If we were not so tired we would have left. The Hallway carpets filthy. Room smells like pee and mold combined. Black mold in bathrooms. Did not want to touch feet on carpet. Says free internet but name did not show on list. I called front desk and she said bring compter down. We have 4 devices did not show on any of them. Really bad.

Terrible hotel/motel. Dirty, rundown, party place for college students, air conditioning system is extremely dirty (resulted in respiratory infection for me). bedding and pillows are low class and need to be replaced. Only thing this place has a plus is that it is located on the "island", meaning it is close to water and the boat launch.

Nice, clean, friendly hotel. My third time staying here. I had booked a room from Mon-Friday & decided I'd like to stay one more night. And, it was Spring break time...they were quite busy. Front desk wasn't open yet, but the auditor, named Karen, bent over backwards for me & helped me out. She managed to secure my room for one more night! A Saturday at that! Thank you so much, Karen! Very convenient location.

The hotel is across the bridge and out in what looks like an abandoned sand and dirt lot, "but" for the price it's not to bad. If you want some quite time, don't go during "Spring Break" their rates attract the kids. It is close to the boat launch and great paved walking path that goes along the lake for great views. The front desk girl was very friendly upon check in, she recommended her choice of places to eat and she was spot on with choice. The carpets and halls do need some attention, but I... Read more

We stayed here for the night on our way to Las Vegas. The only positive thing about this place is you have to travel over London Bridge to get to it. The staff were friendly and helpful but they are let down by the state of the hotel. tends to attract youngsters as its cheap. Sound proofing was appalling and we have a lively crown who seemed to party all night around our room. No bar or eating facilities, not even a coffee machine in the room. TV was also not a flat screen. Shame because it cou... Read more

We stayed because we wanted to see London Bridge. We booked this as most of the other hotels in the area are very highly priced. They also accept pets which was another reason for choosing this hotel. When sitting on the bed to watch tv I noticed a large amount of spider webs on the window and asked at reception for some spray. The receptionist kindly put us in another room, this room has a view that was very beautiful. The hotel is very dated and they do not run the air con in the corridors whi... Read more

Friendly service. Be sure to ask for a room with a bay view. Incredible display of boats on big summer weekends! Walking distance to the beach of London Bridge Park featuring watercraft rentals. Good location to check out night clubs and patio dining near by. Super views of mountain sunrise and sunset.

On our continued trip around Nevada and Arizona. We booked this in the UK on not too bad reviews. We were greeted by roudy teenagers to which it seems they were on the same floor! Told we couldn't change rooms as they were full! Burnt carpets in a non smoking room!! TV channels non existant. Rubbish behind cabinets, a groaning extractor in bathroom. Hole in wall! and a Broken 'office??' Chair! It seems that it is a place to be avoided at the weekend as its full of groups!! I'm glad we changed t... Read more

Basic. Good location. Check in at 3:00 means not a minute early. We arrived at 2:15. Told we could not check in until 3:00. I asked if we could pay and come back at 3:00 for keys and was told no. We arrived back at about 2:50. Still told to wait. We sat down in chairs about 5 feet from desk with another person waiting to check in. At 2:58 a couple walked in, went to the desk and she proceeded to check them in knowing we had been waiting. The other person got in line to check in. While we were ga... Read more

Very outdated and dirty. Price is cheap. Quiet. Staff is pleasant and helpful. Not sure I will stay here again. Being your own pillows and sheets. Air in the lobby didn't work. Continental breakfast was helpful.

Like the City of Havasu, the hotel is showing its wear. If the rooms were freshened up, special care was given during the clean up and keep up, and bruised furniture was replaced, my rating would be much better. I know you get what you pay for, but that does not mean that the pride and privilege of ownership should not be reflected in a hotel that is steps away from the London Bridge beach. Clean the glass doors. Remove the cobwebs. Replace the carpet. Hire a landscaper. Better yet, call Antho... Read more

Hey TripAdvisor Friends - read all the reviews and make a decision as most are fairly accurate. We spent Fri/Sat night at Island Inn Hotel. Did we get a decent nights sleep and hot showers? YES. Was the room luxurious? Of course not for the deal you get. So be real with your expectations. We did not want to spend a lot of money on a room in Havasu as we simply needed a Hotel for sleeping/showers. Yes there are upkeep/condition issues. Yes the place could use a makeover but then, we'd all... Read more

