We found the Twin Arrows staff to be friendly and efficient upon our arrival with valet and front desk personnel. Although our room was large and wheel chair accessible, the room layout was odd. The room lighting was poorly designed, with few lighting fixtures. Twin Arrows needs to add more lamps to makeup for the lack of overhead lights. The shower was setup to accommodate rolling a wheel chair into the shower with all fixtures located at a reasonable height. However, the regular shower he... Read more

Stayed here 2 nights while we were exploring the Grand Canyon. Did not realize it was 20 minutes outside Flagstaff. Rooms were fair. Front desk was adequate, but not overly welcoming. Casino was smaller than I am used to, and smoking in the casino bothered me. A good, clean hotel to consider.

I stayed here for 1 night on business. Nice large rooms and they looked brand-new. Everything was clean. Nice big bathroom and shower. Seemed like a ghost town in the hotel. It was very quiet. Beds and pillows were comfy. Had Keurig and mini fridge. We ate at the seafood buffet for dinner. It was decent. I really liked the salmon. The crab legs were good too. Definitely the most popular item. The casino didn't smell too smoky and it was not over bearing loud. The sunrise was amazing.

This was our second trip to Twin Arrows within the last year and it wasn't nearly as enjoyable as the first. Overall I would say it was nice and worth the price we got, however they have some room for improvement. Pros: + Clean facility and room. + Friendly staff (except for one table games supervisor). + Great breakfast food in the cafe. + Live music that was talented. Cons - Filthy hot tub and pool. - Poor restaurant service. - Not enough table games open. - Sports bar food wasn't good. - Li... Read more

Twin Arrows was very nice because the kids and could access the hotel wing of the property without having to walk through a smoky casino. My children can't stand second hand cigarette smoke so that was a big deal. Room was very nice, new, clean, quiet. The little cafe bakery was a hit with the kids. The only drawback is that the property is located 17 miles east of Flagstaff which added another 20 minutes an already long drive to & from Arizona Snowbowl on the complete other side of Flagstaf... Clean, new, nice rooms. Less smoky than other casinos I've been to. I appreciate that a lot. Comfortable beds! I'd definitely stay again if I'm ever I'm the area! The staff was accommodating and friendly. I was disappointed in the restaurant breakfast. My over east eggs were basically raw. But that's my only gripe .

The rooms are spacious, clean, large, wonderful pillows and sheets. The bathrooms are spacious, double sinks, Bath and Body shampoo and lotion. The hotel is quiet. Keurig coffee machines, bottle water, refrigerator. Would definitely stop here again. Would like to spend more than an overnight to use amenities of hotel. Only downside--no nonsmoking section in casino--they say the area outside the restaurant is nonsmoking, but only one small sign and lots of ashtrays.

The rooms are fantastic. Very spacious, new rooms with large bathrooms. If you're looking for a very nice room at a reasonable price, this place is great. The food was average in price and flavor. The buffet food looked like it had sat in the pan for an hour the first time we went there, at around 7pm. The second time, we ate around 5pm and everything was fresh. There must not be enough business during the week to keep the cafe and steakhouse open. The cafe closed at 4pm and the steakhouse ... Read more

The setting: This relatively new hotel casino complex is on Navajo land, 20 miles/15 minutes by car from Flagstaff. There is complimentary valet parking for hotel guests. The lobby is to the side of the casino floor and is spacious but nondescript. Check in was smooth and easy. All the restaurants and gaming tables/machines are off the lobby. The room: Ours was a room on the fourth floor with a king size room. The room was spacious with a view to the natural landscape outside the casino. ... Read more
