This is the Inn most unlikely stay again. When I open the room door,I was welcome by nasty smell. I don't know the reason of the smell but it was surely there. Aside from smell, water supply from the shower was awfully poor and water was even cold. It recalled me of my experience at Army Guest House in Hanoi,Vietnam about 30 years ago. Anyhow $70/day for this room was not reasonable one for me.

I was attacked by a group of 4 men right outside the Inn while staying at it. Jose M, the "general manager" laughed in my face when I asked for my money back because of the way the staff treated me and called me a liar for not calling 911 immediately instead of seeking another safe place for my girlfriend and I. Words don't explain the dissatisfaction I experienced here. Oh, and everything smells like dog urine because the workers at the front desk just let their dog roam free.

A nice place to stay right in the heart of downtown Phoenix. The rooms are very clean, well taken care of, and quiet. It is safe, and there is parking available in front and behind the hotel. The breakfast is great, and the Manager Mark is very friendly and accommodating. The price is very reasonable, and I can't say I had an issue with any part of my stay (which there usually is with many other hotels/motels) I plan on returning to this property on future business trips.

This is located just a few blocks from downtown Phoenix with many shops and restaurant a 5-10 minute walk away. Rooms are basic but sufficient, w/ wifi, TV, and mini fridge. There's a little continental breakfast in the morning with coffee, waffles, fruit, and fresh orange juice. Nothing fancy here, but a convenient, cheap motel with a great location!

I HAD THE WORST EXPERIENCE STAYING HERE. The staff was awful. The front desk person check us into a room where it wasn't even clean. So we had to wait even longer to "clean" the room. The area in which it is in is horrible. People coming in and out of rooms constantly and noise throughout the night. And btw, this isn't even called the Rodeway Inn, it's the Airport Inn. The neighbors we had were horrible. They were rude and inconsiderate. Oh, and to top things off, the front desk lady banged on o... Read more

I had no problems with this place but didn't feel 100 percent safe but everything went well, just needed somewhere to spend the night which worked out. But there is one thing It did bother me is that is not called "Rodeway Inn" which confused me a lot, it's actually "Airport Inn"
