Everything time I make a trip to Phoenix I stay at this hotel. The management is very good. All staff is very friendly and courteous. The location is in the middle of Phoenix so you can go pretty much anywhere in under 30 minutes. There are plenty of restaurants within a mile or two.

The hotel was very clean and seemed to be newly renovated. Check in was quick and efficient. Definitely worth a stay. You will not be disappointed. We were only there for a night to attend a spring training baseball game and it was a convenient drive to Chase Field.

This hotel continues to impress me with their hospitality and comfortable rooms. I always feel at home when I stay on this property. Their General Manager Nicole is hands on and constantly making sure things are operating smoothly. Ensuring each guest has an enjoyable and memorable stay. Maybe just as important as their guests stay is their involvement with the people in the community. In recent visits I have become increasingly more aware of the staffs participation and activity in the childr... Read more

I have stayed here before but over a year ago. This Courtyard is always clean and comfortable. The rooms are a nice size and the beds are comfortable. The fitness center has treadmills, bikes, free weights and an elliptical. What is "new" to me is the décor of the room. The sofa is very "art deco"/"new age" - it is a curved two seater that is also a pull-out bed and it has a table/tray that goes with it...very swanky-like. They also have a bistro/café off the lobby that replaced the brea... Read more

I stay in a LOT of Courtyards and this one should get an A+ award for having the friendliest, most professional staff I've ever seen at a Courtyard. In fact, the employees made me feel like I was at a luxury hotel. Other feedback on this hotel: 1- rooms were fine, better than many other courtyards. Looked like rooms were recently remodeled with the new Courtyard color scheme rather than the old red Courtyard color scheme which is very tired. 2- my sink was clogged but when I called the fr... I have stayed at this hotel several times in the past when coming into town to watch spring training. I first stayed because of the central location in the area, but I continue to stay here because of the staff too. I always feel welcome when I come here to stay no matter if it is for a week or just a night.

This Courtyard does not stray from the formula, re-designed to a new motif, food available downstairs, lots of power plugs for laptop and IOS devices downstairs and in-room. I am always content when staying at a Courtyard because it is a brand I have come to like. And..... everyone is Courtyard polite Tip: A Plus here is there is a First Watch next door for genius breakfasts and early brunch. This hotel is also very central to freeways.

We were flying out the next day and needed a place to stay overnight. This Courtyard was close to the airport and the cool rooms (when it was 110 degrees outside) was welcoming after a drive down from Flagstaff. The Bistro in the hotel has good food. Limited on it's choices but that's expected for these types of hotels. I had a strawberry and spinach salad and asked for grilled chicken to be added which he was glad to do. Breakfast the next morning was your typical breakfast sandwiches, muffins ... Read more

Arrival and check-in were smooth and perfect. Room was so clean and pre-cooled for us. i have always loved this hotel More quiet than most hotels, especially with respect to the common noise spots, around the door and through the patio door. We were just so comfortable there, and really enjoy hanging out at this hotel.

The front desk clerk Katrina was very nice and she had me checked in very fast. My room was on the first floor with a courtyard view of the pool. The room was nice and clean but kind of small. I liked the décor. Now to list my complaints and disappointments. The AC was too loud. Every time the AC clicked on it would startle me (that's how loud it was!) Very few TV channels to choose from and from that small list was 9 sports channels!! Really does ANYONE need that much sports??!! The h... Read more

This hotel was clean enough but have in room air conditioners which cycles all night. Also the pool is in the middle of the hotel so kids screaming until 11 pm. The halls and elevator ar very hot, so i don't think they have a/c. They charge $12 for breakfast. At least they could give you a banana. Not very easy to get to since one entrance is blocked off. They do have a nice lounge and computer area. Rooms are large and beds were very comfortable. They have a fridge and coffee/ tea in the room... Read more

"happy wife, happy life" or so the saying goes. Travelled to Phoenix for a martial arts tournament the weekend of 9/23-24. I initially booked at a pet-friendly Marriott-branded property due to uncertainty as to whether or not our puppy could be boarded back in Las Vegas. Needless to say, the other property had some questionable characters wandering around that seemed to be from an adjacent apartment complex. Wife was unnerved. Booked Courtyard Phoenix North, which was nearby, on the app the... Read more

Stayed at this property to attend my wife's graduation at a local university as were several other people graduating, it turns out. Check in was smooth and easy, Angel, the desk guy was awesome; we got late check-out as well. The room was a suite (not expected) with a comfortable sofa. Even being off of I-17, little or no freeway noise on our side o the property.

The good news: nice lobby with café that serves breakfast & dinner, the food is surprisingly good. Many rooms have a patio or balcony, try for a room with a view of the pool. My room had a refrigerator but no microwave. Pool area is well maintained and attractive. Beds are comfortable, shower is adequate, price is right, so all the requisites are in place. The bad news: rooms are small, old, outdated. My bed did not face the TV, but was at a 90 degree angle, made for uncomfortable viewing... Read more

My wife and I stayed at this property and it is an older hotel that had gone through a remodel a few years back. The staff were attentive and friendly at all interactions. The rooms were descent but certain areas need some attention. Our shower needed caulking and the head had a descent leak. There were open holes in the ice machine rooms and there was some maintenance in multiple hallways that was needed. The beds were descent and temperature in the rooms were good. Overall for the price point ... Read more

We were exhausted after a long frive from Las Cruces, NM, (nothing less), and this hotel delivered. the bed was confor- table, which we really appreciated. Interesting decor with fall leaves & pumpkins. Noises late at night from the pool were heard, though. they should attempt to curtail that. But a very nice place overall.

Decided to take a quick trip to AZ this past weekend. The staff that was working when we arrived were so nice, friendly and helpful. We checked in around 7pm, Angel was at the desk. What a nice man! He offered us suggestions for dining and local shopping. Very knowledgeable. The lady that was working at The Bistro was so sweet and accommodating. Will definitely consider staying here again when in the area.

We are big fans of Courtyard by Marriott, this is our second night in a row. Brian at the front desk was beyond gracious and very helpful and very welcoming. I highly recommend this whether you're with your loved one or traveling for business. This hotel is extremely clean and quiet and a great value for the price!
