My family and I stayed at the Baymont Inn Suites to get a little taste of what Phoenix has going on. The hotel was at a great price, the staff was very friendly and helpful. Housekeeping was courteous and quite. We went to the Phoenix Zoo, LoLo's Chicken and waffle which both were less than ten minutes from the Hotel. There was even a Gentlemen's club across the street lol. Anything you could need was right there.

Great spacious rooms, wonderful air conditioning, super comfortable beds, and very nice hot and cold buffet breakfast, super location just off the highway and close to Arizona State University. The staff was very friendly and helpful even printing out maps for us.

Even though The Baymont was a great value, it was also a great place to stay!!! We were pleasantly surprised. It's located near a freeway but totally quiet and easy to get to. The nice guy at the front desk let us check in early, which we greatly appreciated. The room is very nice and comfortable as is the whole hotel. The breakfast was very good and tasty with scrambled eggs, waffles, French toast etc. We will definitely be back!!!

I mad it to my conference only a few minutes late because Ben cared enough to help me. I had not stayed here before I will stay here again. The room was clean and comfortable.

Let me start by saying that my expectations of the hotel weren't so high as I had never heard of this hotel before my stay. The overall appearance from the outside didn't help with those expectations either. I was completely in aw when I walked into our room. I stayed in a king room suite and have to say it was amazing. The room was a bit smaller than most other hotels I've stayed at but still had all the amenities. The room was very clean, looked to have been recently remodeled. Bathroom would ... Read more

I stayed at the Baymont Inn and Suites during the last three days of my first visit to Arizona and I was pleasantly surprised. First and foremost the staff is excellent, very courteous, and very helpful. I wish I had gotten their names but everyone who worked day and night shift were very nice. They even allowed me to check out late so that I could enjoy the Botanical gardens a little longer on my last day there. We enjoyed this hotel. It was very clean, the staff was friendly, the breakfast was good. My husband said the bed was the most comfortable he'd slept on in years. The shower worked well. It took a while for the water to get hot, probably because we were on the fourth floor, but there was always plenty of hot water.

We chose this hotel because it was close to the airport. My husband had a hard time sleeping because of the traffic noise but I did not. It was clean and the bathroom was upgraded. Considering the price of this hotel, it's a great value. The staff is very friendly and the amenities are pretty good. Rooms and bathrooms look old but serve the purpose. I have stayed here three times and will continue to stay here on future visits. The location is not perfect as it is a long walk to any restaurant. But Uber Eats delivers here so that shouldn't be a problem even if you don't have a car. The free shuttle to the airport is a big plus!

Good Mid-Level Hotel very close to PHX Sky Harbor Airport. Has shuttle service to PHX. Staff was pleasant and helpful. Very clean room and very comfy bed. Fairly small Pool and Hot tub - but both clean and well kept. Better than average Hot Breakfast - Eggs. bacon, potatoes, waffles, pastries, juices, coffee, etc. Deducted one star for location near an elevated freeway, although my room was well insulted and I barely heard the freeway traffic noise.
