My wife and I stayed there because of its close proximity to Chase Field (for the Kenny Chesney Concert), and Hiltons reputation as well as being that the hotel is all suites - Awesome! The service we got from beginning to end was amazing, the Front desk manager, Monica, heard that we are having a date night and when we got back to our room that night we had chocolate strawberries waiting!!

I stayed here because it was close the location of my event. There is no shuttle from the airport and I used the tram and rail to arrive. Not a problem unless you are carrying a lot of luggage. The room was large and clean. The breakfast included was very good. Expect to wait for eggs as they appear very popular and consistently I found an empty tray. Was very friendly and clean. Lobby is very beautiful. The suites are very spacious and accomodating. Was a little dissappointed their gift store was closed in the weekend and did not have many selections for take home trinkets. But overall, a very satisfying experience

Yet room had a powerful, and odd, smell when I arrived, like some sort of floral deodorizer. Perhaps someone had had a pet, or there had been some illicit smoking. But the smell dissipated after time. Bed was comfortable. Parking was convenient, but $12 for self-parking.

This Hilton falls far short of the Hilton brand that I am familiar with from years of travel. It certainly has the bones for a great hotel and is very convenient to the Phoenix new downtown stadium district. It has a serviceable lounge, restaurant, fitness center and room however, it is very dated from the perspective of décor and styling.

I'd stay again. Tried other places in the same area to save a buck and you definitely get what you pay for. Will never make that mistake again. Service was fast and efficient and covered parking was a plus.

This hotel is a great location, if you want to get around in downtown Phoenix. With the light rail being steps from the doorway and many attractions also close to the hotel it's a great place to stay.

The hotel is two blocks away from the American Native American Museum that is well worth the visit. Additionally, the Metro Rail stops conveniently at the front door with a $2.00 ticket to the airport.

I stayed here fit a long weekend with some friends the room was nice had a small deck we stayed on the ninth floor. Good view AC worked great had a small frig and microwave in room. Beds were nice. Breakfast buffet was great. The staff was very helpful and friendly.

Pool closed to early and was freezing cold. Breakfast was 12.25 per person. Staff was helpful but did not walk though stay and times of things. Parking was a bit confusing at times but worked. Hard to see sign from road.

We have tried multiple Hilton properties and this is by far the best for location to downtown and various venues. Staff is attentive and helpful. Awesome pricing and relaxing room. Microwave, coffee maker, mini fridge in each room. We will be back

Was on business so convenient to the work location. The air conditioner in the room never got cold and there was hair i the tub and on the showe wall that was not mine. Leads me to believe that housekeeping is not up to par. For the government rate, it was a decent hotel.

Comfortable, spacious room. Friendly staff. Conveniently located on the metro line, and easy trip from the airport via train. Breakfast attendants are pleasant, and offering on the buffet are a good variety. Koi in the atrim/lobby are nice touch. Would stay here again.

I stayed at this hotel on my last night before traveling home on business. This hotel was chosen because it was close to the airport with shuttle service. When I arrived I was give 2 drink tickets due to my Diamond status. I did not use the tickets so I can not comment on the quality of their spirits. My Ac broke in the middle of the 2016 record breaking Phoenix heat wave .. the same day I was scheduled for surgery. Because my procedure was scheduled for noon , I needed to check in before typical time .. and the front desk was exceptionally accommodating. perfect stay and the people and the hotel are all very nice and giving their best. They brought my luggage to the room at midnight, they provided complimentary internet, they gave me free parking. They actually suppose to charge parking for the night but did not. they were very nice and helpful.

The staff was friendly and always helpful. The room was great and I especially liked the bedding (super soft sheet) and I loved the pillows. The internet worked great and I just had the complimentary one. My only minor complaint would be I would have like some more tv channels. Will definitely stay her again.

I didn't get to choose where I stayed but I would think this would be at least a 4 star and it wasn't, It's more like a 2 star for 4 star pricing. The food at the restaurant was terrible, the rooms smelled terrible. The pool area and workout rooms are a total joke. Would not recommend this place nor would I stay there again...unless work forces me to...

