My husband was flying into Phoenix, and as this hotel was ranked highly, we decided to book here. The hotel, besides being beautiful, had a helpful staff and offered free pickup from the airport. It even offers rooms with a balcony! This Drury is definitely top notch.

We chose this hotel from the reviews on TA and also the location. We just wanted a hotel near the airport as we did not want to go into Phoenix proper. This was an excellent choice as the hotel was close the airport and provided a complementary shuttle from the airport. The room was fairly large and comfortable. With flat screen TV and free wifi. The complimentary snacks served in the afternoon were enough to satisfy our hunger after the long flight from Australia without needing to leave ... Read more

I booked a room the day before my arrival and I chose it since it offered free shuttle service to downtown Phoenix and to the airport. Room 523 was spacious with king size bed, a sofa, desk, ironing board, and fridge (no beverages, unless you bring your own, which is great) and it was clean. Regretfully floors have upholstery, which might be a problem for me, since I have dust allergy and they are extremely difficult to clean. I stayed here for a week. Couldn't believe all the food that was included in the price of the room. For breakfast you can have all the usual foods. They never seem to run out. The waffles were very popular. Happy hour you can have wine or some mixed drinks. Two nights we just stayed here for dinner all part of happy hour! Any staff that we spoke to were very helpful.

We came back to Phoenix for one night and wanted to stay near the airport. What a great find! We were pleasantly surprised about the free dinner AND breakfast they serve. You even get a drink coupon for 3 alcoholic drinks per person. Our room was quite large and spacious. I really was surprised about the size. The room also had a refrigerator and microwave. It was clean and comfortable. Before this, I have never heard of this hotel chain, but now I will check for them in future travels.

We were pleasantly surprised by this hotel. With it being just me and my daughter I felt safe and secure in this area. The hotel staff was all very friendly. Very easy check in and room very clean. Grounds and hotel itself was clean. Had a couple things that I didn't enjoy. Our room was located on the back side of building over the ac units for the building and face an industrial business area. We stayed here after a long international flight. There is a shuttle from the airport that comes when you call, very convenient. There is a free Happy Hour that provides drinks and food. A really nice idea. From what we saw, guests were using it as a free dinner, as we did. In the morning there is a free breakfast, and then shuttle back to the airport. Rooms are comfortable, clean and quiet. Staff were all smiling and friendly. A great place...would stay here again.

We were only here overnight but staff was very friendly & courteous and the room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. I had stayed at another hotel for the bulk of my trip, but needed a hotel close to the airport for my last night (since my flight was leaving at 5:00 a.m.). I would happily stay at this hotel again. The beds were comfortable and I slept quite well, and its proximity to the airport was a bonus given that I had an early morning flight. I highly recommend their courtesy van to and from the airport. The gentleman who provided this hotel service was efficient; delivering service beyond what's ... Read more

This hotel was very convenient to the Phoenix Sky Harbor airport and the car rental return. We did not see many restaurants in the area but didn't look extensively. The room was clean and the staff friendly. Like other Drury Inns we have stayed in, there are many extras such as food at dinner time.

The hotel strapline declares that all extras are included. A bold claim but largely justified. The bedroom has few frills, for example no amenity toiletries such as body lotion, no kitchen roll. But the TV had access to plenty of channels and there was wifi albeit slow. And the bed was comfortable with little noise once te A/C had reached the preferred level. Could not access the Boarding Pass site in the "Business Center" but staff resolved the IT issue. Breakfast was well above the average.

From the time we checked in to the time we were dropped off at the airport, we were impressed by the fine service provided by everyone at this hotel. The person who registered us in even offered us a free ride back to the hotel if we wanted to drop off our car rental the night before. Detailed instructions were handed to us to follow the easiest return route to car rental return and a phone number to have their van pick us up nearby to rental return area. The kickback time from 5:30 to 7:00 pm w... Read more

What a beautiful place. I highly recommend staying here. Excellent rooms, breakfast , and social hour with a free wonderful meal ( we were served chicken strips, alfradeo penne pasta, chef salad , chips with cheeses dip & salsa) and three drinks free every night. We will definitely stay here next time we are in Phoenix. Thank you Drury Inn.

Our room was so clean and the beds are so comfy!! Check in and check out was a breeze, and their breakfast was so varied and delicious. This was my first time staying at a Drury Inn and I was very pleasantly surprised. We had a double queen room and it was lovely and spacious. We didn't get to check out all the other amenities because we were on the way to the Grand Canyon, but our one night stay was awsome, def recommend this place to others

This was such a pleasant experience! The hotel was centrally located in a nice area, the room with terrace had a great view.. clean grounds, comfortable bed and very, very pleasant hotel staff! The breakfast and FastBreak evening meal was awesome! Will definitely stay here again and will look for other Drury Suites!

