Just stayed for one night after a long flight from UK. Good directions easy to find. Receptionist very welcoming, offered us nice fresh baked cookies and showed us where we could get 24hr coffee. Had 2 rooms, a 2bed/bath and 1bed/bath suites both very comfortable. Had done online check-in and managed to get rooms close together and on ground floor close to an exit which was good as we had quite a lot of luggage. Would recommend for any length of stay as it is close to downtown and the airport.

Excellent location, excellent and professional staff, and old-school but clean and well-stocked suites. The coffee that is served all day is quite good. We loved that they have apples and bananas out all day. The only complaint is that the fitness room is way too meager.

This hotel is extremely tired, big stains all over the sofa bed, stains everywhere in carpet, in the bathroom the shower curtains were old, and the material looked damage, one shower was dripping all the time, and the other had a damaged drain cover. Our non-smoking room smell like a smoking room. Overall the room felt dirty! I choose this brand for 2 reasons when traveling with the kids and pet: Pet-friendly hotel, kitchen, free hot breakfast daily, as well as the complimentary evening soci... Read more

Had a 2 night stay while in town for a graduation. Very comfortable bed, good linens, and nice breakfast. Will return. Has a shuttle - did not use but will in future as there are so many great restaurants nearby. AZ Biltmore shopping center right down the block and convenient to all central Phoenix.

Everything about our stay here was without flaw. The suite was a great size. Loved having the kitchen area. Loved our stay so much that I booked our next stay in Phoenix at Homewood Suites. We have another trip in June. Already booked at Homewood Suites as well.

The hotel was just okay. The rooms were average. The location of it is nice since there is a lot of places around the Biltmore area. The hotel will be going under construction so hopefully the room quality gets better.

This is our first choice of hotels when visiting our daughter in Phoenix. The rooms are nice and large, and very clean. Staff is warm and friendly and they are extremely pet friendly. We also love the complementary full breakfast, and they also serve dinner most nights.

We love to stay at Hilton properties because we can depend on consistent cleanliness, security, and hospitality. Sadly, this property is run down and you can tell they let it go on a long time. This did not seem like the other Homewood Suites we have stayed in. The lobby and breakfast area were fine, and there were no signs that there was trouble ahead in the rooms (apart from a small table set up on the side about some renovations taking place and an invitation to ask them about the exciting ... The interior is dated and worn. The thing I liked the most was location. Directly across street from Whole Foods, Trader Joe's, Hopdotty burgers, Twin Peaks and about 8 other places to eat. Water was shut off from 11am - 4pm on three Saturdays in June. Staff was very nice and helpful. The fitness center only had one elliptical and one treadmill. The treadmill slipped frequently causing a dangerous fall hazard. Reported to staff for repair. Breakfast was average did not eat the evening me... Read more

Love the fact it's getting rid of the smoking rooms, never made sense to me. I'll be back more often with the grandkids now that I can breath a sigh of relief and not deal with migraines from the smoke. Thanks greatly appreciated.

The hotel was being renovated and they had covered all of the smoke detector on the first floor and the two outside of my room on the second floor. This make you question what other life safety issue we didn't see.

We used the Biltmore Homewood Suites as a base after arriving in Phoenix. We liked that we could squeeze the whole family of 6 into a room. It was exactly what you might expect, convenient, big, comfortable without being at all exciting. The pool was decent but got very busy at times. Breakfast was OK, decent choice but the food was rather 'school dinners'.

I was worried about staying at this hotel because they are in the middle of a renovation. However, to my delight I was worried for nothing. I was put in one of the newly renovated one bedroom suites and it was awesome. It was very clean and spacious. The beds were extremely comfortable and the air conditioning worked great. The hotel is going through renovations so the lobby area was set up very well in another part of the hotel. Upon check in, I was greeted with a big smile and a Welcome to Homewood. The young lady that checked me in was great. She was professional and very informative. Under construction, but rooms are nice... Breakfast is absolutely awful...and so is parking. Excellent dining just a mile down the road which is terrific! I'm confident things will be better once the chaos is finished, but until then....I personally won't be returning to this hotel. All that said...if you just need a clean room with cold AC, then this is an affordable spot to come to. Just don't expect a lot of frills. Thanks for reading my review...

The hotel appears to be understaffed at the front desk. The person behind the desk was unable to complete the check in process effeciently. A sales manager came up to help . The rooms were nice but the construction around the hotel was loud and the front entrance area was being paved which made it difficult to navigate. When we made our Rez they mentioned a remodelling but said it was minimal.

This hotel has the total package, great service, rooms and location. The staff was extremely helpful through the stay. The rooms were modern and clean and felt like a chic apartment. Very close to upscale shopping and easy access to the highway but also an great place to take a run/walk. Breakfast was great but didn't start until 6:30, I would have preferred earlier since I just arrived from the east coast. I would definitely stay here again.

We stayed frequently st Homewood Suites, and normally receive outstanding service as Hilton Honors members. At this location, we were given a card with instructions to text any requests to the staff. I did so, but never got a response until I followed up a few days later, when we had moved on to another location. I was told that the text was never received. This hotel was extremely nice, clean, and friendly staff. I was dissastified with how they handled my several noise complaints. Others were complaining too and hotel staff did nothing but "try" to confront them. Besides that small issue I loved the hotel. The hotel does advertise "free weights" in the gym, but they are actually 4 medicine balls. Be aware. The gym was very small, maybe 7ft by 7ft for 2 cardio machines and medicine balls. Overall, this was an enjoyable stay for me. I must say that the hotel staff were extremely kind. For example, I had quite a cold, unrelated to my stay. This hotel is fantastic. Amazing rooms, similar to an apartment but much nicer than a typical long term stay. Clean, staff is friendly, pretty good location (depending on where you're working/visiting in sprawling Phoenix). I've stayed in many Homewoods & this is one of the nicest.
