I was generally impressed with the hotel. As I started doing my research for my visit to Page I noticed that hotel prices were more expensive than I expected. I also thought they might be a bit more dated. So when I arrived to find a modern and clean hotel I was very pleased. I was also very happy with the hot morning breakfast that was included.

Arriving after a long journey by car, crossing over time zones and willing to explore the nature surroundings from Page, its rather disappointing to be received in a hotel in a very unpleasant way. First of all international check in time is 2pm! Set standart! After 2pm rooms have to be ready. Upon arrival at 2.30pm we were first told that our room will be ready at3pm and literally after 5min it turned into 4pm?!?!?! However please notice that high speed internet hasn't arrived into Page,AZ so there isn't really a good wifi in the hotel..

Our room had an awesome view of the river and Glen Canyon Dam. Breakfast was fair. They were struggling to get a replacement for the coffee machine. Not sure what the problem was, but it was very inconvenient. Not too many fruits. Variety could have been better.

I had a group tour and began working with Steven in February. He was very good in the beginning with communications, but was not as responsive after the facility was booked. The breakfast was ok, but there was a group across the hall that had a wonderful breakfast. Had I been offered that, I would have purchase it for my group. The main lobby and patio are beautiful and the rooms are nice also. If you stay on the 1st floor near the dining area, it can get pretty noisy early. All in all, I ... Read more

A King size room with a lake view was booked 3 months in advance. When we arrive were told no lake view available. We were given a small dark room with a small window overlooking the entrance to the hotel. This was so that we would get an internet signal which we needed. The internet was advertised as high speed...it wasn't. I complained about the room and the hotel kindly moved us to another Best Western across the street, which was satisfactory.

This is a very convenient hotel to live. Its close to downtown restaurants and lake Powell. We enjoyed our breakfast here and sat outside near the pool with fantastic views. The breakfast is eggs, sausages, auto pancakes and oatmeal bar. The room is nice as is the lobby. It has nice views as well.

Stopped on our National Park road trip, convenient stop off point between Zion and Monument Valley. Had everything we needed, good size room with added bonus of fridge and microwave and coffee maker. There was a lovely little pool outside, perfect for cooling off in the 100 degree heat we had. The hotel certainly does have a view of Lake Powell - I've attached a photo. Loved the breakfast - good choices available, also the free tea and coffee in reception.

This hotel looks quite nice on the outside and in the public areas. Looks are deceiving when it came to the room we were in! There was no carpet in the room we stayed in only a rubberized wood-looking flooring. We encountered this a room like this at America's Best Value a couple of years ago. One problem rooms like this have is that they are quite noisy, although staff will tell you that this is to make cleaning and maintenance easier. We had a nice room overlooking Lake Powell in the distance. It looked like it had been recently updated. The rates were pretty high though considering the hotel was nothing special. The breakfast was average but they seemed a little stingy with the food considering the rates we had paid. We stayed here for one night on our Arizona/Utah national park vacation. This hotel was by far the worst one we stayed at. The room smelled terrible. The excuse they used was that it was due to a "deep cleaning." I know the difference between what smells clean and what smells bad. This hotel smelled bad. Also, when they tell you breakfast ends at 9:30 they really mean it ends at 9:29 because if you arrive at 9:30 you will find the door to the breakfast room locked and you will be told too ... My partner and I had an enjoyable one-night stay here on our way from Monument Valley to the Grand Canyon. The room was comfortable, spacious and well-equipped. We also had a great view of Lake Powell from our room on the third floor. Location is very good, being close to various restaurants (try El Tapatio, great Mexican food) and Safeway grocery store. We were also only a 15-minute drive from our tour at Lower Antelope Canyon. Breakfast was very good, with a selection of hot and cold off... Read more

This hotel was cheap, clean, comfortable and has a hot tub! It's in a great location close to places to eat and a bowling alley. Very nice hotel with a large breakfast that is included in the morning.

