We were very happy with our four night stay. We arrived at 3a.m. and got checked in quickly. Our room was clean and comfortable. The staff we had contact with were friendly and helpful. Only negatives were the hair dryer didn't work properly and the WIFI didn't work on many of the usual site we visit. Overall we had a comfortable stay and would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for an inexpensive, clean, comfortable hotel in the area.

We stayed at the Extended Stay for our son's baseball tournament and for spring training. It is centrally located and close to downtown Phoenix, with a drive time averaging about 30 minutes to everything we did. It is very close to delicious dining and shopping in the Biltmore area and Scottsdale. The hotel is efficient, clean, and looked to be newly painted and updated. There is no maid service unless you stay 7 or more days, but towels are available at the front desk if you ask. There is ... Read more

Best thing I liked during this stay was the wonderful beds/mattresses! The internet connection was not great for us. And I wish I had an extra pillow. Great shower, but toilet is in same room, we shared the room among 3 women.

We stayed one night at this hotel on our way to Flagstaff. It is close to the airport, and is located in a nice area of town, with Whole Foods and other shops nearby. The room was spacious, with free wifi, and was clean as well. The front desk employee was kind.

This extended stay was very nice. Room was very comfortable and clean. check in was fast and easy and so was the check out. We originally book 2 nights, but canceled the second to get back on the road to home. Breakfast wasn't top notch as in some motels, but the price paid here was much more reasonable than paying $40.00 more at others, which breakfast is not worth $40.00 more. Will definitely stay here again if i need to be in the area of Phoenix.

My room was very clean, and it was large. There was a sofa sleeper, in addition to a bed, in the room. There was also a large refrigerator, stove top, dinette set, and microwave in the room. One could check out dishes, flatware, and pots and pans as well. There was continental breakfast, and the hotel was in a good location, close to stores and restaurants, etc. Finally, the staff was courteous.

I came here for 10 days. Room is clean and the people who work here work really hard to keep it nice. They shampoo'd my carpet and cleaned my room once. (This extended stay only does it once a week) I had all the supplies I needed just had to ask. For an urban area it is pretty good. I had to give it one star less because the Internet is slow, they have a terrible cable channel selection, when you use a coupon at this location they do not credit you until you leave, and my cards kept breaking.... The rooms are nice (except for the dust on the chairs at the table). Every staff member I dealt with was extremely friendly. The pool is a decent size with lounge chairs, tables and umbrellas. They also have a grill you can use. They have breakfast to go every morning, as well as coffee and a pitcher of lemonade or iced tea out all day. Shopping is a few blocks away. It would be nice if the hotel offered a shuttle to the stores and airport but they don't. They do allow pets, only complain... Read more

I booked this place through Priceline where I found a great "Express Deal". The staff was very nice and the room was clean and well taken care of. No odd smells or nasty stains. The fridge and the microwave were the only appliances I used and they both worked well. I really have no complaints about this place, I spent most of the time exploring the city so I didn't really use the Wi-Fi so the fact that it was slow wasn't a problem for me. For the price, this is a great option. I would come back.

The room was nicely furnished with king bed and small sofa. The pool looked nice but no shade area, so didn't use. To-go breakfast is instant oatmeal/granola bar/oranges and apples. Coffee and fresh lemonade out all day. Good diner across the street. Outside doors unlock with key card. Free parking. Nice location near Camelback. Stayed only 3 nights, so no room cleaning, but that was okay since I was out all day. Didn't use the cooktop or microwave, full size fridge, dishes available. WiFi was f... Read more

Don't let the other reviews per sway you to stay here! First the nice lady that answers the phone does not exist! We checked in late and when waiting at front a very rude lady checked us in and told us to park around back. We carried our bags up 3 flights of stairs( not complaining) the carpets have never been cleaned or sweeped! Entering our room it smelt like cigar smoke bad! (Called down stairs and she said she believed us?? Ok?) next morning in the middle of shower the water goes off called ... Read more

I would absolutely not recommend this hotel. We frequent Extended Stay America Hotels quite often, as we are a family of 3 and the accommodations are usually comfortable, clean and affordable. Extremely disappointed with this location and level of cleanliness and customer service. Upon arrival, we were told the computer system was down and they were unable to check us into our room. We had driven 8 hours with a cranky toddler and 2 dogs, it was over 100 degrees out, we had no idea where to g... Read more

This hotel is infested with bugs. I don't even know what type of bugs they are. But they are everywhere. They are all in the rooms. They are in the bed. They are in the refrigerator. Even when I asked for fresh towels they were in between the towels. There are water stains all over the ceiling and all over the walls. You can tell that they did a cheap patch job to try to cover up the fact that there is either leaky pipes throughout this hotel or rain water is coming in to the hotel. There is dis... Read more

Pleased with decor, kitchen, cable TV selection, wi-fi, clean, feeling of security. Will definitively be back for longer stays. Desk employees all very efficient and fun to interact with. It appears their business model is for more than one night stays. So...although a coffee maker is in the room...bring your own coffee. Complimentary coffee is available in the lobby. Other than that...a great place.

I enjoyed my stay here and found the rooms to be very nice (I had a queen size bed on the third floor). It was quiet with no noise from neighboring rooms. Good A/C unit in my room. The kitchen worked out great but I only used the refrigerator and microwave. Their morning coffee (two caffeinated choices) was great. Took me a while to check in due a woman taking forever with her situation trying to get resolved by the staff. I would stay here again being a great value in a great location in ... Read more

The problems I have with this is that it is supposed to be xtended stay. They didnt have one item or utensil in the kitchen, you had to rent/buy them separately. Also, the breakfast was preservative laden plastic wrapped muffins or granola bars, Thats it! We arrived at 3am after a long and harrowing flight, I was sick the next morning, so we couldnt go anywhere for breakfast. All we could eat was a granola bar in about 24 hours,

Stayed for 2 nights. I was really impressed with what they offer and how they cater to the independent traveler. The checkin and front desk didn't really feel like a standard hotel and the services are pretty minimal, but not lacking. I would describe this place as having a hostel feel with a fancy room, but it was perfect for me at a really great price. It was like a studio apartment, fully equipped with a sink, fridge, countertop stove and microwave. It had a double bed (maybe queen), a h... Read more
