I stayed here for a recent local conference down the road at the University of Phoenix stadium. My room was comfortable, lobby and restaurant were recently renovated, clean and the staff was helpful. One change I saw was no free coffee in the lobby. My room was on the back side of the hotel, which made it somewhat noisy from all the highway 101 traffic going day and night. One other item that surprised me was that I usually receive a Marriott Gold room upgrade or some other extra amenity when u... Read more

Service staff are friendly and helpful. Good, clean, comfortable rooms. There's a great love seat to cuddle comfortably. It folds out into a bed also. Good amenities. The only drawback is that we have at least a half hour commute to spring training locations. But hey, we're on vacation and are not in a hurry. The price is a good value too, for this time of year

This newly renovated Courtyard was perfect for our spring training trip. Located at the junction of I-10 and I-101 it makes for easy access to the Goodyear and Glendale ball parks. Takes about 10-15 minutes to reach them. Nice pool and patio area to relax after a hot afternoon of baseball. The room was great, king size bed, love seat, mini fridge, plenty of storage, large tv, large bathroom and even a balcony. The only bad thing was the narrow shower. It was about 2 feet wide and 4 feet long, o... Read more

Nice location for our spring training (Go Reds!) in Goodyear and Coyotes trip. Close to I 10. Clean room with two Queen size beds made our group of four feel comfortable. I paid with points, so the $200+ rate wasn't a concern for me.

I don't usually stay here. However it is very nice and have great service. Being a points member, they ensure that I get the room that I want (within reason) and the breakfast is great. I do like the remiss that they have done to the lobby area and restaurant.

There was a LOT of road noise during my stay. I am a heavy sleeper, and was still awakened. The hotel "restaurant" is a tiny bistro with overpriced drinks and bar snacks. They claim to offer shuttle service within a 3-mile radius, but there's a catch -- they don't have anyone to drive the van! You have to hope that there's a second person in the front desk area that's willing to drive, and that doesn't happen often.

I stayed here with friends for 10 nights lovely rooms and pool also very good for disabled people it has a chair for them to get in and out of pool and was given lifts from the handy man Marek to several local places and picked up after nothing was to much trouble for him and I must say he made our stay very pleasant Hotel was lovely all the staff were very good but cannot thank mark enough for his kindness would highly recommend

We booked this hotel for an overnight stay after attending a concert at Ak-Chin. After reading previous reviews, we did ask for a room away from the 101. Even though they were fully booked, we were accommodated. The king room was very nice - loved that there was even a sculpture on one of the shelves. We didn't eat at the bistro but found a nice restaurant (Claim Jumper) only a few minutes away. There is a Village Inn nearby for breakfast as well as various stores, small eateries and a movi... We stayed here with friends to attend a concert at Ak-Chin Pavilion was easy in and out to get to the concert. The room was average but a lot of noise from the freeway and from the refrigerator. Didn't sleep good because of it. The front desk got us checked in fast they were nice. Our friends were put into a handicap room that was not a good experience since they are not handicapped. And their bathroom was not clean. we had booked our rooms several months ahead of time but didn't make a di... Read more
