We just spent several nights here for a conference, and while the place is certainly a solid 3-4 stars, I did not several opportunities for improvement (considering the cost): 1. One of the 2 elevators for our wing did not work properly all weekend, and seemed to confuse most riders (you would get in, the doors would close, and nothing would happen). Presumably, management knew about this, but it never seemed to get fixed, nor have a "out of service" sign placed on it. Minor issue, but just sho... Read more

We stayed here on a three-day weekend to visit with family members who live in the area. This hotel is fairly isolated, in the desert with nothing in the immediate area, which can be good or bad depending on your mood. The hotel provides a free shuttle to a nearby mall and casino (we didn't take it). It is about a 15-minute drive to Chandler proper. My wife had injured her leg earlier in the week and needed a wheel chair for a couple of days to get around more easily. Fortunately, the valet sta... Read more

Me and my husband was on our honeymoon and 1 am in the morning after a long night we get huge men banging on our doors stating the fire alarm is going off because of cigarette smoke. Mind you I have asthma and do not smoke. They shoved a piece paper at us and said it was a warning and made me sign in in distress. The next morning at check out we had to have the housekeeper supervisor check out room and he said he didn't smell anything and we should not be charged. The office Manger Emily stated ... Read more

Very nice hotel out in the Phoenix desert. Casual dining was below my expectations but did not try upscale restaurant. Bar area was out in the lower lobby and was not TV sports friendly. Did not try golf but it looked in good shape

Resort was beautiful, staff was very friendly and accommodating. 4 pools, hot tubs, spa, enjoyed the interactive hiking trail each day. Shuttle is casino, mall, and Rawhide. The food was very expensive. $18.00 for two eggs and ham???????? eat somewhere else but the resort was amazing. Will definitely be going back.

I recently stayed at your hotel and it was awesome the staff was extremely responsive and attentive and everything was great until the last day when we decided to take the kids swimming, one of the pools had something I donā??t know excessive chlorine or what but as a result two of my kids who were not wearing swimming googles had extremely painful and swollen eyes and we left the resort with kids in pain and crying. The two kids are traumatized and donā??t want to go swimming again. So our ex... Read more

Stayed here for 4 nights early Dec. The resort is huge to say the least, it's a long walk to a lot of the rooms. The restaurants were top shelf for sure, particularly Kai. The bar area was also very nice with great service. Whirlwind golf course is part of the complex and top end as well. While it's a little off the beaten path I will definitely be back.

Stayed here for 4 nights recently. My first impression was what a warm and cozy resort it was. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. I flew out two days before my meetings started so I had some time to myself. The weather was very chilly, so relaxing by the pool didn't happen. The pool however was still open as well as the outside grill and bar. Very pretty! I got information on horse back riding at the front desk and went for a 90 minute ride the following day. Was picked up in the lobb... Read more

Stayed here recently for the second time in five years. It was a business trip. Hotel is decorated beautifully and the overall "feel" is so authentic to the southwest. Christmas tress with lights for the season but the soft Indian flute music playing, the colors, the pictures, even the aroma smells and feels like you are in the southwest - an Indian experience. Tried one restaurant for dinner and had a great meal. Well appointed room was very clean. Guest services are friendly. You couldn't do b... Read more

Really nice property; great golf, pools, spa on site. you'll have a really nice time there, very laid back and relaxing. Our room had a great view looking out to the natural landscape and golf course. As a bonus there's a casino just down the road, which is nice and has Shula's.
