The beds were very comfortable, the sofa sleeper was NOT. The overall room was very accommodating. The boat docks were convenient but the charge was excessive. The breakfast at the Splash was less than pleasing, the staff was rude, and the food was cold and undercooked for breakfast.

This resort is gorgeous and we got a suite with 2 bedrooms overlooking the river and lake! Great happy hour and food! Lots to see and do too Only problem is the LOUD noise from the bar that lasts til 2 am! They gave us earplugs, really....... And it did get turned down and only go til 12 after the weekend but it started off poorly. I will say they warned us about the noise and even looked fit another room to move to but we didn't want to give us our view ! Kinda odd public relations to give ba... Read more

I really loved this place :) Traveled with my 8 year old son and mom. Pools were great, happy hour drink prices decent. Food at restaurant on site wasn't amazing but good. Room was great. Clean. Service was excellent. Was surprised to see full size fridge! Microwave and stove with cabinets full of silverware and cookware etc. A home away from home! Beds could have been more comfy but we only were in our rooms to sleep 6-7 hours so not big deal! Too much to see and do outside to be sitting in th... Read more

My husband and I booked a suite here on a last minute Memorial Day weekend trip with our 22 year old son. The room was $577 per night. I was expecting a lot for that kind of money. Arrived to a room that smelled like smoke, a dirty stained shower, mold etc. the place is a dump! The breakfast was so awful we did not bother eating at the hotel for breakfast the remainder of our stay. This was not what I was expecting for $577/night. The Resort is very close to the London Bridge which was bought by a millionaire in the U.S. and was shipped to Lake Havasu. It is a beautiful and quite lengthy bridge. The resort is large with a friendly staff. It has a very nice lounge that offers a great happy hour. In the front foyer is a replica of a gilded gold stage coach that is used by monarchs in England. The only replica in the world. There are shops on the river walk just a short distance from the resort and you can take a ferry ... Read more

We were there for the week and could not get a parking place even though we were there for the week! The kitchen sin was 12x10 inches kitchen cramped dinky little refridge, had a great spa tub, needs to be upgraded as we were told that was in progress.

We stayed here for two nights and that was enough . The big positive was the room . It was large with a separate living area and bedroom . Had it not been for this I would have given a lower rating . We did not get off to a good start when at check in we was told because we had requested a room with a bridge view we would be above the party area. This meant we where to expect a high level of noise and room vibration until 2.30am. This was not highlighted to us when booking so was very disappoi... Read more

There was plenty of adult entertainment in the area which was of interest to us. Hiking, boating and visiting nearby restaurants were all undertaken. There were many eating/drinking establishments within walking distance. The rooms are smaller than at most resorts we have visited. This includes the fitness room. The convenience store, Martini Bay and Kokomo bar were all good and reasonably priced.

We enjoyed the resort pool and room while using it as our home base for a week of enjoying the lake and the Grand Canyon. Boating and swimming on Lake Havasu was a blast, and not all that expensive. Great outside deck to be near the London Bridge! The pool is large with a tube slide and hot tub . A free breakfast is in the morning. The rooms have a living room, a kitchen, and bedroom without a window so we don't get the morning light. I love this place! Very conveniently located near the boardwalk of the London Bridge.

Stayed at this hotel while travelling Route 66, The problem with the hotel started when we walked through the door to check in and the receptionist was leaning over the front desk chatting to a young guy who I assume due to body language was her boyfriend. She looked far from interested with us and gave us our keys. We proceeded to the room along the hallway with frayed carpets and entered the room. The room was large and looked liked it had been decorated by my grandmother who died over 20 yea... Read more

This was a great stay for my business trip. Very quiet in October. Wi-fi was superb for work. Breakfast was provided free and was great. The lounge for dinner the night before also had an extensive menu and was accommodated outside dining looking at the London Bridge. Very happy with my stay.

