I stayed here for a few nights for a business conference. It seems like you drive forever to get to the hotel, but it's surrounded by beauty. The room itself had a lot of space, the bed & pillows were very comfortable. I can't say enough about how accommodating and professional the staff was, especially Vickie, who I ordered room service from, not on the menu, she was sure to follow through and make it happen and was so pleasant! Certainly someone who knew about customer service with a smile. Th... Read more

I was disappointed in my stay. I don't normally stay at Starwood hotels, so this may be the norm. But i don't plan on staying at starwoods anytime soon. First of all this hotel is in the middle of nowhere, we very few restaurant around. If you come here for a conference, you NEED a rental car. We drove up the interstate about 2 miles and had all kinds of food options. I felt bad for those with out a car. The casino and outlets have very little food. When we arrive we were placed farawa... Very nice laid back type of resort! Everything was clean and facility was in superb shape. Excellent Service!! Was with my wife on a long leisure Business/Chill time. Played Golf one day and spent another whole day at the Spa. Both, spectacular! Highly recommended end of the day, glass of wine watching the sunset on the patio! Awesome view! They also had a campfire every night! The smell of that mesquite wood burning, Native American flute music in the background SON, major CHILLED! ... Read more

Stayed for 4 nites for a big conference; I liked my room in Pima wing on first floor - near to conference with a walk out patio facing the pool. Lovely resort is native-American themed with great art - the constant flute music is a little much but I understand it's traditional. Great staff and very good room and towels. I liked if I didn't require housekeeping each nite I got a food credit. Careful when arriving that you're not at the casino hotel - this one is further down the remote street... Read more

Exceptional property - pool, river and golf course views. Beautifully decorated public areas, very nice rooms. Amazing, friendly and helpful staff. Being so secluded, we did find the restaurant/bar selection rather limiting, though, and a bit pricey. But they will shuttle you for free down to the outlet mall or the hotel/casino for a little variety.

Stayed here for a girls weekend (with a toddler) for the long Memorial Day holiday. We reserved a suite with an adjoining double queen. The rooms were clean, spacious and comfortable. The grounds, nature trail, and river walk are beautiful and great for morning walks. We ate at Ko'Sin for breakfast each day and one evening for dinner. We also ordered drinks and apps at the lobby bar and sat outside to enjoy the sunset. All the food we ate was delicious. It was a bit more expensive than going off... Read more

I traveled here for a conference and was quite impressed by the hotel but also the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. I really appreciated the design of the hotel. It featured an organic and "lodge-style" architecture with design elements from the local tribes. It was nice to be in more uniquely designed conference hotel than you would normally get. I was there for a dog related conference and the hotel went out of its way to accommodate our needs. And the staff seemed to genuinely li... Read more

Hello from beautiful Montana, I was dreading going to Phoenix for the BlogPaws Conference because it was 118 degrees! We did not need to worry because this huge facility was air conditioned and comfort centered. Which was great with all the animals coming to the conference. it is a sprawling campus, but the bell boy explained that it was designed with the Maricopa specifications for welcoming guests. I did not give it a 5 because I thought the restaurant prices were really high and gratuity is pre-added to EVERYTHING ahead of time, I think people should be able to tip according to service, I dont agree with this practice, we also tipped bef... The Sheraton is a very nice hotel. I happened to stay during a pet food company conference so there were a lot of dogs and a few cats at the property. I never heard any noise from them anywhere in the hotel, or noticed any messes that are typical when animals are sharing a space. The staff is helpful and friendly, and gave very good recommendations for restaurants, activities and local attractions. Clean and comfortable hotel. Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Well maintained pools. Would recommend for a family or couple getaway. Loved the gift shop! Another great Sheraton property! Will definitely be back.

The property is gorgeous. The second you pull up, you look through the lobby windows are are greeted with the expansive view of the desert. Everything is extremely well kept and clean. The pools are gorgeous. The staff is friendly and always willing to help. The draw back... it is a little far from much else. The prices of the food and drink were steep, too steep. The food was good, but the prices were astronomical... same with drinks. You might find a good deal to stay here, but it does cost ... Read more

I stayed there for 2 nights, and the service was excellent. I specifically want to give a shout out to Chef Fabian who helped us celebrate our son's birthday by bringing him a cake decorated with his name. All employees we came across were courteous and friendly, from the front office, to pool staff, to bar staff. We look forward to coming back.

This honestly is not a high end resort. If the rooms were $120 a night it would be awesome, if they were $150 a night it would be good. At $250 a night it's just sad. The hotel itself is like a maze, and the map you get is terrible. It was difficult to find our way around. The staff were nice about trying to help, but often sent us in the wrong direction to find places like the fitness center. The room is not up to par for $250 a night. I would much rather stay at the Hilton down the road and ... Read more

Stayed here for a conference this past weekend. Staff was very attentive, even offering free valet parking after 2 trips to the car in a thunderstorm!! Beds were very comfortable and all around really nice place to stay! If you have the chance to eat at KAI it is fabulous (reviewed separately) but expect a hefty bill...but a once in a lifetime meal! Would readily come and stay again!

