"the reviews generally did not reflect my own experience. It was only at the airport that I discovered the shuttle at the hotel had to be booked 24 hours in advance. This was difficult to do because I made the reservation less than 24 hours in advance. I paid more for the trip to the hotel than the stay at the hotel.

When I checked in, I should have turned around when I saw the guy having to put a quarter in to get ice from the ice machine. The night auditor tried to make me pay for my trip again. The bathtub/shower was full of rust spots. The little paper cups they give you in the room for the coffee maker are clearly marked 'no hot liquids!' I am confused therefore, as to their point of existence.

The breakfast room, was not stocked and when I went to find someone to replenish the oatmeal packets, she barely acknowledged my question. Outside of hot water, I could not get water with breakfast unless I paid for it. I did manage to catch the shuttle on the back to the airport, but it still costs $10.00, a fact that is not mentioned anywhere.

This hotel was given a three star rating somewhere and a two star rating somewhere else. Neither rating is accurate. It is clear that this place takes as many shortcuts as possible. I could have stayed at any number of other hotels for less than the cost I ended up paying for this place. I would not recommend it.
