We only stayed one night but the rooms were fantastic! Large, modern and so clean. The bathrooms were awesome as well as the technology for TV, etc. And the basket of goodies were a great help as well. I only wish I could have tried out the amenities, but we had to go!

My friends and I stayed in a suite for a birthday weekend. We had a large king size bed. The bathroom had a seperate bathtub and shower. There was also a living room and a kitchen. For the price we got it was way better than expected.

Our group had one studio and a one bedroom suite. Can say for sure the one-bedroom unit far superior and highly recommended. Everything quite comfortable. Front desk staff helpful and friendly. The pool area is quite fun, ping pong, two hot tubs, bar, and overall a great place to hang out in the sun. No one in our group played golf, obviously a major piece of this resort, so can't offer any opinions on that aspect of property. Overall worth another stay in the future for sure.

We purchased a groupon for two nights and we were shocked at how awesome this resort is! The one bedroom we stayed in (building group #5), was spotless and fully stocked, extra linens, blankets, pillows and the kitchen had everything we needed for cooking. Unexpected bonuses were the free wifi, washer and dryer in suite, the full sized balcony for lounging around, and the huge Roman tub with jets - wow! The pool is just as great - we spent hours there each of the two days and enjoyed meeting oth... Read more

I took my family to this property for the Memorial Day weekend. The pictures online matched what we saw while we stayed. Unfortunately the Maintenence staff was rude when they came to our room to fix the DVD player that didn't work and they spoke down to me about how they fixed it. Then my daughters and wife were scolded by the security staff by the pool (multiple staff were rude). It was off putting after enjoying the amenities how this level of staff treated my family and I we certainly didn't... Read more

We traded one of our time share weeks to come here. We got a two bedroom lock off unit and found that it was very clean, well-stocked kitchen, very comfortable bed, jacuzzi tub, starter coffee, well maintained unit, etc. We attended a sales presentation update and it was the first time we got out on time. No high pressure. Wyndham has a good product and I wish we didn't already own too many time share weeks because I would buy a Wyndham week! Pool towels available at pool. Kitchen had Cuis... I've played here a couple times now. The course layout is nice and each time I've found it in good shape. Fairways and greens were very nice -- rolled true. The only negative, the snack bar struggles to serve meals in a timely fashion. Waited each time...staff seemed stressed.

We had exchanged our 2 BR timeshare over Memorial Day Weekend and stayed in a 1 BR with an adjoining efficiency unit. As other reviewers have pointed out, the rooms are very spacious and clean. Only the floor of the covered balcony outside screamed for a washing. The 1 BR had a full kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine and dryer. The mattress was on the soft side but we rested well and were most comfortable at all times. Like the sister resort at Starr Pass, this is a golf resort and has a... Read more

We looked to visit relatives in the Phoenix area and booked at the Legacy Golf Resort. It was the hottest temp of the season, in the 120's. We arrived early and asked if we could check in but had to wait until 4 pm. They give you a welcome package with drink and food coupons to use at their restaurant. Also, ask if you want to go to the sales pitch for the time share. My wife did not but changed her mind and we were surprised of the low pressure to buy. This is a new generation for time share se... Doing a stay-cation this week at the Legacy Golf Resort. The room decor is very outdated. The living room couch style looks like it's been there since the opening day of the property. 3 inch long missing chip in the wood dining room table edge. You have to open the dishwasher to open the kitchen drawers next to it. 40% of the cable channels on both LG tvs have "no signal". The guide function on both remotes does nothing so you have to go through each channel to find what's on. You can wa... Read more

We stayed here with family earlier this month. Overall I'd say they have all the pieces of the puzzle, but it's up to the staff to properly execute them to make it a "resort experience." The Room We stayed in a studio room. I honestly wasn't expecting such an elaborate kitchenette. There was a stovetop, sink, microwave, dishwasher, a toaster, coffeemaker and even a blender! There was even a washer/dryer in the room which was nice. Just a note for future travelers -- there are more amenities li... Read more

We travel to Phoenix about twice a year and this has become our home. The grounds, the condos, the restaurant and the golf course are simply amazing. The have onsite shuffle board, large swimming pool with outdoor bar and a hot tub to soak those sore muscles and aching feet after a long day shopping or a round of golf where the LPGA has held one of their tournaments. The restaurant is open for breakfast lunch and dinner. I suggest you eat early and late so you can enjoy the outdoor dining. ... Read more

First time visit in the state of Arizona was a great one. The resort is a nice place. Everyone we encountered was very friendly with smiling faces. Grounds are kept up. Pool area was being enjoyed by families and bar attendant made great drinks, just wish they had a bourbon selection. The restaurant was very casual, definitely not for a romantic meal. The 1 bedroom condo was awesome! Nice living room, huge tub for two adults (or multiple kids), comfortable bed. There is not daily maid service wh... Read more

We stayed here for 2 weeks while getting our daughter relocated to Mesa Community College. There was a water shut off on day 9 and we had to relocate to another building. The management and staff were very helpful and upgraded us from a one bedroom to a one bedroom with the adjoining room so our daughter had her own room. The second room had a slight cricket problem and they came and sprayed. Then the sink came loose from the granite in our daughter's bathroom. This, too, was repaired immediate... Read more

This was my second time staying here. Hotel is very clean. Bed is super comfy. We spent two days around the pool which is awesome. We ordered food and it was delivered fast and hot. Hotel is 10 minutes to the airport which was convenient for our out of town visitors. Right now they are remodeling so we had to deal with some noise - but not bad. This is a great place at a great price. Would definitely go back.

I would say its quite secluded but the property itself is quite big with mostly golfers. The pool is nothing great rather we were disappointed since the water not so clean. They keep the bar open till 8 pm which I think is not a good idea since they potrey to be resort. Rooms were preety huge with a kitchenette but the carpet pretty old and even saw lizard crawl under my bed. Not a very children friendly resort.

I thoroughly enjoyed my week here. The rooms were clean and spacious. The resort is secluded and is good for golfers. I am not a golfer but still enjoyed my time here. I loved the Jacuzzi in my room and the kitchen is well equipped with everything to make my stay away from home comfortable. I wasn't too bustled with time share presentation but eventually I attended one while there.

Welcome to Legacy Resort, There's fun and games of all sort. A little casita for you and your guests, A nice large pool area if you want to rest. Also golf, basketball, tennis, playground, There's plenty to do when you stick around. Watch out for the sales pitch they might throw at you, Just smile, say no thank you, and then you'll be through. A nice, restful resort for a young family of four, Make sure to leave all your worries outside the front door.

This was a very nice resort. It's about 10 minutes from the airport. We did not realize until it was too late, that this is a "resort ownership" property - another way of saying "timeshare" property. This program uses a points system and you don't purchase specific weeks for a specific resort. My husband and I are retired and really like an experience other than "condo" living. This resort has a fairly small but nice pool (but pool bar was open only on weekends), nice looking tennis courts ... Read more

It's very close to the airport. But there is not much around. It's not in the nicest neighbourhood to drive around in. Everything is run down. From the outside legacy looks really nice and well kept. The condominiums haven't been updated since 1980. Old and dark, but clean. Pool area is great. The service we found slow at the pool and patio. Definitely under staffed. Scottsdale is much nicer, and camelback mountain is worth climbing.

Our 1 bedroom condo was spacious, clean and stocked well with everything we needed. The mattress, pull out bed, bedding was all clean and comfortable. Probably time for possible renovations to pull this place out of the 90's, but overall was good. Our major issue was with the room keys as we went through several of them and several long walks back to the front desk to get new ones.
