In comparison to other Hilton Garden Inns that we have stayed at, we thought our room was a bit drab and dated. The bathroom was clean but old - needs to be replaced. The room was ok for one night, not more.

We began staying at the Hilton Garden Inn Flagstaff about four years ago during our annual summer pilgrimage from New Mexico to Vegas, and at this point, we'd never consider staying anywhere else. Let me first speak to those who have commented on the rates. This is a tourist town. Rooms are obviously going to be a bit more expensive than you might be used to during tourist season, and I can personally assure you the rates at Hilton Garden are very fair. Flagstaff has some super old hotels, and ... Read more

I was greeted promptly when I entered and was engaged by a gentleman who seemed truly interested about me. He was efficient and quick while still engaging. The room was nice, clean and comfortable. Then the Next morning breakfast was great. and check out was a breeze. Thanks to the staff there making it a home away from home

We paid over $200 a night. The hotel is this place needs a lot of updating, it's very dated. The doors slam shut all night long and all morning because they don't have anything that catches them. But the staff is very courteous and nice. Just needs a lot of work for way you pay for. I wouldn't pay that much money to stay there again unless all these things were taken care of. But the staff was very nice and courteous and apologetic

I booked the hotel in 2016 memorial holiday. It had great location to go to Grand Canyon, lower Antelope canyon, Sedona, or Monument Valley. The hotel room was clean and had reasonable size. However I had to pay more than $200 for the room. It was over priced. The hotel only gave two bottle of waters during checking. I asked for extra bottle of waters the second day and was turned down by the counter. I would recommend the hotel. But I wouldn't want to pay $200.

I am a lite sleeper. This hotel was very quiet. I didn't hear any other guests. The people at the front desk were very nice and friendly. The breakfast while no included was a good price for a buffet and the servers cleared plates quickly and refilled coffee. I would stay here again. We had one night booked and it worked so well I added another night. The pool was a bit small and indoors, but kept my kids busy for an evening.

This is a very nice hotel. What you would expect from a Hilton property. Our was large and comfortable. A breakfast buffet was available but it is not free. Coffee in the lobby is free. Very old property. As a Diamond member, I have stayed at hundreds of Hilton properties. This is by far one of the worse. They claim to have just renovated. The nicest part of the hotel is the indoor pool. Rooms are very dated. Walls are paper thin. There is no restaurant on property. If you order room service it is brought over from a nearby restaurant. This hotel was very accommodating. Drove a rental car up to airport to turn it in and then take a train back home. They picked me up and took me to train (by cab which the paid for) when I was a little late getting to hotel they called to make sure I was alright. I highly recommend this hotel not only for courteous behavior but for a clean amazing room.

Great service and location. Room was very clean and bed was comfortable. Unfortunately I had a very loud group next door to my room that stayed up celebrating ALL night. Definitely not the hotels fault but geez some people have NO consideration!!!

The room was exceptional and we loved the Keurig station but wished breakfast was included in the price. It was very clean and quiet, which we needed after too many hours driving. Definitely would stay here again.

Hilton Garden Inn Flagstaff was a pleasant surprise. The service was excellent and the room was very nice. Eems likea pretty new facity. It's very near NAU and great neighborhood restaurants. Its also very reasonably priced. We will stay there again.

Pleasant lobby and breakfast area. Room was well appointed and comfortable. Currently, room upgrades under way. There are two breakfast options: A cold selection at $5.50 and Hot selections for $10. Bottled water was provided at check-in. Cookies and muffins available in the lobby upon check-in. Front desk staff were friendly and professional.

Room was great, service attentive, location was good. I've stayed in a number of brand hotels for business travel, all that offer some sort of complementary breakfast. What separates the HGI is the quality of their complementary breakfast and those that look after it. By far the best I've had in this level of Hotel.

Stayed here for a trip to the Grand Canyon which was about an hour or so drive away. We wanted to stay somewhere where there was something to do in the evening too and Flagstaff seemed like a really nice place. Comfortable hotel with free parking. The breakfast was good and the indoor pool was nice to have. Location wise we drove into the town in the evening as it seemed a bit far to walk on a busy main road.

The parking area, lobby area, breakfast were all fine but the beds while seeming to be fairly new were very firm. I could say they were hard and uncomfortable. I expected to find soft, comfortable beds in a Hilton hotel. My friend also told me that the bed was too hard and he didn't sleep very well on his bed. The flooring in the bathroom was also of cheaper quality. I expected to at least see real stone flooring. The room was also small. It was the same size as economy motel. For the cost, bo... Read more

Great hotel and great location. Have stayed here in the past and knew it was a good quality hotel. Staff will bend over backwards to help you. Its a great location to go down the canyon to Sedona or go the other direction to the Grand Canyon.

We chose to stay here because we like the Hilton Garden brand. However, this place is a pain to get to and in a very congested area. There is one entrance and arriving from Phoenix on I-17 it required some tricky driving, including a turn around in the next door hotel parking lot. There is really nothing much close by, and even if you want to walk across the street watch out! Traffic is terrible. We also found the front desk personnel very disinterested in assisting with questions we had. There ... Read more

Stayed two nights, and tried this property for the first time in this location. Noise level at back hallway was loud after 10PM. Room was cleaned well. Price did not include breakfast. There are good local places to eat within a couple miles, movie theaters in walking distance and NAU very close. This property is next to a main thoroughfare so try to get a room away from that side.

Stayed with my family on our way to the Grand Canyon. Hotel was located close to the highway which made access easy. Numerous restaurants near by. The breakfast was very good and filling. For non Diamond members it is $10 but well worth the convenience. The rooms are being renovated and I am sure will be up to snuff when done. We had a nice visit and will stay again

Everyone on the staff was extremely pleasant and helpful. They all seemed genuinely happy and pleased to work there. The property was very clean and the king bed was quite comfortable. The staff informed us that they were undergoing renovations, but we were not inconvenienced in any way.

The Hilton Garden Inn in Flagstaff was perfect for a long-weekend vacation. It was comfortable, nice, and had amenities such as wifi, indoor pool and hot tub. The breakfast was not included with the room rate, however, it was good, offered variety, and was about the same price you would pay anywhere else. The staff was extremely nice and helpful. We stayed in a single room with a king bed. The bed wasn't super comfortable, but we didn't lose sleep over it. Overall, we were happy with our stay, a... Read more

The hotel is easy to find, has a friendly, helpful staff and comfortable digs. We especially appreciated having dinner delivered to their dining room. The staff made sure we had silverware, plates, etc instead of paper plates and plastic flatware.

The staff here is absolutely wonderful. We arrived on the weekend and there was a manager who helped arrange a ride so I can return the rental car at the nearby airport. The other coworker who was a NAU college student followed me to the airport and waited for me to return the car and drove me all the way back to the hotel. Kudos to them! Hotel was clean and had a nice view of the trees. Would come back to stay again.

Love going to this hotel as the staff is excellent to deal with, for local knowledge and overall good service!! Was well looked after, even if it was just a hello as I passed by. Place was well kept, and well located for my trip.
