Conveniently located near the Mayo Clinic Scottsdale location. A "Mayo" discount is applied when asked. King suite was nice and roomy. We enjoyed having 2 rooms ad 2 televisions. Made us feel like we were home. Will book there again.

Stayed here with my wife and daughter after her graduation from AZ State. Rooms were nice with just some minor cosmetic issues, nothing serious. Beds were very comfortable and no outside noise to speak of. Breakfast was typical and best thing was the room was large and spacious so did not feel crowded. Check in and out was easy and parking was good at this location. Value for the dollar is ok, but few of the little things I come to expect from Country Inn and Suites was missing so only give... We came late and left early, so can not comment on most amenities. Beds were comfortable except for the heavy bedding. Much too hot and heavy for this time of year. Breakfast was excellent with wide selection of food...NOT just bagels and cream cheese. We did not talk to any employees except for when we registered, this guy was very pleasant. Main reason for staying was close to our business the next day and they were pet friendly. Did not know we were suppose to check out so jus... Read more

I loved just about everything about this property from the location, to the ease of check-in, the cleaniness of my room, the professionalism of the staff, to the highlight of any Country Inn & Suites property which is the breakfast. I would certainly recommend this property to anyone to stay.

Not as cramped as some places in AZ we stayed that week but not as large as other Country Inn Suites rooms I have stayed in. We had a room where the sink/mirror were in the same room as the shower/toilet. We have three dogs and most hotels only allow two per room, it was appreciated that they welcomed all three of our dogs. The back area has some long sidewalks for taking the dogs for walks, is close to restaurants, and not far from the freeway.

Pros: Hot Breakfast (incl. French Toast, Biscuits and Gravy, Pancakes), Complimentary Internet, Complimentary Parking, nearby freeway access. Cons: Bathub drain was clogged with all manner of biological debris, wich resulted in a backed-up tub. Note, we didn't report the issue, but in all fairness we shouldn't have had to report it. Overall interior feels like something from the 80's or 90's.

We stayed on the first floor and woke up to car exhaust seeping through our closed window. We had to wake up and open doors so we didn't get sick. The window didn't have a lock on it when we pointed this out to the staff we were told not to worry we were in a safe neighborhood

This is a very clean and friendly hotel but really had nothing extra to offer. No bar or restaurant to keep me in the hotel but it was a nice place to lay my head and sleep. For the value, this is a very suitable hotel. Staff is very friendly and accommodating.

The Country Inn & Suites in Scottsdale is a wonderful, warm, and clean hotel with very nice amenities and a nice, responsive and efficient staff. If you are expecting chocolate cups and little bottles of liquor on you pillow at night, it's not your place. But, if you want a clear and comfortable room with a good bed, good towels, and a solid breakfast at a good price, then come here! Plus, there's a small but good fitness room, a pool, and a hot tub - all in a pleasant and quiet setting.

We Have stayed at this hotel before. Very well kept staff if fabulous. They are pet friendly which is very important. Breakfast provided was very nice. Located in nice quiet area with dining in walking distance.

The staff was excellent. the room was decent for the price. The showers could have been better, as they did not have water flow control options and couldn't turn water down without turning it off. Overall the experience was good and I would recommend the stay. Loved the breakfast and especially the coffee and waffle maker!

My room was clean and comfortable, the staff were friendly and the breakfast was better then most. However, the TV service is not HD and most importantly, for a business traveler, the in room Wi-Fi was a complete failure. The signal in my room was weak regardless of the time of day or night (I actually tried in a 2am once) and this is unacceptable. One other note: This hotel is very pet friendly. This is not a criticism but an observation.

Susan S. Our first trip to Scottsdale, good location as easy access to and from 110 loop, nice quiet location although still close by for amenities - Red Robin, Mimi's walking distance, Fry's supermarket, Home Stores etc close by. Room and bathroom clean, good choice of breakfast and well stocked and kept clean. All staff very friendly, free internet. Would certainly stay here again on next visit to Scottsdale area

This hotel has no soundproofing between the room and the hallway as well as between rooms. Also the sound of water running in the above room was extremely loud. Also, I have never sat on a totally flat toilet seat with hard corners...very uncomfortable.

Poor Wifi, The Hotel was very outdated and not very clean. Had two Television sets and neither was High Def. Looked like TV I had in the 1990s. This was by far the worst Country Inn I had ever stayed at. Also, no one was at the desk when I chacked out, so I could not voice my complaints
