Great place to stay on our way to Grand Canyon. The front desk staff was very helpful with any information needed, and also provided info on Sedona and surrounding area. I left my diamond ring in the bathroom on our last day and was worried all day if it would still be there? Well what a relief, kudos to housekeeping. Will definitely be back.

I am very partial to Holiday Inn hotels, and this one was very nice. The only problem I had was with the shower in the morning. No water would come on! But there was water in the sink. I reported it, and was given a credit to my account. Breakfast was good, and there was a Denny's next door, as well as other restaurants nearby.

In the past, we have always had good luck at a Holiday Inn Express. This property is older and it showed, just not up to our previous experiences. While taking a shower, I assume another room turned on their shower which caused a short burst of scalding hot water. My wife had the same experience, again, I believe this relates to it being an older building. We just could not recommend this property.

I had a group of 42 Senior Adults and we could not have been happier with this hotel. The breakfast was great and they even provided a private meeting room for our group to dine in. I stayed here with my family in May 2016. The hotel has undergone a renovation, but you can only put so much lipstick on a pig. What I immediately noticed was that the ceilings were oppressively low- giving a darkness and boxed in feeling to the hallways. When we opened our room, we were shocked to find barely a 1 foot wide walking path between the beds, chair and furniture. I have stayed in NY City in rooms with more space than this cramped room. I was quite impressed with this hotel as it was a good example of the genre. The location was quite good being next to lots of restaurants and a short drive from the centre of town. The staff were friendly and helpful and the room was clean well equipped. The staff even rang to make sure all was OK. Breakfast was typical of the brand and the coffee and cookies etc that was constantly available in the foyer was a nice touch. I stayed there on two occasions and was happy with both experiences.

Our room was on the small side, but had all the amenities we expected and was nicely chilled (VERY warm outside) so we were very comfortable. Stopped here for the night on a road trip home between Santa Fe NM and Los Angeles, Ca. Clean, very comfortable and well-located. restaurants and a Whole Foods nearby. The staff was very friendly. It was a little noisy- (seemed like a lot of families with children) and it is a bit pricey for an Az highway town ($175 king single, 2 people). The gym is small but will work. The hotel is small and a bit older but adequate. The internet couldn't be slower if it was two tin cans and string. The air conditioner, a wall unit, sounded like a model A Ford. There isn't much in Flagstaff and I thought this would work, but I won't be back if I'm the area again. The road it's on is sketchy with what appear to be broken down RV's at the end of the road and folks living out of their vehicles

Our last leg of a two-day trip and we searched ahead and booked this Holiday Inn. It was awesomely clean, friendly staff and the room was fantastic. Comfortable beds, CLEAN towels, refreshing. Easy off/on to the highway we were traveling. We were out before free breakfast, but just across the parking lot was my favorite restaurant -- Denny's! And right in front of that were two gas stations! We checked out and headed over after a very restful night.

Had to schedule a last minute trip to Flagstaff. Holiday Inn Express had a central location and a great price. Hotel was clean, updated and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful at all hours of the day and night. I will stay here for every trip to Flagstaff.

Martha, Debbie, Trevor and the manager here go above and beyond. They were so kind to us and literally spent hours helping us over the course of 8 days. Woudn't stay anywhere else in Flagstaff. Wonderful, Wonderful people. We were truly blessed.

The hotel was very clean and the staff very attentive. We stayed only one night but wished it was more. Checkin was quick and easy: always good. Manager on duty, Lauren Lecavalier (sp?) was very helpful with a dining recommendation: Lumberjack Brewing Company. Best meal of our trip to AZ.

My husband and I generally book stays at this chain because we have had good experiences, and the rooms are clean (on top of our list of absolutes). Arrived late afternoon, and honored all requests. One of these requests was side of hotel away from highway, granted however that side of hotel was backed by a railroad track, that turned out to be very active. Who knew rail commerce was so busy? However, it was our request so sucked it up. The room was nice, however the carpet was very dirty, ... Read more

The room was super clean, beds were comfortable, TV was new (perfect for keeping the kids entertained), air conditioning worked well and it was great for a quick stopover on our way to the Grand Canyon!
