Stayed here for 2 nights. Being in Old Town Scottsdale was a plus for us. This area was fun to shop and window shop. The area had a good selection of restaurants to choose from a various price points. (we didn't have to break the bank every night) The morning breakfast at the hotel exceeded our expectation in selection and food quality.

Very comfortable hotel with good sized rooms and comfortable beds and in a very convenient spot, virtually in the centre of Old Scottsdale. You can just leave your car and it's an easy walk to all the restaurants, bars and shops. Nice fitness centre. Breakfast was excellent with lots of choice. All staff were friendly and helpful, a special mention for Evi who was very helpful and recommended that we go to Bootleggers for a meal, which we did and it was excellent (see separate review).

We really enjoyed our stay at the Hyatt Place. Our room was super clean, it was very close to Old Town and the great bars and restaurants. They have a small bar and it surely helped to pick up a beer after a long day of shopping/walking around. I recommend the Hyatt Place.

The staff here is really helpful. We had packages sent to the hotel; we had a room change that we requested; we had a refrigerator malfunction, and all was handled really well. We stayed 5 nights, and were very pleased with the service we got when it was needed.

We stayed here for a night before flying out of Phoenix the next day. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean, just wish it had a microwave...had to go down to lobby to heat up some food (not a big deal). We walked to Social Tap around the corner to grab dinner, but didn't get to take advantage of the location for our short stay. Overall it was good.

This was a wonderful place for a quick weekend getaway. Great service, including hot breakfast and plenty of parking, after all it's Arizona. But the people working at this facility really go out of their way to please their guests. The room was quiet, the bed very comfortable. With a small fridge and living room area to relax in a very comfortable temperature. Weather outside was 117 degrees.

Amazing stay, Why"? Well When you are away from home you feel out of your realm. So When people are good to you such as staff at a hotel. You feel at home and have that safe feeling again. And when they are their for you for everything! Well That's Just amazing. ! In this day and age. You do not find. And this place was that Place > Very Clean, Courteous, and Kind! Property is a little dated but staff is always very friendly and respectful and treats repeat customers very well. Properties has Clubs very close to the Hotel and gets very busy on Friday and Saturday nights with people coming and going in and out very late night and after midnight. Low level rooms by these Clubs can hear the Clubs activities pretty much steady all night while they are open.

Came up from Tucson for Thursday night Art Walk. Hyatt is the perfect location. Walk to Fashion Square for Happy Hour then over Main for gallery hopping. Walk or use the free golf carts around town.