This hotel has been around forever, and is in the heart of the action of Lake Havasu City. They recently updated the facility and now it has wonderful suites that have all the trimmings....kitchens that are fully stocked, most have a wonderful view of the channel, rooms are clean, and staff is exceptionally helpful. One thing they can't change is the partying that goes on at all hours of the night during Spring Break and throughout the hot summer. It's all good because that is part of the charm... Read more

This is a great location with lots to do within walking distance. A suite hotel with a great restaurant/ bar. Try the $12 martini flight for $12 -excellent. You can walk to the ferry to the casino in California. The casino is very smoky.

We traded in here for a week. This is the first time we had been to Lake Havasu City since the early days when they first built the bridge. The city has grown up to be huge and pretty darn amazing. Yes there is a Walmart, but it is out of town. Downtown has a "small town" feel with many shops and restaurants. Everything is here! We had a few small issues with our room, but the staff were above and beyond my expectations. Every single employee was friendly and helpful and made us feel very... Read more

All personnel were pleasant and eager to help. There were many activities planned for each day. I am an elderly handicapped woman but there were things for me to do also. This resort is good for families too. Rooms were comfortable and usable even for me. Every thing worked in the room. Parking is ample and close to the rooms. Lots of stores and cafes near by.

Very good location and newly remodeled. We stayed here for a week in November, and had no problems. Not a 5 star, but very good. Happy hour was great, but the food at Martini Bay is on the spendy side. Loved the pools. Room was nice and the mattress, good. Staff was great, friendly and helpful.

Family friendly, recently updated rooms. Full kitchens and comfortable accommodations. Three pools and boat docks. Staff is friendly, welcoming and helpful. Staff aims to please. We were out and something was dropped at the front desk for us. They called me on my cell phone to ask if we wanted it delivered to our room or held at the front desk. Service over and above. Vacation owner or not all treated the same. Would definitely recommend.

We had a great time with our friends at this resort. The room was clean and comfortable with a apartment size refrigerator and microwave. The staff were friendly and helpful during our visit. The atmosphere was festive and comfortable. Prices are reasonable for what you get. Swimming pools are clean and the landscape is nice and we'll maintained.

This is an older, somewhat dated hotel. I wouldn't really call it a "resort". We chose the breakfast option and it was a very good deal. Consistently good every day! Great fruit options too. We enjoyed the off season - no crowds - not too hot. Nice walks and hikes all around.

Have just returned from a week in the sun! Weather was outstanding as was the London Bridge Resort. They have been upgrading the units, but still working on the lower level. However, the refurbishing/rehab was NOT disturbing to us. Will look forward to returning again. Service staff was exceptional, wherever you encountered them, always friendly.

I Visit Lake Havasu for business several times a year. I have stayed in various hotels in the area depending on availability. This was the most I have ever paid (179.00 per night) and was the worst stay ever! The hotel was slow to have rooms ready and it is poorly constructed and extremely noisey. Don't waste your money!

We checked in to a one room suite for $170 and when I asked for a water view I was upgraded to "a larger, better room, with lake view" toilet bowl still had hair when I lifted the seat with my boot. Mirror headboard had either cobweb or spider web that connected it to the ceiling. The view was not possible from one window because the blind was broken. I tried to call the front desk but the room phone was broken. About 8pm we can hear people at the bar downstairs and then we both smelled smoke c... Read more

Although we really wanted to go in June, they didn't have any availability so we ended up in late August. The weather was still good, and the kids were back in school, so it was a bit quieter, which was a plus. The parking lot has had some work done, so the huge pot holes are mostly gone and it's a bit easier to get around. They continue to renovate the rooms and our 2 bedroom was renovated. We own a red, floating two bedroom timeshare week. Although we reserved and were promised a "bridge ... Read more

We stayed for a week at London Bridge Resort. We did a time change exchange so the charge was very reasonable. We went end October when the weather is still warm and sunny, and not a lot of people. We had a two bedroom place on the third floor. There is a nice balcony, living room area, two TVS (one living room/one bedroom), kitchen, and two bathrooms. Both bathrooms had showers. The larger one had a a tub as well. The room was large and very comfortable for the week stay. The kitchen ... Read more
