This is a small excellent property where both the facilities and staff match the excellence of the view. We had a great 4 days and nights and didn't want to leave, There is lots to do in a small area which is very well executed.

This was my second visit to The Sanctuary and my husband's first. As always, everything was amazing - the accommodations, the grounds, the restaurant, the service, the spa, the tennis, the parking attendants, the pool service, etc. I really cannot suggest any improvements and that is rare.

Stayed at the Sanctuary for a girlfriends getaway weekend. The hotel was clean, roomy but a bit pricey for the location. The restaurant food was great, pool area is small and staff is very strict on cell phone use. We were asked more than once to not use the cell phone in the pool area. For anyone who likes walking the trails around the hotel are amazing.

Just returned from a girl's weekend at Sanctuary. I have been to Scottsdale and visited several other resorts and spas. The two other women I was with had never been to the area, and so I hoped Sanctuary would make a great impression. Overall, the staff at the resort, restaurant and pool were exceptional and very attentive to us. But that's about the best I can say about this resort. We had a mountain view casita room, which turned out to be much smaller than I ever anticipated with two tiny F... Read more

The property, the people, the food, the views, everything I touched, tasted, and looked at was awesome. I can't say enough about this place. If you book a massage, ask for Nicole, she is unbelievable. If you want to relax and have the money to do it. Do it here.

Staff went above and beyond - Banquets, Anne, Elizabeth Hanson, Joy Richards, Daniel Tavala, Ursula, Rich, Daniel in set-ups - CSM Carrie M. - Front Desk, Caitlain, Matt & Riley. Those are just a few names all of the staff at the hotel went above and beyond to make my stay a wonderful experience.

The Sanctuary views, amenities and quiet reserve provide the most relaxing business & leisure booking. The rooms are crisp and fresh with plush bedding & relaxing tub/shower. Lighting is a bit low so ladies make sure you go light when applying makeup for your night out. The Staff is A-Plus! Looking for a relaxing time this is the place to be in Scottsdale.

Stayed for business and it was an all-nighter but something about this location just makes you feel comfortable. From the moment you drive up and you get greeted by the bellman, to checking in/out, ordering room service and the housekeeping staff - leaving extra towels and a forgotten razor and shaving cream, everyone is so friendly and helpful. It made work not so bad. Dinner was again, Fantastic!! (New York Strip) I donā??t know how they seem to always outdo my previous stay but they do. ... Read more

Business trips can sometimes be hard work, but the staff and facilities made it a pleasure. A* and would definitely stay again. The room was lovely, tasteful throughout the hotel and well presented. Every member of staff was friendly and helpful, the food and drinks available were excellent as was the hospitality provided during the conference.

I didn't stay here but I spent the day at the Sactuary spa with my girlfriends in February 2016. We had lunch at the restaurant and then spent the rest of the day having our treatments done and hanging out by the beautiful pool. The property is beautiful and its situated between the mountains making for a great view. We loved our treatments and the entire spa experience. Very ZEN and relaxing. I would give the spa and property a five star rating!:)