Our family got two rooms, one had a urine stain on one of the mattresses, the others TV was broken. After a phone call to the rude front desk woman we went down there to talk to her in person and ask if we could get a different TV or have someone fix it, not only did she say "there is nothing we can do", she was very rude about it. Even as we walked through the lobby on our way out and in she would be on the phone with guests, rolling her eyes, giving attitude and rude responses, and acting as ... Read more

The hotel advertisement looked so beautiful, and because it was so close to the lake me and my husband couldn't resist booking it for the night on our USA road trip. AND boy we were SHOCKED when we arrived!! The Negatives ---> ? Rude reception, treating everyone in the same tone of moody voice ? Not helpful at all when we asked about local information ? Horrific dated, dark and smelly rooms! ? Rooms were NOT cleaned properly as i had HAIR & TOE NAILS in my bed! ? AND there was food ... Read more

The staff of the Island Inn Hotel are very friendly and helpful. The hotel is older, but it has everything you need for simply a place to lay your head and shower. We do wish that the rooms came with more than either 1 King or 2 Doubles. We got a room with 2 Doubles and had to pay an extra $10 per night for a rollaway bed for one of our three kids. For the most part, the hotel was very quiet at night. The only bad thing I would say about this hotel, is I didn't really like the fact that we had a... Read more

The worst hotel I have ever stayed in!!! Dirty, holes in the walls, carpet had stains. There was only a few plug ins and they had stuff already plugged in to them. Hair dryer did not work. Mini refrigerator freezer was over freezing and was clicking all night. Even for the price I would not recommend staying at the Island Inn Hotel.

My husband booked us for a two night stay, and I was horrified by the state of the place, you walk down the corridors and the carpet is black in places with dirt, vending machines broken, terrible smell, musk/damp, my heart sank. We complained that the room was damp and they upgraded us to another room, which was slightly better but still so dirty, old and unkept. I said I would rather have slept in the car then the beds that were provided. The window sill had dead spiders and were covered in... Read more

Everything was bad except the poor nice girl at the front desk. (She was great) Sticky floor and incredibly stained hall carpet. Old, dirty pink doors. stained and crusty and clearly unwashed blankets. and the worst bed I've ever slept on. literally 20 years past needing a complete renovation and I can't figure out why the health department hasn't closed the place....

Dirty carpets, doors and awful smell. This hotel should be blown up in the air and build a new one. Location is Ok when there's short walk to beach and canal area. But there are other hotels nearby London Bridge where you can go. Breakfast was also poor while there were mostly muffins and serials. Next time I'll read hotel reviews before booking a hotel.

Hotel is on a very good location but I have never seen any hotel so dirty. It's not like they've missed a couple vacuuming, it's that they've missed cleaning for a decade. The pool was very nice and seemed clean. Rooms are dirty, I had to have my shoes on because I did't feel like stepping on the carpet. The isles were even worse, the carpets are horrible and the place stinks. Even the doors and the walls were all stained. I feel sad for the personnel.

The only reason I gave it one star is because it won't let me give it none because that's what I wanted to rate it. Our room was filthy from low and high dusting to a used dirty bar of soap left in the shower. The bathroom fan is so full of dust that it blows it all over the wall and ceiling. The blanket on the bed was ripped, the curtains to the patio were stained, there's gum all over the floor and it doesn't look like it's ever been vacuumed. My best advise is to steer very clear of this dump... Read more

This hotel has an excellent location that is walking distance to the lake as well as London bridge and popular night clubs. Although the carpet could use replacing due to unremoveable stains caused by Spring breakers, I'm sure. The location is ideal, the price is excellent and the light breakfast is more than enough to get you jump started in the morning. The staff was more than helpful in every way, and this is great because it's pet friendly so our fur babies got a vacation as well, definitely... Read more

The Price was reasonable during the weekday, but the rooms, hall ways, luggage carts where dirty and stained. My floor smelled like beer when I stepped off the elevator. the carpets are really stained. If you get a room facing south, you do get a great overview of the lake. If your wanting a nice place to stay this isn't the place.

Stayed here for one night when passing through. We were welcomed warmly and quickly pointed to our room. The decor is a bit dated but the room was spotless, not a bit of dirt anywhere. The wifi isn't amazing but the location is great. If there were more to do in the city we would have definitely stayed longer!
