The hotel is close to the light rail line, making transportation convenient to get to other parts of Phoenix. The hotel also has a shuttle that can take guests to the light rail station or nearby businesses. I have stayed here several times, and on this visit, someone had apparently placed shampoo or soap in the hot tub, which made it less appealing because of the bubbles. The breakfast buffet is nice with cooked to order options such as omelettes and waffles. The staff was helpful and frien... Read more

It was an ordinary experience nothing special except the staff were exceptional I will give you that. My coffee machine didn't work, I was told I was getting a window with a view and my view was of wall corners and not the city. The worst thing which is the most important was that the top sheet of my bed felt like it was made out of paper. It was scratchy and stiff and I scratched all night long. The comforter was not soft at all either. Really, I won't go back.

Awesome pool, hot tub and pool located in garden area in the center of the facilities at a tremendous value. Spent an afternoon by the pool located close to the indoor bar and the waterfall provided soothing background sound. Great breakfast clean facilities and a pleasant and courteous staff are all consistent with the level of professional service I constantly enjoy from the Hilton Brand hotels.

In downtown Phoenix, right next to the light rail line, stands a white high-rise tower that quite clearly was built in the Art Deco heyday in downtown Phoenix. The newest incarnation for this building is as a Hilton. This the only Hilton I've stayed in that has the solid, austere feel of a bank building -- lots of tall solemn white stone walls in the large, open lobby. The hotel has been working to restore the 30's design touches, such as all the decorative metal inlays and metal grates at t... Read more

Better off staying at a newer brand hotel. Breakfast is not offered included in your stay nor can you order it in room service. The rooms are outdated, need maintenance, and smell moldy. The food is cheaply made but expensive. The pillows go flat, you need all four to get the support of one regular pillow.

I've stayed at this hotel a few times while in Phoenix on business. It's centrally located and close to the office and the customers I need to meet with. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Price is reasonalbe for this time of year. Parking is free and you will need a car or take the light rail as there aren't many resturant options close by.

Luis at the front desk, a true professional with a knack for anticipating and exceeding guest needs, he a is true asset to your team. The hotel offers a shuttle within 5 miles of the facility (yes the convention center is within this radius) so the need to drive one you arrive is minimized. A class facility with an attentive staff and a can-do attitude. I will stay here again.

The hotel is of the high standard that is expected of Hiltons, the staff was courteous and attentive. A shuttle is offered for rides within a five mile radius. There are a few eateries within walking distance. The Light Rail is nearby, which takes you downtown, Tempe, Mesa and the airport. 2USD one way or 4USD all day pass, clean, fast, timely. This is not in walking distance to downtown.

The temperature was 118 when we arrived. Parking for the hotel is a block away on a surface lot. The asphalt stuck to our shoes. We were in the west tower. The room was large and the adjustable bed was very comfortable. Dinner was good --we both had the Cobb salad. Breakfast, however, was a disappointment. Nice clean hotel. Nice pool and fitness center. But was really disappointed with the breakfast. Description in guest information book made it seem like it was fresh made to order breakfast for $10.95 but went down to get breakfast it was a breakfast buffet. The eggs were cold and runny and the selection was mediocre. Yet they still charged $10.95. I should have stayed at the Wyndham down the street for less and had a better breakfast for free.

Over all the property as a good feel to it. The Desk help are friendly and competent in their tasks. The room does show its age the sheets and towels were very nice. The door was hard to close and showing wear. The ice machine right across the room broke and leaked water on the second floor and leaked down to the first floor in front of elevators. This made for wet and slippery walking.

I stayed here for two nights. There are more convenient places to stay for airport access, but I found the location fine for an early morning flight. The rooms were recently updated, and the beds were very comfortable. The shower didn't leak. The AC was good (for the middle of September), even during the night. The front desk staff were pleasant. The parking lot is across the street to the east, and it requires a parking pass or validated ticket from the front desk.

Front desk staff is excellent. Rooms quiet, clean, roomy. Decor outdated, ceilings in entrance to room and in shower very low. Your head sinks down to mattress on any of them. No choice to firmness on pillows.

This is an excellent venue to host business meetings or seminars! The staff is so helpful, efficient, and accommodating. Kendall and Isaac were working the front desk during the two days I was there facilitating part of a conference. They made themselves available for any and all requests, were efficient in handling any issues or needs that arose in a timely fashion, and they were always smiling and cheerful. I highly recommend this hotel for any business needs!

The staff greeted us warmly. The price was a real bargain. Spacious accommodations. This was my best visit ever at a Hilton. I highly recommend this site. Hilton makes you feel like a valued customer. We will return again and again.