Spent three nights here for a conference. The conference facilities were great. However, the Navajo flute music playing relentlessly at subliminal volumes everywhere was annoying after awhile. The service was very good. The rooms were nice but not great. The bathroom was modern. The room walls seemed a bit thin. You could hear hallway noise and your neighbors out on their balcony. The property seems to have a linear design with the rooms at one end and the amenities on the other. The fitn... Read more

We stayed here for 3 nights for a conference. The resort has impressive decor throughout with great views of the surrounding mountains and dessert. Subtle music and scents throughout the complex help with the theming. Staff were very helpful and courteous. Food options are limited, but the quality of the food was excellent, particularly at Kai, with unique flavors in keeping with the theme of the resort. The options for grab and go breakfast were limited which created some challenges for ... Read more

My husband and I stayed at this resort for a conference for 4 nights. We had a standard room with a king bed. I am sure this place was nice when they first built it. Now, it needs an updating bad! Duct tape in the hallways on edge of carpet, strong overwhelming smell of Febreeze in the lobby. Relentless flute music. The walls were very thin and could hear the neighbor snoring all night and phone conversation. Also, needed a suit pressed and were told they don't have the facilities for it . Stayed here on business. Going to give a negative review of an overall nice resort. Overall. Nice place. Pretty. Great pool and Landscaping. Food is good. Service was good. Conference facilities excellent. Beautiful setting. A bit pricey. But big place. My issue. My Bill had multiple charges that were incorrect. And I question how often that is happening here at a place catering to expensive convention goers. 90 some dollars in a food charge that I didn't charge (I made no room cha... Read more

Great facility and location is close to highways. The workout room is very good and the nature trail has some great views.the lobby is well kept.the pools are clean although the hot tub seems to have too much chlorine at times. Also the guy at the top of tbe slide does not seem to be actually doing his job.He was just kinda telling every one to go down the slide while others were still on it, that didn't seem safe.the water coolers by the pools are great for service was very quick... Just off Estero Blvd in Ft Myers Beach is a hidden jewel (Matanzas Pass Preserve). This consists of 2 paths that interconnect for a total of less than 2 miles. It is free of charge to utilize the paths. They go through mangroves and 1 path takes you out to Estero Bay.

I stayed for 5 nights for a recent conference. The hotel was comfortable, but does need some updating. The staff were all very friendly. The rooms were clean, though housekeeping came very late some days. The conference food was actually quite good. The resort food was pretty average and overpriced, as you might expect, but, really overpriced. Nachos, chicken strips, and a margarita at the pool restaurant ran us $50! They told us Kai was booked the entire stay by outside groups with no ava... Read more

All around awesome property. As soon as you enter the property a feeling of relaxation come over you. The native American property is perfect for business or pleasure. I can't wait to come back on vacation and do yoga and meditation. Food is top notch. The grounds and outdoor areas are relaxing especially with the river to listen and watch. Wow. Worth it.

I found this resort and spa by attending a conference focused on working together across the nation to create 100 Million Healthier Lives. This resort was by far the most catering and promoted relaxation and peace which we all needed as we were working away from home. Service was with a smile at every touch point. The food was phenomenal throughout the entire week. Our reception was held outdoors on a patio with a mariachi group as our entertainment and this kicked off a very amazing overall e... Read more

I attended a business conference at this hotel. It was a lovely property and a great place for a conference. The lawn area where we had several events was wonderful. Pool area was beautiful. Food was really good. Rooms were clean and nice. I stayed in the Pima wing which was very convenient.

Native owned hotel managed by Sheraton. This is a fairly typical high end Phoenix/Scottsdale large resort property. Well maintained exterior and interior. The usual very good golf course and spa amenities. Rooms are ok but showing a little age. Great restaurant, Kai, on site. Friendly and efficient staff. Biggest gripe: on Friday night 11/18, Tribal ownership allowed a large outdoor party/rave to take place at their nearby "Rawhide" center. At 11:45 p.m. I was woke up with a loud band pla... Read more

Two last minute rooms, our family of five. We checked in around 7:00 pm after a long, tough day. The girls grabbed the hotel shuttle to the nearby outlet mall. The desk staff recommended a local pizzeria that delivered. We all got to bed early and had a perfectly restful night sleep on very comfortable mattresses. Th e climate control in the rooms was excellent, and not at all noisy. I love a variety of bedding, and the fresh clean linens did not disappoint. I missed not having a robe in the roo... Read more

While traveling with family we booked here because it was pet friendly. It was a slow time with plenty of room at the pool. Good location to get to other parts of town. There was a loud bass concert in the area, and we were moved by staff to a quieter part of the hotel @ our request.

This resort was beautiful, set off the main road, so you felt secluded but there was still easy access to everything you wanted to do. We had a nice quiet weekend, the food at the hotel was great, the spa was so nice. The walking trails around the property were great. We would love to come back!

Really nice property; great golf, pools, spa on site. you'll have a really nice time there, very laid back and relaxing. Our room had a great view looking out to the natural landscape and golf course. As a bonus there's a casino just down the road, which is nice and has Shula's.

Stayed here recently for the second time in five years. It was a business trip. Hotel is decorated beautifully and the overall "feel" is so authentic to the southwest. Christmas tress with lights for the season but the soft Indian flute music playing, the colors, the pictures, even the aroma smells and feels like you are in the southwest - an Indian experience. Tried one restaurant for dinner and had a great meal. Well appointed room was very clean. Guest services are friendly. You couldn't do b... Read more

Stayed here for 4 nights recently. My first impression was what a warm and cozy resort it was. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. I flew out two days before my meetings started so I had some time to myself. The weather was very chilly, so relaxing by the pool didn't happen. The pool however was still open as well as the outside grill and bar. Very pretty! I got information on horse back riding at the front desk and went for a 90 minute ride the following day. Was picked up in the lobb... Read more