We stayed here after travelling for 6 hrs after landing in LA. Front desk was excellent, he organised breakfast for us as we hadn't planned it before. Room was excellent, spacious, bed was excellent. Internet quality and connection was great. Breakfast was adequate. Definitely recommend for any traveller.

The hotel is beautiful, the staff is beyond amazing!!!! Every employee we encountered was so happy to help with anything we needed. We got there at 7 am and we got an early checkin, that never happens anywhere. The front desk employees were awesome, they gave us excellent restaurant recommendations, sightseeing etc. etc. I did not get to meet management personally but spoke with them on the phone and they care so much. Great Hilton Property. Try the onsite restaurant, it is to die for. Also, the rooms and property was clean, staff was friendly and the place was beautiful ! Minor room repairs needed like sliding glass door being off the tracks, nothing maintenance couldn't fix quick.

Stayed one night with my 2 kids. Hotel was very nice. Our room was great! Spacious & quiet. We were in room 1013. Only complaint would be bedroom gets stuffy if you close the door (perfect with door open). Also, cleaning people forgot to clean out fridge so previous people's food was still in there.

Hotel staff was nice but rooms are outdated. Shower did not work well. It took a very long time to get hot water. Carpet looked old as did fixtures in bathroom. Overall the best part was the location and staff's helpfulness

great hotel. amazing rooms. sketchy neighbors. staff was helpful. rooms big enough to hold interviews or do business. simply amazing for such a great price. be mindful of bums in the area who will beg for change, but thankfully they were not very pushy.

I travel a lot for work and stay in a lot of hotels. This one was one of the most well-run hotels I have stayed in. It was clean and orderly, the hotel manager was very friendly, and my suite was spacious and well-kept. It had new and updated amenities in the bathroom, and extremely comfortable. I would stay there again and recommend to a friend.

I was unable to book a hotel near Chase Field for a recent visit to watch an MLB game, so "settled" for the Hilton Phoenix Suites. I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the hotel. Beautiful atrium on first floor reminiscent of a Hyatt Regency. Rooms were large, clean and well-appointed. Helpful front desk staff that was highly responsive to all request. We enjoyed our stay. Even had a nice view from our balcony. Would definitely stay in and recommend here or any others. It's a new favorite among my kids/teens as well. It was easy to get in and out of, and centrally located. The next time we are in Phoenix this is my spot.

The rooms in this hotel are pretty big. You have a living room with a couch, chair and desk. Separate bedroom and spacious bathroom. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was very good but will set you back $12.50. Buffet with made-to-order omelets. I am definitely staying here again. Thanks.

In Phoenix for our daughter's graduation and she suggested we stay downtown. We used the light rail from the airport - which worked great - and for our entire stay. The hotel is a bit dated, but very clean and comfortable. We would definitely stay here again.

My door latch became stuck the first night after checking in upon my return from dinner. I was offered a change of room or engineering service to diagnose/correct problem. No phone call or knock on my door. After an hour I no longer wanted to change rooms, but no one ever came to do any work on the door latch. They told me it seemed to be working fine. Afterward it proceeded to stick with every use.

Very friendly staff at the front desk. They able to fix my reservation. Sherry and another gentlemen were very helpful and friendly. They were able to give me a 2 PM check out since my flight wasn't until 5 PM. Located in central downtown Phoenix and literally right next to the light-rail station. Makes it very easy & cheap to get to the airport.

Not downtown, but close enough. Great hotel, great service, would definitely stay again next visit to Phoenix. The Wifi wasn't all that great. The breakfast was buffet style and $12 per person. The staff were all friendly and the beds were good. I prefer a more comfy bed but it was definitely better than some.

The hotel is very clean and quiet. Front desk very accommodating, friendly staff. My only criticism would be -- rooms are tired looking, heavy furniture, dark lighting. We have stayed at numerous Hilton hotels that have been updated and refreshed. This one is due.

I have actually reviewed this hotel before and maintain an excellent rating. My only issue was the indoor pool this year. Last year it was heated just right and was delightful. this year the water was freezing and I could barely get in and then I could not stay in because it was too cold. Otherwise, great stay.

