The visit got off to a promising start with a nice email from management about how this was going to be the cleanest place we ever stayed and how quality was job 1. And the amenities were great - a welcome beverage, nice-sized rooms, a convenient location and what turned out to be a truly amazing breakfast with made-to-order omelets. But once we got into the room, the veneer wore a bit thin. Sheets were stained, the toilet was not as clean as one would hope, and there were little things like the... Read more

Great location for our Grand Canyon bucket list vacation. Made to order breakfast was a perfect way to start the day! Staff was very helpful and friendly. Even though they do not have a restaurant on the property it is conveniently located to great eating establishments. We ordered pizza and it was promptly delivered. Will definitely stay there again when we are in the area.

The hotel was clean and our room was great! The breakfast buffet was amazing! The chef's making the made-to-order omelets were awesome! We talked to the manager that morning, as he was making his rounds asking everyone how their breakfast was, and told him that everyone from the front lobby to the maids have been a pleasure to deal with! We will definitely be back!

Nicely appointed hotel but I found the rooms a bit crowded compared to other Embassy Suites that I've stayed at. With a king size bed, we could not fit both of our suitcases in the bedroom and had to leave them in the living room. They did have a great happy hour with a surprisingly extensive free drink menu - not just wine and beer. The breakfast included was really good. On our road trip through the 4 corner States we decided to opt for the Esuites as we were intending to stay in Flagstaff for 5 days. Previous visits to Esuites in the US gave us the idea that we would be able to take advantage of the extra room and inclusion of breakfast each morning. It was expensive but we knew the high standard to expect from our previous experiences. Sadly we were wrong. Expensive is my main comment and as a many times user in the past in various parts of the country, it's changed. No microwave, so cannot be recommended for long stay people who use it when working away from home. Evening appetizers were chips and salsa, some cheese and a few veggie sticks. Putting up the prices and reducing the perks only gets you a three star.

So here is the good: 1. Location is very good in Flagstaff - only around 35mins from Sedona and less than 2 hours from the Grand Canyon. 2. Staff is very friendly. The 2nd day of our stay, our kids wanted a particular cereal that they had the day before. The staff got that cereal from the back. The front desk staff is also very friendly and helpful. There was a meet and greet with FREE drinks with the manager one night. 3. Breakfast buffet is good and plenty. 4. The rooms are spacious. ... Read more

The kitchenette is suited for people more than 2 meters high, it can barely be used be people of normal height. Clean, well maintained. Hallways a bit long (only 2 elevators). Breakfast aplenty (even cooked) and also evening snacks were offered. Room was really cramped and we did not get the stuff for 2 people put somewhere. - Walking distance to downtown.

Wonderful facility. Nice, helpful staff. Huge, clean room. Sleeper sofa. Large TVs. Fridge. Free internet. Free breakfast buffet with made-to-order food. Easy check in and check out. Online reservation were a breeze to make. I felt we definitely got more for what we paid. I'm definitely staying here again next time I visit Flagstaff.

The staff at the front desk were very welcoming and accommodating. We needed a ground floor room, for physical reasons, and they upgraded us to make sure we got a ground floor. The evening cocktail hour was going on as we checked in and the clerk told us to wait about 30 minutes and it shouldn't be so busy. He also had great suggestions for dinner near by. really nice place with a great breakfast and evening snack time. Super close to authentic downtown and on the corner of Route 66. Easy in and out and close by amenities (for what Flagstaff has). If you stay, go to Bun Huggers (eyes up here! it's a burger place!)across the street. You'll thank me.

While making a road trip, I decided to stay in Flagstaff for the night. The hotel has a great location relatively close to downtown, as well as adjacent to the NAU campus. The room was very comfortable. The only issue I noticed was that the walls did seem a bit thin, so I could sometimes hear families and people in the hall. This might be a problem if you're a light sleeper. In addition, I arrived late in the evening and did not see any check in parking, so I had to park in the back of the hotel... Read more

The positive is the young man who checked us in was great! He gave us an upgrade and some bottled water and snacks. The suite was large and clean. The negative was the manager reception. Compared to other embassy's (for example the Tucson Paloma Village) it wasn't very good variety or service). I went to it at 7 and was supposed to last til 730! The supply of the meager snacks was really low. I asked the bartender if he could get someone to replenish and he said he would. He was very bus... Read more

This is an older Embassy Suites and shows some signs of wear but it was well maintained and the staff was friendly. Room had a musty smell but was clean. Furniture was a bit worn but also clean. Nice outdoor pool area. The parking lot lighting is very dim didn't feel very secure. They advertise it as being near Old Town Flagstaff but it's definitely not walking distance. Overall an okay, average kind of experience.

We stayed in the hotel on a vacation to Flagstaff In September 2016. The rooms are dated and also seem smaller than other Embassy Suites where we have stayed. The hotel is well located for visiting the historic downtown and the Lowell Observatory. We enjoyed chatting with staff member Wilma who was on the staff at breakfast. The biggest downfall of this property is that it is showing the wear and tear of age. Overall staff were helpful, but we didn't really need anything requiring them to go out of their way. Breakfast options are better than most complimentary breakfasts and the manager's reception in the evenings on weekdays adds to the value. That said, when providing free cocktails, it would seem that for little extra financial investment they could offer more than pretzels, veggies and dip, etc for snack foods.

Stayed there 2 nights in October. We got the suite since we have 5 kids. Giving this 5 stars since the kids loved it so much. The hotel is not brand new so expect a little more aged/worn feel to the place. The outdoor pool was heated and so the kids got to swim in October (no indoor pool). Free breakfast was great.
