I'd like to give a better review. I got a reasonably priced room when I needed it. But there were just so many issues. I booked a month in advance, but there were no clean rooms when I arrived. I requested a non-smoking room and got one that smelled like an ashtray and dog urine sprayed with Febreeze. The smoke odor faded, the urine did not. Pet owners, this why you pay so much to have your dog/cat with you--they ruin motel rooms. The worst sound transmission between rooms that I have ever... Read more

The housekeeping does not do their job, they came into our room with no notice in a non-emergency situation and the maintnence says he will be back to fix something but does not come back. I think the housekeeping was trying to steal. An AWFUL motel 6 is better and that is saying something. Continental breakfast sucks. Lots of crimes.

I hate Extended Stays. I really despise them. I stayed at a terrible one in California, so I knew not to go back. So why did I go back this time? It is because Arizona right now is crowded with old people going to baseball games. They have taken up all the spots where I normally stay. So this week, I had to pick the Extended Stay, and I instantaneously regretted the decision. Geez, where to begin: 1) Trash and broken glass on the walkways and stairways; 2) old, grimy looking rooms that desp... Read more

An absolute pig sty. Ryan at the front desk is the only positive I can give kudos to. He managed to respond to our reservation cluster ........! Dirty, disgusting place I have ever stayed. Their website states: "Fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, stovetop, microwave, coffee maker, cooking utensils, dishes, and cutlery." If 3 plastic cups is considered fully equipped kitchen then I apologize. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND BOOKS SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!!!

Location was right off Freeway. It was clean and comfortable. For the price it was excellent. I pricelined and it was under $40 a night. Breakfast was not at all enough to feed family. Didn't have a blow dryer and that was my only complaint.

Double room was never able to get cooled down. I had to sleep next to the AC unit on the wall just to be comfortable. Shower leaked, sheets were dirty, terrible layout to the hotel, no pool, and I think there was blood on the bathroom counter...

I've been at this hotel for 3 months. I learned shortly after I arrived that the hotel would be under renovation, I was relocating so my first concern was if I would be able to stay longer than my original reservation?. I spoke to Ryan in the front office and he was great, he asked me how long I was looking to stay for and made it happen and at my original rate. Also every interaction I've had at the front office with either Angel, Ryan, Ian or Lorana has been great they have addressed all my co... Read more

Never stay here. This hotel sucks balls and it not worth the prize at all. There breakfast is way not up to par. They have mini muffins, granola bars & coffee. The also have very bad plumbing issues. We stayed for 8 nights and a 3rd of that time our toilet was clogged. We spoke with Ian at the front desk one night and he was nice enough to give us the room key to an empty room so that we may use the restroom. He had left notes for the day manager, after speaking with Angie she said she would spe... Read more