I was here to see the Giants vs the D'Backs. The trolley is across the street and it takes you a block away from Chase Field which is very convenient due to the heat. There's a few places around the hotel to eat, with a nice deli in a bldg. behind the hotel. If I had 1 complaint it would be to have a CVS or Walgreens within walking distance because the hotel gift shop is not always open. The room is great and very quiet. We spent our wedding night here 19 years ago so we enjoy coming back occasionally. It is always clean, the staff are friendly and accommodating. The room service is good, the bar is enjoyable especially for a game of pool. Looking forward to coming back next year!

I was surprised of the professional and upscale ambience this hotel provided for teenage team outing. The staff was excellent from beginning to end. They even sent me a personal text before I checked in; asking if I had special needs and anticipated my arrival. Cleanliness was top notch. This hotel is in a great location and had great service and amenities. The hotel has a great bar and restaurant with very friendly servers. The rooms were very comfortable and quite soundproof for a downtown location. The location was near the metro train which was convenient for getting out and about. Parking was 12.00 a day, but has unlimited entry/exit.

We had a wonderful experience staying at the Hilton with excellent room service for our dining. My husband was unable to make it to the dining room, so our room service was pleasant and satisfying. They met all of our needs and the staff was very friendly and pleasant.

We spent a night here on a road trip and wanted to enjoy Phoenix. This hotel sits right next to the light rail line, so it is really convenient for accessing downtown without having to worry about driving and parking. As for the hotel, the staff was super friendly and helpful. The parking costs $12 per day, but the garage is right there and convenient. The room was fairly large and had a refrigerator. It was very clean and perfect for a couple. Overall, I would definitely stay here again.

Stayed 2 nights in this Hilton for a conference. Loved the fact that it is so close to the light rail. Felt virtuous riding it back and forth to downtown. The staff was great for early check in - and late check out. Nice and quiet and comfortable. I'll always stay here when I am in Phoenix.

I stayed only one night and traveled for business. The staff was very friendly and helpful and the room accommodations were great. Nice comfy bed. Internet gave me a bit of trouble but that was partly my fault as I didn't read the info on my room key packet. It's in a great location and parking is available in the garage for $12.

Reservations: easy on line through Trip Advisor. Check-in: a little slow given the hour. Check-out was much better! Room: spacious very clean, very quiet. Comfortable bed. Large bathroom. Nice towels. Nice flat screen TV. WiFi: Free but slow and signal kept dropping in my room; very annoying. Parking: valet parking and garage on site. Location: close to Scottsdale and downtown. Near restaurants and shopping. Staff: outstanding! The nicest most helpful staff around.

I stayed for business in the area to find a Hilton with a big room and comfortable bed which was a nice change. The lobby area was a unusual touch with balconies looking down onto it. The staff were nice and parking was easy in the multi-storey.

Check in was quick, parking is $12 for the garage or $16 for valet, rooms are typical Hilton Suites. Bed was comfortable. Rooms are slightly dated, but clean. No issues and for the price, it's a good deal. Phoenix hotels can be hit or miss on quality versus price, so this place is worth it. Bar was decent but closes at 10:45. Indoor pool (small) and gym (small) are available.

Only stayed here because it's my company's preferred location and it's near my corporate office. The hotel is in serious need of an update. Décor is very tired and outdated. Rooms are very dark. Staff was friendly. Liked free popcorn in bar.

I'm an Honors member and try to stay at Hilton brand hotels which is why i stayed here. I was not disappointed entering the room to a spacious living area and well appointed bedroom. The bed was comfortable and the room temperature was just right, in spite of the heat outside. Came to Phoenix for a business trip and stayed here at recommendation of a colleague. I typically stay at Marriott properties, but this was the closest to the client's offices. It's a very nice hotel--room was excellent with two TV's and plenty of space in the suite. The bar area serves excellent food at beyond reasonable prices. I used the Hilton app with keyless/remote entry to the room and that worked very well! Was a bit expensive, but it's probably peak season in the area.