I chose the inn because of a reasonable price and a shuttle that would not only take us to the airport, but pick me up at the rental car return area the evening before. I didn't realize that there would be vast amounts of food and beverage for guests in the morning and in the evening-delightful discovery. Beds were great, very little outside noise, and a nice finish to our Arizona trip.

What makes this a 5 star for me was the staff, meals (breakfast and evening Kick back), popcorn and shuttle service. The rooms are comfortable and clean with basic amenities. Some rooms have an outdoor balcony. Granted there are no "spa type toiletries' in the bathroom, but the above list of amenities and room rates make this hotel a wonderful value. All staff, and especially John and Tony, went out of their way to be helpful, informative and welcoming. The food was plentiful and varied! Wh... Read more

Our experience at this hotel was Exceptional. The check in was quick and easy, the hotel representative was friendly and courteous. The breakfast was a Continental Buffet with so much food, it's hard to call it a continental buffet. The bed was comfy and we felt safe and secure. I would highly recommend this hotel. We stayed here at the beginning of our Holiday and it was so nice we stayed at the end of our Holiday. Such a great experience .

Hotel was convenient and amenities are very competitive to other hotels in the area. The free breakfast was excellent, but the doughnuts were stale, maybe having one more juice option would be good and also another breakfast meat option. Better after hours checkout.

Honestly I booked this hotel due to its proximity to our sporting event and its low cost. I was pleasantly surprise by how nice it was and all of the amenities they offered. Monday through Friday they offer a "happy hour" which includes a wide variety of food (they had tacos, chili dogs, loaded baked potatoes, nachos and salad) and beverages all complementary. Our room was comfortable and included a small fridge and microwave. The beds were also comfortable and the rooms were quiet despite being... Read more

We booked a room here as part of their Park, Stay, Fly program. We asked for a room on the east side, away from 1-10. The desk clerk assured us that our room was on the east side; it was on the west side, right on top of 1-10. We didn't sleep all night due to the highway noise We had several long flights the next day and started off exhausted. The cocktail and breakfast areas were packed and offered very minimal, low end choices. We will never stay here again and do not recommend this hotel.

I was exhausted from driving in an unfamiliar state and sitting in a workshop all day for 2 days. Joseph was at the front desk and so helpful upon my arrival. Since I needed to turn in my car before my flight the next day, Joseph suggested that I might want to consider turning my car in that day and he would be happy to send the shuttle to pick me up at the car rental. It was GREAT to have that stress removed from my agenda when I had an early flight the next day. He also answered multiple q... Read more

I always enjoy the Drury Inn chains. The staff - everyone - is always warm and friendly. You really do feel at ease when you are there. Lots of space in the lobby to visit with friends and family; the evening food is substantial enough for a meal for those times you don't want to go out. Breakfast has a lot of options, even when you are gluten-sensitive. And the popcorn every afternoon is irresistable. Beds are comfortable. A/C stays as cold as you set it on (a rarity these days). Also has a... Read more

There is nothing I did not like about this hotel. I was able to get into my room early after plane arrived early and they were so helpful. And when I forgot my prescription glasses they found them and sent them immediately to me. The people cleaning the kitchen were so ready to ask how I was and the young man at the front desk made it feel like home, only better! Nice room, good people! What more can I ask for.

Super nice hotel and staff. Their meal accommodations fit perfectly with our needs. We had both a light supper and an early morning breakfast with them. We also had in-room coffee. They were most helpful in returning our rental car the evening before our flight, too!

Joseph at the front desk was so helpful and Frank the van driver was so courteous and hospitable. The entire staff went out of their way to make us feel welcome. The rooms have microwaves, refrigerators and many other amenities. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit!

We happened upon the Drury Inn through TripAdvisor, and were very pleased. We needed a shuttle to the airport, and it was the best choice. Having said all that, the Drury Inn had great benefits including free breakfast, free parking, a free happy hour with adult beverages and dinner or snacks in the evening, and beautifully appointed rooms. The staff were unfailingly pleasant and helpful. The entire experience was a great surprise. I highly recommend the Drury Inn. From now on, I plan to stay... Read more

The Drury Inn at the Phoenix Skyharbor is conveniently nearby with a 24-hr shuttle. Throughout the hotel, staff are friendly and helpful, they really make you feel welcome. Rooms are clean, and the gratis breakfast and happy hour are generous. The con is incredible, inescapable, highway noise on three sides of the property. There is one side of the property that is pretty quiet.

Clean, comfortable and quite luxurious. Nice suite, only comment, the bed was a bit 'bouncy'. Breakfast was fine, shuttle to the airport worked well. We dropped off our car hire the night before flying and got the shuttle back to the hotel. This worked well too.

The hotel is always clean and friendly; however, the same food day after day, year after year for four years IS HORRIBLE!!!!! Is it possible to change the menu, at least, once a week for better quality?
