Has all the amenities you would need. Only downside is the restaurant is not open between the lunch and dinner hours and the bar does not open early in order to get a sandwich say around 3:00 pm. Had to go to the surrounding area to eat in the afternoon but it is within walking distance.

***This review is just for a 1 Day Conference I attended here, did not stay overnight*** This hotel is very spacious, there is plenty of parking in a large lot. When you walk in, the staff is very friendly, and helpful. The layout is good also, you can walk through the lobby to the conference rooms, without entering, or interfering with any other function. The Conference rooms were large, and could be laid out and adjusted for any size group. The Rest rooms were close by, and convient . There wa... Read more

The room was newly remodeled. Very comfortable. Had a nice view from the 8th floor. The exceutive lounge was wonderful. Enjoyed drinks and snacks in the evening and breakfast in the morning. The snacks at night were wonderful-very fresh peppers, tomatoes, and other vegetables and baked appetizers. It's a big plus that children are not allowed in the lounge.

This hotel is in a great location and looks great online and via pictures. The staff if friendly and the atmosphere is nice. Unfortunately the rooms and upkeep of the hotel need work. The hotel is old and needs a major makeover. Our room had old carpet and a funny smell. The cabinets needed refinishing and the furniture had stains. While the staff was efficient and friendly, the property itself between wallpaper peeling off the walls, toilets that don't flush properly, just about no water pressure is in dire need of a complete renovation. In short this is a highly overpriced "motel 6"..

Staff is professional and helpful. Our room was lovely. The executive lounge was great. Food was good. Breakfast buffet was good with plenty of choices for breakfast. Location of hotel is great with many restaurants and bars in the area.

Definitely would not recommend staying here! Bathrooms don't work, major construction going on, management and desk clerks just lie to you with a smile on their faces though. AC is very loud in the room when it turns on so expect to be woken up a couple of times during the night if you are a light sleeper. Hot tubs outside are both broken too. Don't expect to get the room you requested online when you made the reservation, they will tell you it is not guaranteed. Interestingly I completed a revi... Read more

Dirty and old. Hair in the bathroom sink (not mine). Toilet did not flush, and ran all night. Faucet handles in bathroom were broken. Shower full of mildew. Shower did not drain, and left me standing a foot deep in dirty water. This room should never have been rented. Disgusting!

I had a great nights sleep. The room was clean. I had a great stay. The only downside was the room had only a shower. It would have been nice to have a tub. Other than that it was an all around great stay.

We checked in for the weekend. Clean, well maintained. Friendly staff. Small but nice executive lounge - short hours - 5-730 daily for evening and 7-10 for breakfast, closed Sunday. Comp drinks in lobby bar on Sunday and Breakfast downstairs . Easy access around town. Will stay here again.

Shabby interior of room (414) especially the shower/bath area including the spigot. Paid extra for an executive lounge that was not open on Sundays (day I checked in). Staff was excellent overall though and shuttle van to amenities all around a 3-4 mile radius.

It's a winner from the Employees to the Amenities! Try to make the breakfast/brunch on the weekend, it was very good. Desk help was spot on and very personable. In addition, we requested more shampoo and conditioner because there was 4 of us to the room - 2 Adults and 2 Teenagers, and it was quickly sent up and delivered to us. No complaints whatsoever regarding our stay. In fact, on the contrary, it was a wonderful stay. Our Teenagers loved it too. Pool has a waterfall that was very cool... Read more

I was there for a few days for a conference, and the hotel was perfect. It was easy to reach from the airport, despite the traffic, and the staff are very well trained to recognized the care for their Hilton Gold members. There was plenty of free parking, and the giant container of M&Ms at the front desk was the crowning touch!

This is an older property in a little bit of an isolated location, as it's nearest neighbor is the huge but obsolete Fiesta Mall. The rooms are large and well maintained with a good bed. Overall it is a good venue for business meetings or conferences, and the pool looked to be enjoyed by those using it. What stands out at this hotel is the staff. I not only had a couple of complicated requests which they were more than willing to help with, I accidentally left my laptop behind. They found i... Read more

There seems to be lack of communication at this hotel during construction. My water was shut off unexpectedly and at one point a cleaning lady accompanied by a construction worker just opened the door to my room without knocking--even though I hung the do not disturb door hanger. More disappointing is that my email sent to the GM address has gone unanswered.

The hotel gave another party keys to our room (thankfully they were honest and didn't steal our things), same thing happened to another friend in our group later that day. Loud construction right above our heads. Internet was out for much of our stay.

My son and I stayed here for the Miss Arizona / Miss Teen Arizona Pageant. My daughter was a participant. Hotel had construction everywhere, water was shut off for part of stay, internet was off for part of stay, breakfast was terrible and overpriced. Construction noises prevented sleep. Hot tub broken.

It was a quiet hotel. No decent coffee shop or cafe. Bar food was absolutely terrible. There's very little within walking distance of hotel you will be isolated. Rooms are in need of renovation. Some construction was underway which would ave been nice to know during reservation because hammering went on all day. I'd have stayed at another hotel with amenities.

Despite some highlights of friendly knowledgable bar staff, I will not be staying in a Hilton again anytime soon. There was very loud construction all day and the hotel front desk was unapologetic about it. This was a business trip, but a few of the days I had to leave the hotel so I could get work done and make phone calls.

Old building, bad fixtures, no hot water in the room I first moved. Stained carpets and sheets. Toilet wouldn't flush. Bulb didn't work Only good thing was friendly staff who couldn't help much to fix the bad conditions of the rooms.

Unfortunately plumbing issues made for a less than pleasant stay. NO water pressure in shower or hot water from sink. Also, I went hungry when door hanger order was not picked up. Otherwise very nice hotel.

Soul-less place. First time visitor to Phoenix and if this is indicative of the place I won't be back in a hurry. Hotel is tired and dated. Traffic noise from nearby highway a problem. Surrounding area offers little for the visitor. Company, indeed sight of, other guests and staff would be nice. Appears not much works over the weekend. Maybe Monday will be better, but I don't hold out much hope.

We were here for a swim meet. Breakfast buffet and staff at Buffet was excellent. Don't waste your money on executive level. They don't tell you until you check in that teens are not allowed even though this was an advertised group rate for a youth sports event. Rooms were good and beds comfortable.

We visited this hotel in the week of Thanksgiving and it was very quiet. I asked a bartender and he told me that in other weeks it is very busy because they cater heavily to business people. The beds were super comfortable, and the room and service was clean and friendly. The bathroom had some rust around the tub but was otherwise clean. The pool was clean, though one of the hot tubs was closed. They were doing maintenance on the 8th floor that they said was supposed to be in the hours between 9... Read more

Be nice if they would give you an alert that you would be awakened in the morning early with the sound of hammers . Would also be nice if the beer taps in the bar would be repaired within the 48 hours that we were there .
