The beds were very comfortable, the sofa sleeper was NOT. The overall room was very accommodating. The boat docks were convenient but the charge was excessive. The breakfast at the Splash was less than pleasing, the staff was rude, and the food was cold and undercooked for breakfast.

This resort is gorgeous and we got a suite with 2 bedrooms overlooking the river and lake! Great happy hour and food! Lots to see and do too Only problem is the LOUD noise from the bar that lasts til 2 am! They gave us earplugs, really....... And it did get turned down and only go til 12 after the weekend but it started off poorly. I will say they warned us about the noise and even looked fit another room to move to but we didn't want to give us our view ! Kinda odd public relations to give ba... Read more

I really loved this place :) Traveled with my 8 year old son and mom. Pools were great, happy hour drink prices decent. Food at restaurant on site wasn't amazing but good. Room was great. Clean. Service was excellent. Was surprised to see full size fridge! Microwave and stove with cabinets full of silverware and cookware etc. A home away from home! Beds could have been more comfy but we only were in our rooms to sleep 6-7 hours so not big deal! Too much to see and do outside to be sitting in th... Read more

My husband and I booked a suite here on a last minute Memorial Day weekend trip with our 22 year old son. The room was $577 per night. I was expecting a lot for that kind of money. Arrived to a room that smelled like smoke, a dirty stained shower, mold etc. the place is a dump! The breakfast was so awful we did not bother eating at the hotel for breakfast the remainder of our stay. This was not what I was expecting for $577/night. In all my life, I have never paid this much for a room, and I hav... Read more

The Resort is very close to the London Bridge which was bought by a millionaire in the U.S. and was shipped to Lake Havasu. It is a beautiful and quite lengthy bridge. The resort is large with a friendly staff. It has a very nice lounge that offers a great happy hour. In the front foyer is a replica of a gilded gold stage coach that is used by monarchs in England. The only replica in the world. There are shops on the river walk just a short distance from the resort and you can take a ferry ... Read more

we made the mistake booking on a holiday weekend there were no parking places for us and had to drive to the convention center to park and walk to resort. We were there for the week and could not get a parking place even though we were there for the week! The kitchen sin was 12x10 inches kitchen cramped dinky little refridge, had a great spa tub, needs to be upgraded as we were told that was in progress.

Room in the resort were great. The swimming pools nice. Can't say anything bad about the resort. A great place to relax, have a wedding or just stay there to enjoy!

We stayed here for two nights and that was enough . The big positive was the room . It was large with a separate living area and bedroom . Had it not been for this I would have given a lower rating . We did not get off to a good start when at check in we was told because we had requested a room with a bridge view we would be above the party area. This meant we where to expect a high level of noise and room vibration until 2.30am. This was not highlighted to us when booking so was very disappoi... Read more

The view of the lake was beautiful from the 3rd floor where the card table was located. Also enjoyed a lovely boat trip to the casino o the CA side. There was plenty of adult entertainment in the area which was of interest to us. Hiking, boating and visiting nearby restaurants were all undertaken. There were many eating/drinking establishments within walking distance. The rooms are smaller than at most resorts we have visited. This includes the fitness room. The convenience store, Martini Bay and Kokomo bar were all good and reasonably priced.

We enjoyed the resort pool and room while using it as our home base for a week of enjoying the lake and the Grand Canyon. Boating and swimming on Lake Havasu was a blast, and not all that expensive. We enjoyed just stopping in the middle of the lake and jumping off the boat for swimming, rather than pulling up into crowded, and hot beach areas. The London Bridge itself is pretty interesting to learn about. Only disappointment was that our room didn't have a balcony on the lake side. Our vie... Read more

Traveled here in early June just as it got hot. I picked this hotel for the closeness to London bridge and the timeshare type accommodations. I wasn't disappointed. Everyone was super friendly. The pools were clean and refreshing and the slide stayed open super late on a weeknight and they had a dive in movie on a weeknight. We got a 2 bedroom bridge view suite and it was amazing. We weren't sure where to stay until I saw a show in Las Vegas where London Bridge resort was offering tonight's stay for very inexpensive rate.
