Staff was great with accommodating our late arrival due to flight delays. Check-in was easy and seamless. Stay was a nice get away while having to work. Would definitely recommend to others. Stayed on Mountain side in a very spacious King room with two bathrooms and a large living space

I will give Ashley two reviews. First, my flight was cancelled and she made it possible to stay in the same room at a reduced price. Second, she took the time to review my situation with the airline and book my flight for the next day. She was very patient both with me and the long hold time for the airlines. She deserves an acknowledgement for excellent customer service!!!

Stayed here a few times on business, decent bed for rest. Scenic views were very enjoyable all year. Restaurants within walking distance. Beverages a bit pricey but good and cold. Stop in for a few nights, you will enjoy it.

We have stayed at this property during the summer & enjoyed it immensely. The water park provided endless hours of family entertainment. However, we returned in November & found the water park was closed. I checked & my confirmation clearly stated that it was closed, so it was completely my mistake. However, the Resort still charges the $49/day Resort fee, even off season. To be fair, there are still 6 pools on property & other amenities included that our family would not use. If you are l... The Fitness Center is very accommodating. I love the Yoga instructor Armanda Callen, she is delightful, professional, knowledgeable and an outstanding instructor. Very thoughtful of her students and a wonderful human being. She is a keeper!

We made our reservation through Allegiant. We looked for reasonably priced spacious lodging in a central location. Afterward I researched our choice on Trip Advisor. I was very concerned after reading the reviews as they mentioned the quality of the rooms and dirty carpeting that triggered asthma attacks. I have chronic allergies so responded to an email address by staff responding to a review. They put me in touch with the director of housekeeping who made everything perfect for our arrival. W... Work meeting- the rooms were far from the conference center. ALL of our meals were outside, and it was freezing cold, even with heaters. Had several dinners in restaurant- very good food and nice staff. For our business meeting, the staff was great (waiters/waitresses)- they got to know us and brought drinks, etc. Food was surprisingly good for the number of people we had. Rooms are old- my carpet was fraying and couch was old. Needs updating. There is a water park here, and grounds are ni... Read more

I was able to attend two yoga classes offered at the resort and taught by Armanda Callen. It was a wonderful stretching and relaxing type of yoga class! Despite lacking sleep due to business functions, after her yoga class I felt refreshed and energized! Great job Armanda!

This resort provides terrible customer service. I was given the incorrect room type at check in and made it feel like I was an inconvenience when I asked to have the correct room type. I had housekeeping knocking on my door multiple times prior to 10 am. When I informed the front desk about it, I was told that it was my fault that I didn't put the do not disturb sign up. Check out was at 11 am and I felt very pressured to get out of my room by repeated interruptions by housekeeping.

My spouse's company threw a nice Christmas party at the Arizona Grand. Very nice facility, we had a huge banquet room where our whole evening unfolded. Appetizer and cocktail hour was most enjoyable. excellent food and desserts. Beautiful property. It was a great evening. Staff was on point.