Disappointed in this hotel. Found dirty sock on bathroom floor and a gross stain on the bed spread. Also bathroom floor filthy. Didn't like the laminate flooring in the room. Also, worse of all, their US flag was faded and the 3 bottom three stripes were torn all the way across! Only area we were really satisfied with was the breakfast. Paid way too much for this place.

The hotel is updated with new furnishings and new hardwood floors. We also got a view of the Glen Canyon. The room is quiet , comfortable , clean and spacious. The price was also reasonable. I especially liked the warm breakfast and not just the typical continental breakfast. Good location if you are here to see the Antelope canyon!

The rooms had been updated recently. The lowest floor looked a little dingy, as you had to pass by the laundry room to get to first floor rooms or breakfast. It everything was clean. The breakfast far exceeded expectations with freshly made bacon, eggs, sausage, and pancakes. also juices, yogurt a variety of cereals etc. All of this was included in the price of the room. The room was very clean and decor was contemporary.

Got into town early and stopped by the hotel to let them know we were in town. Was told check in was at 3PM. We knew that, just wanted to let them know. Came back at 3:10PM and had to wait almost TWO HOURS for our room. Paid extra for a room with a view that we didn't really get to see much of and the view was not that great. We never stay here again and will only stay at a Best Wester if it is the only option available.

Very nice and big room. Huge TV, everything is new and with hight quality and taste. Excellent value for the low price (55$/night). Close and available parking. Nice people at the front desk. Very clean room. Recommended.

This is an okay place to stay. Nothing special. The front desk staff tried to be helpful, but I think they are overworked. Room was okay. Nothing special. I requested a quiet room as my father (91 years old) and I were travelling across country. They put us in a room less than 10 feet from the lobby! With no doors to quiet the noise. I'll note that when I brought this to their attention that moved us to a different room without incident. Breakfast/brunch was fine. Nothing special.

Not a fan of this hotel. Room had strong perfume smell, tomatoes from previous guest still in fridge, box of Kleenex moist thru, hot tub closed, balcony closed, slow internet. Bathroom not great with strange window opening to bed area. We worked with hotel to get out of second night reservation because of these issues.

Stayed in Page as a base to see the Antelope Slot Canyon and Horseshoe Bend. Well worth the visit despite the fact that Page and its hotels are quite miserable. This hotel is no exception. The rooms are directly next to the parking lot. In fact, passing your bags thru the window is probably the best way to load the car. It's reasonably clean. Everything works. The breakfast buffet is basic and adequate, but nothing more. My guess is that the other Page hotels are no better and for the most part ... Read more

First, the name of the hotel name is "View of Lake Powell". There is NO VIEW!!! No lake anywhere to be found! Next, the TV was broken and had been for days, yet they didn't replace it. To make matters worse, maintenance turned off the microwave and refrigerator. Staff was not helpful. The Best Western right next door is MUCH nicer and cheaper!

This hotel is perched along a rim with a great view of Lake Powell...if you get a "view" room. Ours faced the parking lot, but we were able to take the views in from the deck off of the main floor. Hotel is a bit older and shows some wear, but overall pretty good. Breakfast was excellent.

Hotel was clean and staff were friendly. Although there is a view of Lake Powell, it is only of a small inlet area and is not worth a significant price increase compared to the adjacent Best Western that doesn't have a view of the lake. There are no balconies, so the view is only through the window. However, the hotel is on a hill and the view of the desert is very good. Room was comfortable, well maintained, and clean. Would stay here again.

Assuming that sleep should be the top priority of a hotel experience then this hotel failed so miserably. Room was unattractive, cramped with a window into the bathroom that allowed light and sound to burst into the room whenever someone went in. Laminate floors in room and marble in hall and big gap at bottom of the door and paper thin walls led to all hall sounds and sounds from other rooms constantly bombarding our sleep. At 4 am we awoke to someone running up and down the loud loud halls,... Read more
