The Nautical Beachfront Resort features a coffee shop/café, a beach bar, and a poolside bar. Room service is available during limited hours. The resort serves cooked-to-order breakfasts each morning (surcharges apply). Recreational amenities include a golf course. Also located on site are a complimentary water park and an outdoor pool. This 3-star property has a 24-hour business center and offers small meeting rooms and audiovisual equipment. Complimentary wireless Internet access is available in public areas and the resort has a computer station. This Lake Havasu City property has 523 square meters of event space consisting of banquet facilities and conference/meeting rooms. Wedding services and concierge services are available. Self parking is complimentary. Additional property amenities include gift shops/newsstands, laundry facilities, and a grocery/convenience store. The property has designated areas for smoking. A total renovation of this property was completed in May 2011.

138 air-conditioned guestrooms at The Nautical Beachfront Resort feature coffee/tea makers and ceiling fans. Furnished balconies offer beach or lake views. Beds come with triple sheeting and premium bedding. All rooms include separate sitting areas along with sofa beds and desks. Refrigerators and microwaves are offered. Bathrooms feature shower/tub combinations, complimentary toiletries, and hair dryers. Wireless Internet access is complimentary. Guestrooms offer phones with voice mail, as well as free local calls (restrictions may apply). Televisions have cable channels and DVD players. Rooms also include windows that open, blackout drapes/curtains, irons/ironing boards, and clock radios. Housekeeping is offered daily and guests may request wake-up calls.

Notifications and Fees:

• Minimum Spring Break check-in age is 21 years old.
• Children 13 years old and younger stay free when occupying the parent or guardian's room, using existing bedding.
• All guests staying in hotel guestrooms must be registered with the hotel.