This was the meeting place of our start for our Caravan tours trip to the National Parks. We had to wait a while before we could get into our room as we were super early due to the only straight through flight from our East Coast home. Good clean hotel, great customer service. Our first room was too hot so we were switched to a new room almost immediately. Very professional atmosphere,self parked in a covered garage, which is great since in can get pretty hot in Phoenix.

It is a beautiful hotel and a wonderful, friendly place. The view is outstanding. The architecture and furnishings of the inside of the structure are from a fashion magazine. The pool is lovely, the whirlpool is small but effective. On the other hand, the workout room is smaller than a bedroom and the few pieces of equipment are rusty and sticky. The reviews of this hotel helped me choose it. It was nice on the first lobby level. But the room was quite blah. I was on the 11th floor. It just looked boring and uninteresting. Staff super nice. I had room service lunch (Tripleta sandwich) which was delicious and hot but I am not sure I'd stay here again unless the rooms had a makeover. This hotel has the best suites. The design is conducive to how you live. You can enter the bathroom from the living room and from the bedroom. It is beautifully furnished with leather sofa, which is long enough for anyone to sleep on. There was an extra blanket and sheet also, if you wanted to sleep in the living room.

We had a group of six rooms. Check in was smooth and front desk agents were more than helpful at checkin. Breakfast buffet is definitely top-notch. Fresh eggs! Serving staff very courteous and very helpful as well as smiles and great "good mornings" as you enter. Price per night, in my opinion, is a bit too much for this hotel. Bar staff needs improvement. The location is awkward. It can be a challenge even getting in during rush hour. The restaurant inside has a limited menu, but is passable. I didn't feel very comfortable walking around this neighborhood after hours. The rooms were nice, but there were construction crews starting at 5am outside that did a nice job of waking me up. The wi-fi is slower than molasses. I don't feel it was worth what I paid for the room.

Things were clean however the staff, from the front desk to the restaurant servers were not very nice. A welcoming customer service goes a long way and should be something the management staff should work on.

We traveled to the hotel for a cheer competition. The hotel was way too cold inside. We had dinner at the one restaurant in the hotel and the food was terrible! The meat was like beef jerky and the soup was cold. I do not recommend this hotel.

I stayed at the Hilton Phoenix Suites for about a month and would say the stay was comfortable. A quick suggestion though - Chefs can look at providing variety of menus as against to the same menu items. For guests who stay for a long period, variety of menus would help to choose from based on their taste/likely. I hope this will be considered and would be happy to see the change in menu when I visit again.

Thank you for allowing the Cheer participants to decorate their doors. The hotel was really a perfect venue for this trip and the girls had fun. The front desk and evening wait staff did not seem too interested in efficiency but the morning breakfast staff were awesome. Breakfast was very good and there were a lot of fresh choices. The sofa bed was lumpy, had poor support and a lot of springs. The room was very clean and overall very comfortable once we got the setting right on the thermostat.

The room was not clean. Housekeeping needs to pay more attention to detail and the night front desk manager needs a lesson in hospitality. In the world of hospitality the hotel needs to anticipate guests needs and create options.

Our overall experience was in the middle of the road. The room appeared nice but there were some plumbing issues. Our toilet clogged and I had to plunger it myself. Sink facet was broken and fell right off. Most staff were polite and friendly, but the bar staff were horrible and rude! Had to ask several times to be served and they short changed us $10!

This downtown Hilton Suites- one bedroom was roomy and perfect for an overnight in the city. Starbucks is down the street as are many cafes. Visited the Science museum and golf nearby as well. Would recommend this hotel if you have a need for a nice hotel in the downtown area.

The parking attendant was very rude and unhelpful. I was ready to leave the hotel to go home but the parking pass was not working. I give my room information to the parking attendant and asked her to let me exit. But the parking attendant would not do it and she asked me to back out from the gate and go to the front desk to get my pass re-programmed again before I could leave.

Great place to stay. Clean hotel with nice amenities. Even give a voucher to gym across the street as it is bigger than the one they offer. One con was room service came to early, but i let them know i was taking a call until noon and they came back later, which was nice.
