conference rooms are well laid out.

We are here for a convention and the convention center works well for a group with lots of break out meetings. It is so large though thru the whole property that it is very easy to get lost. The Camelback building is the one to ask for if you are attending a conference. The property has a water park- (not open until Saturday Feb. 11) so we were not able to take advantage of that but it looks like it is a pretty good add on to your vacation. Finding your room can be complicated and the resort ... Read more

The customer service was excellent. I especially had a great interaction with Nick Armanetti at the front desk. He was helpful, polite and very welcoming to the area the the services the hotel had to offer.

Was happy with our stay. We had two adjoining rooms for our family of five kids. The rooms were comfortable enough. Nothing super fancy, but suited our needs just fine. The water park was nice, but a little crowded at times. They would close the large waterslides for an hour at a time throughout the day, which was kind of annoying. But overall the resort was nice enough for us. Just don't expect luxury.

Thank you very much to all the staff for great service!! Dan Legere and the valet staff were very kind and helpful to my mother who uses a walker. They were compassionate and understanding. The golf cart service was a plus and made it very easy to get around. Thank you again!! Cheryl R.

Friendly staff. Rooms are a little dated. Beautiful well-kept grounds. Breakfast buffet very nice. Lots of places around the lobby to sit in the sun or shade. But as a winter sun-seekers getaway location, I can't recommend it. Each of its numerous pools is surrounded by 4-5 story buildings, so the sun can only shine down for a few hours midday.

I was at this resort for a business meeting, and I was not really a fan. It may have been better if the weather was warmer. The property is huge and all outside. The bar was nice! The views were pretty. Service was also good!

I have stayed at this resort multiple times. Their rooms, their amenities and their great staff continues to amaze me. At check in, the lobby made room access effortless, I was directed to our room in no time. Walking the grounds soon following check in, I was greeted by a gentleman, Nicolas Armanetti, he was extremely friendly and welcoming- provided me information regarding spa and additional options I was unaware of. The spa and spa options sounded too good to be true, sure enough, I found... Read more

We were visiting here because of daughter was taking part in a National Training camp for soccer. We wanted a place that was comfortable with amenities on site. The original one bedroom suite we reserved was way overpriced, crowded, carpet was stained, etc. We asked for a mountain view and got a view of the highway. My husband spoke to the manager, Mason, who immediately apologized and gave us an upgrade. A nice staff member drove us to a new suite that was similar to the one we had. We speci... Read more

The hotel is great for families and the customer service is also exemplary especially Lehua Secody, who went to great lengths to provide a great service for our family. We really enjoy staying at the hotel and will always book there. :)
