Room was good. Nothing special, but very clean, functional. Excellent wifi. Quiet, despite the hotel being filled. Quiet during the day when in other places housekeeping may be banging around and talking. Conference facilities were good. Restaurant had nice selection, generally served quickly. Prices better than expected. All the staff were very polite, friendly and very helpful. Big exercise facility with uptodate equipment and very well maintained.

For such a high priced hotel I expected so much more. The room was dirty, and I'm not sure how long it had been since vacuum, there was a penny and some other garbage under the big sitting chair. The bed skirt had black streaks on it and the desk chair looked like a cat ripped it to shreds. When walking on the carpet barefoot there were hard, crunchy spots all over it, and that was gross. All of the staff was great, friendly and amazing. It was a pain to put the key card in to go to my room ... Read more

Only stayed one night but wish it was 10. The lobby is massive and the vibe is very chill. Cool evening accent lights add energy to the place. Stayed on one of the top floors with beautiful views of Chase Field and the mountains. Room was very nice with a great, luxurious bed. I loved the huge gym and the outdoor lap pool. Perfect for the hot AZ days. Lastly, the location was excellent. I walked across the street for every meal as there were about a dozen eating options plus a movie thea... Read more

From the minute I arrived, I felt that this hotel genuinely valued my business. The front desk check in was quick and smooth. My room wasn't ready when I arrived since it was early in the morning, but when I returned to get the key, they allowed me to cut to the front of the long check in line to pick it up. I was upgraded to the club level and a suite (I think this was thanks to my company). The room was clean and spacious and had a ton of bathroom amenities that I haven't seen in quite some ti... The staff is very attentive and offer excellent service. The Lobby Bar and the District American Kitchen and Wine Bar are both worth visiting. I travel all over the world and stay in a multitude of different hotels. Properties generally are made successful by either their staff or their building, however the Sheraton Grand Phoenix has the benefit of both these. Every moment in the hotel, was perfect. The staff simply cannot do enough for you. From check-in, bell services to bar staff - all were truly great. I stayed three nights at this hotel. All the staff were very attentive, professional and respectful. I had a small issue checking in but they fixed it right away. Room service was quick and food was delicious. Bed and pillows were super comfortable and clean. I got a $5 card for choosing not to get my room done every day which I redeemed later when ordering food. Valet parking was great also. I have no complaints, I definitely recommend this hotel and I would stay there again if necessary.

I wasn't expecting much when I booked this hotel but I was very pleasantly surprised with the amenities and the rooms. The pool was very nice and they had music and a rooftop bar which created a fun environment. The lobby bar was also a nice place to grab a drink with friend before heading out for the evening. The room and bathroom were good sized and very clean. Overall this was a good hotel and very centrally located.

This property itself is a treat, the lobby and rooms are quite nice, the location is very close to the convention center or the stadium Arizona Center and the AMC Theaters. A tip; no staff member mentioned to us is that all the elevators don't go to all floors, for floors 18 to 31 take the far elevator that you can't even see from the first elevators. Knowing this will save you some time and some embarrassment as you are boarded in an elevator that won't take you to your floor. My only compla... Read more

This is a great place to stay in Phoenix. The rooms are modern, large and well appointed, the beds are heavenly, and the service is good. My veggie egg-white scramble, served 15 minutes after order, was a great way to start the day. The fitness center is huge, with 8 treadmills, 6 elliptical machines, 6 bikes, weight machines, and an area for free weights and stretching. Free high-speed internet. Highly recommended.

I stayed here for a conference. The room was clean and comfortable. Very nice for the price. The only issue I had was with the TV constantly losing signal. The hotel sent someone promptly to work on it, but he couldn't fix it. It made watching all but a handful of channels impossible. However, it's a TV at a hotel, so not a big deal in my book. We walked to eat then to the game and back and it was a great evening, except for losing the game. I would absolutely stay here again.

I stayed here for several days of a business conference. The food served to our group of 600 was fantastic! Service throughout the hotel was above and beyond. The hotel is in excellent condition. The workout room is very large and well equipped. A dozen or more treadmills. Many stationary bikes and elliptical machines. Free weights and weight machines. I nice long pool for lap swimming. I recently attended a conference at this hotel. While the hotel itself is lovely and check in was uneventful, the housekeeping department did not have it together. I had one day where my room was never serviced. I took off the Do Not Disturb sign at 9:30AM and came back at 6PM to an unattended room. (A business colleague actually had a handwritten note from her housekeeper stating that she would be off that day and not to expect to have the room serviced at all on that particular day- YIKES ) U... Stayed for one night on road trip through Phoenix. Long term SPG member. Hotel was conveniently located downtown, easily accessed from the interstate. Room (King) was on the small side but quiet, clean and bed was comfortable. Bathroom was a bit dated but clean. We also used the pool (small but again, clean and nice to hang out by). Parking is under the hotel- additional 20 dollars per night but worth it for convenience. Only minor downpoint was the wait at (empty!) check in area on arrival wh... Read more

The hotel is great and the in house restaurant met all expectations. We stayed overnight on a Sunday and found the downtown area in a virtual shutdown. Lounge was excellent. Could not connect to the internet in the room or lounge and the hotel or its provider could fix the problem.

This hotel is the way all hotels should operate, nothing but first class. My wife and I were in Phoenix to attend a conference. The Sheraton was the headquarters hotel, so we really didn't have a choice, and I am so very glad we did not get to choose. This hotel had everything we needed. It is just a one block walk to the convention center. Our room was very nice (clean and up to date - no flaws). The housekeeping was superb. We only had breakfast at the hotel's restaurant, a buffet, and it was ... Read more

Nice location and property but in need of a face lift. The room I was in was very dated and the bed was lumpy. I expected more from a Sheraton for sure. AC/Heating unit was old and just had a low, med, high setting instead of digital, carpets were pretty old as well as bathroom fixtures. Not horrible but just not that great.

We booked us into this hotel downtown Phoenix for two nights. It has a great location close to the conference center as well as the airport. All staff was very friendly and helpful. Room interior was modern as well as functional. Everything was well maintained and very clean. Our room with two queen size beds was large and had a great view from the 26th floor over the city and the famous Camel Back mountain.

Really enjoyed my stay. The hotel feels like a much higher end hotel. The hotel facilities are great with the exception of the hotel gym. The beds were extremely comfortable. I had the best sleep I have ever had in a hotel. The pillows were too soft and had to double them up. The rooms were well appointed and comfortable. If I get back to Phoenix, I will be staying at the Sheraton.

We stayed for six nights, partially for business and partially as a romantic getaway. Six nights can be too long if you aren't at the right hotel but this was the right hotel. Before we arrived, we connected with Shelley Lennon, in guest services, to make sure our two separate reservations were turned in to one so that we wouldn't be changing rooms. And she watched over us our entire stay. The hotel itself is very large and has a dark paneled luxurious commercial building feel. The rooms are la... Read more

Booked through an express deal on Priceline and the Sheraton Grand was selected. For the price paid, I can hardly be too critical. The hotel room was clean and bed relatively comfortable. The view was decent on the 17th floor. The Room Service menu was adequate though not much variety. One big issue is the TV was way too small for the room and really dated the room.
