Phoenix Homewood Suites - I will recommend this property to anyone that asks. Staff is great, rooms was great, breakfast and evening social was great! I am always pleased with my experience at any Hilton property. They are predictably awesome.

Moved to this hotel after original hotel for trip was disgusting. Clean and cheerful room with excellent kitchen. Furniture not comfortable for relaxing in room. Bed however was comfortable. Complimentary breakfast was good.

The staff here is outstanding and they really "get" the mindset of the extended stay guest. We were having some home renovations done and needed a place to stay for two weeks. They allow pets with a nominal additional deposit ($75 for your entire stay) and they really make guests feel welcome, even those us whose dog barks too much. Each two-room suite is roomy, comfortable and clean. One of the best parts of the stay is the food service--included is breakfast every morning and evening recepti... Read more

Yes, it's old, yes it's dirty, and yes, the breakfast is mediocre. It's also cheap for what you are getting, which makes it an EXCELLENT value. If you want new, clean, and uptown, go pay &250 to 450 a night. Don't opt for a money saving hotel and then whine about the little things. One word of caution: Bring your own snacks and sodas. The price at the little snack bar at the front desk is outrageous, (I.E. a 50 cent ice cream sandwich is $2.50, etc.). Your room has a fridge, use it!

Spacious suite. Comfy bed. Crazy quiet, especially considering we are on the highway side of the hotel. Great breakfast & social hour. Friendly/gracious staff. Nice pool area -morning sun. Elevator needs a face lift. New carpet & paint would elevate hotel to the next level.

Was very nice, clean and comfortable stay here, rooms are great, especially since we arrived late in the evening. Would recommend it to all. We were heading to Flagstaff & Grand Canyon so we stayed here for a couple nights. Close to lots of dining, shopping, etc. Off of I-70, so was really easy to get back on to head up the Flagstaff.

Staff was extremely friendly but this hotel is in need of repairs. Toilet did not flush and no one came to fix it. Hair dryer worked inconsistently. There was trash left in my room by the trash can from the previous occupant and I am fairly certain that my bed sheets were not fresh linens but they do have hard water in Phoenix. None the less, I am pretty sure they had been slept on so I requested new ones and they had no issue doing this for me. Evening social food was not so great. I love to s... Read more

Trust me - this place is worse than a Motel 6. It smells, is dirty, and the window was broken out in the room. I then had to yell to wake up the staff member so I could check out in the morning. Despite a relatively low rate for a Hilton - you get what you pay for.

I could not believe all the amenities that this hotel offers. Free internet, breakfast, evening social with wine or beer and food, pool, laundry, exercise room, etc! The suite was fabulous, the bed and pillows very comfortable, and the staff were out of this world friendly and helpful! This was a 5 star hotel for the price of a 2 star!! Highly recommend!!

Expected more from this hotel chain. Hot breakfast was not extraordinary like Embassy Suites or Staybridge Suites but was a notch above a continental. Service was good; however, some accommodations were below average as well as the response to concerns. Custodial and kitchen staff were very friendly and helpful!

We were celebrating my boyfriends 60th birthday and chose the Homewood Suites based on it's close proximity to his favorite restaurant, Pappadeaux's Seafood Kitchen. This was my first stay at the Homewood Suites brand with Hilton and I loved the two-room with kitchen layout of the guest rooms. We stayed the whole weekend and enjoyed the ambience of the room, watching the college world series and the complimentary breakfast both mornings.

An old and dirty room. Stains on the couch. The ceiling fan looked like it wasn't cleaned for years so I didn't want to turn it on. Housekeeping wasn't very thorough. I found a hair clip on the floor from a previous guest. Why didn't they see and remove it? There was dust in the corner where it wasn't vacuumed. When I told the front desk these things they promised a deep cleaning that I don't think ever occurred!

Carpets throughout hotel were filthy. A/C barely cooked room down to bearable temperature. Not what I expected from a Hilton Hotel. Breakfast was probably the worst I've had at any hotel. Staff were however very polite and tried to be helpful. Do yourself a favor and find somewhere else.

Beware, NO ICE MACHINES. Refrigerators spit out about 8 very small cubes after about 1/2 hour. If you can wait until 5:00pm the kitchen in lobby does have an ice machine.I was told there were NO machines on the property by the front desk. Then I inadvertently left my IPAD charger plugged in the bathroom area. Called the hotel when I arrived home to tell them I would be returning the next week and to hold it for me. We spent June 18, 22-23, 2016 at hotel. First two nights we did not have enough large towels as we had 4 adults and I had to obtain hand towels to use. For last night we wrote a note to the maid asking for another large towel as front desk is not allowed to access large towels for guests to use. Maids should know when there are 4 adults staying in hotel. Social food ran out on June 22nd and had stale buns left for hot dogs with sauerkraut. Cups and glasses were gone also. If you're just looking for a decent room to stay in, this will fit the bill but maybe not for the price. I loved my previous stay at the Little Rock Homewood, but this place disappointed. Ran out of dinner items quickly, didn't serve dinner on a holiday they'd advertised they were serving on. Complimentary internet struggled to stream video. If you plan on cooking there it's probably the hotel's best selling point.

This was a nice location to stay right off riots 17 close to the airport. I picked it because it was a Hilton hotel. The rooms were nice sized. We brought kids for a conference so they slept on the sofa beds. They were lumpy and old and uncomfortable. I am a "Hilton Guy". The consistency of quality, service, and hospitality at Hilton properties is normally right on the money. The girl who checked us in, however, displayed the attitude that she would rather be doing anything else besides checking us in. Not the Hilton way! Then I asked for ice and she really seemed perturbed. I understand that most Homewood Suites properties do not have ice makers on each floor but, however, each suite has an ice maker in the refrigerator. But after a st... Read more

The halls smelled horrible from what people were cooking. No ice machines on any floors. The A/C didnt work had to go and buy fans for our stay in the summer with temps outside of 114. The A/C should stay on and not be turned on only when the guest arrives, that would probably help keep the room at an even temp.
