Room was good. Nothing special, but very clean, functional. Excellent wifi. Quiet, despite the hotel being filled. Quiet during the day when in other places housekeeping may be banging around and talking. Conference facilities were good. Restaurant had nice selection, generally served quickly. Prices better than expected. All the staff were very polite, friendly and very helpful. Big exercise facility with uptodate equipment and very well maintained.

For such a high priced hotel I expected so much more. The room was dirty, and I'm not sure how long it had been since vacuum, there was a penny and some other garbage under the big sitting chair. The bed skirt had black streaks on it and the desk chair looked like a cat ripped it to shreds. When walking on the carpet barefoot there were hard, crunchy spots all over it, and that was gross. All of the staff was great, friendly and amazing. It was a pain to put the key card in to go to my room ... Read more

Only stayed one night but wish it was 10. The lobby is massive and the vibe is very chill. Cool evening accent lights add energy to the place. Stayed on one of the top floors with beautiful views of Chase Field and the mountains. Room was very nice with a great, luxurious bed. I loved the huge gym and the outdoor lap pool. Perfect for the hot AZ days. Lastly, the location was excellent. I walked across the street for every meal as there were about a dozen eating options plus a movie thea... Read more

From the minute I arrived, I felt that this hotel genuinely valued my business. The front desk check in was quick and smooth. My room wasn't ready when I arrived since it was early in the morning, but when I returned to get the key, they allowed me to cut to the front of the long check in line to pick it up. I was upgraded to the club level and a suite (I think this was thanks to my company). The room was clean and spacious and had a ton of bathroom amenities that I haven't seen in quite some ti... This is a wonderful place to stay if you are visiting Phoenix. It is in the center of downtown and convenient to the convention center and baseball field. The staff is very attentive and offer excellent service. The Lobby Bar and the District American Kitchen and Wine Bar are both worth visiting. Get a drink and sit in the lobby and relax after a long, hot day. The District also has a great selection of food and drinks to offer. The service is great. We asked for several items to be brought to ... Read more

The Hotel is well located. The service is excellent! The room is good! The food is good, but the choices are limited, as is common in the United States. I indicate the hotel to people. Do not forget your mains adapter because they do not provide.

I travel all over the world and stay in a multitude of different hotels. Properties generally are made successful by either their staff or their building, however the Sheraton Grand Phoenix has the benefit of both these. Every moment in the hotel, was perfect. The staff simply cannot do enough for you. From check-in, bell services to bar staff - all were truly great. I ate in the District Restaurant for lunch on the day of my check out and found to be excellent, both in food and the high sta... Read more

I stayed three nights at this hotel. All the staff were very attentive, professional and respectful. I had a small issue checking in but they fixed it right away. Room service was quick and food was delicious. Bed and pillows were super comfortable and clean. I got a $5 card for choosing not to get my room done every day which I redeemed later when ordering food. Valet parking was great also. I have no complaints, I definitely recommend this hotel and I would stay there again if necessary.

I wasn't expecting much when I booked this hotel but I was very pleasantly surprised with the amenities and the rooms. The pool was very nice and they had music and a rooftop bar which created a fun environment. The lobby bar was also a nice place to grab a drink with friend before heading out for the evening. The room and bathroom were good sized and very clean. Overall this was a good hotel and very centrally located.

This property itself is a treat, the lobby and rooms are quite nice, the location is very close to the convention center or the stadium Arizona Center and the AMC Theaters. A tip; no staff member mentioned to us is that all the elevators don't go to all floors, for floors 18 to 31 take the far elevator that you can't even see from the first elevators. Knowing this will save you some time and some embarrassment as you are boarded in an elevator that won't take you to your floor. My only compla... Read more

This is a great place to stay in Phoenix. The rooms are modern, large and well appointed, the beds are heavenly, and the service is good. My veggie egg-white scramble, served 15 minutes after order, was a great way to start the day. The fitness center is huge, with 8 treadmills, 6 elliptical machines, 6 bikes, weight machines, and an area for free weights and stretching. Free high-speed internet. Highly recommended.

Stayed here for a conference at the convention center. Easily accessible from PHX airport and very spacious lobby and a happening bar during the conference. Rooms are typical Sheraton rooms. It was clean and reasonably spacious.

I stayed here for a conference. The room was clean and comfortable. Very nice for the price. The only issue I had was with the TV constantly losing signal. The hotel sent someone promptly to work on it, but he couldn't fix it. It made watching all but a handful of channels impossible. However, it's a TV at a hotel, so not a big deal in my book. I was really happy with the conference facilities here. I ate breakfast in the cafe one morning and it was really good. I would recommend they get more l... Read more

I spent 3 nights here and everything was great from check in to check out. All the staff was friendly and helpful. The food we had for breakfast and lunch was healthy and tasted great. The rooms were clean and showers were nice! It's walking distance to many of the sports arenas. I didn't visit the pool or workout facilities.

We really enjoyed our stay here. We came in the Off Season to visit the western desert. We were in walking distance of Chase Field and the Arizona Center which had food of all types of cuisine! The rooms are clean and the bedding and pillows super comfy. If you're up high enough the view is excellent. They have a wonderful gift shop and the business center is in the lobby at no extra charge. Their concierge is great for tour recommendations and you can take a Town Car to the Airport for only ... I spent 6 days here for an on-site conference and overall the experience was great. The check-in was quick, easy and friendly. The staff was great from top to bottom. The conference facilities were very good and adequate for our group. The bar and restaurants were good and the pricing was average for a hotel beers. The seating areas were ample and the overall experience was great. The rooms are a bit dated, but they have done a nice job of keeping them updated for an older hotel. The m... Read more

Before booking I suggest becoming an SPG member it is free and you can reduce your rate by booking directly with the hotel. We had free Wi-fi. Parking is $20 a day. The pool looks a lot smaller than the picture on the website but it is decent. The staff is wonderful they are very professional.

We wanted to be within walking distance of the baseball game so chose the Sheraton. It fit the bill perfectly. We walked to eat then to the game and back and it was a great evening, except for losing the game. The only thing I didn't like was paying for parking and internet but would have had to pay some to park for the game. The bed was comfortable and the room temperature wad great. I would stay again in the off season.

Brenda at the front desk could not have been better. She went above and beyond to help solve our problem at a convention being held there and had nothing to do with the hotel. She wanted to help and found the solution. Way to go! Then, a young man in the Valet section saw that we were having delays in getting our materials to the trade show area and decided to take matters into his own hands. So, Cesar volunteered to get a cart and immediately do the job, even though this is not his responsibili... Read more
