I've had many great overall experiences at MainStay Suites. From making the reservation to being greeted with a smile when I arrive. The rooms are very clean and fresh. Anything I want or need is provided. I'm on a budget so I am thrilled that price is very affordable. The employees have been extremely friendly and helpful including printing out my flight check in and directions. THANK YOU for everything. I will be back :)

We stayed in Casa Grande both coming and going on a recent trip. We stayed here on our return trip and, even though it was a suite, it fell quite a bit short of the other place we stayed. It was $8 a night cheaper and just seemed better run/managed in how the help responded to our needs. Breakfast here was almost non-existent. We came down about 8:20 and nearly everything was empty or picked up. Trash cans were overflowing and staff (the front desk is in the middle of that "breakfast room") sat ... Read more

I came to Mainstay because I had a water leak in my house I thought I was going to be there for one week but it turned put to be three weeks. I first got a single queen room but was later graded to a suite the staff I awesome!! Ashley was very friendly, Kristen out going and the manager Tiffany would talk with guests every morning at breakfast. I understand house keeping needed a lot of work but Tiffany and Sheila are working very hard to get everything in place. I will tell my friends and fami... Read more

This was a great place to stay as we visited family at the Palm Creek resort. The rooms were clean and the staff was friendly. The free breakfast offered a variety of items. The only thing that bothered us was the small square pillows they had for the beds instead of regular size....they were weird.....and small. Other than that, I would highly recommend this hotel if you are staying in the Casa Grande area.

While traveling back home from Canyon Lake, TX we found ourselves feeling pretty tired and needed some sleep. I usually book on line but it was late and we needed something quick. We walked in and we were lucky enough to get a couple of rooms. Price per room was super affordable & they offered a discount for AAA members. The ladies there were very nice and accommodating. The continental breakfast was a bonus. The next morning, we left and an hour into our ride, my grandson remembers he left a... Read more

We have stayed here 3 times now and our last stay this week was the best of the 3. The hotel is clean and the staff seems more trained. The new manager Danny went beyond his duties by helping my parents and I with our luggage and making further reservations for us. We will be back. Breakfast was great.

We were here for a funeral. Our room was very clean and the staff was so pleasant to be around. The manager and staff went out of their way to make our stay perfect. The huge free hot breakfast was a nice surprise. We will tell others.

She was the sweetest and most polite front desk we have ever had. Made us feel more than welcome. I would definitely go back especially after our long drives. The breakfast isn't bad at all considering the price it's really a wonderful hotel.

Being able to stay close to my family there was helpful. They live in the huge mobile-RV park there. The staff went beyond helpful. Our room was cleaned everyday and we enjoyed the free hot breakfast. We will stay again when we are in the area. We met the friendly manager.

After driving for about 12 hours and a 2 hour delay at the border we decided to stop and look for a place to stay, I was hesitant at the beginning but I decided to go in and ask for a room, I was greeted by a very nice young lady and I ask " are the rooms clean ?' and she replied "of course" they are I asked to get a room and on my way out to my car I asked one more time and this time her response was " I promise" and sure enough she did not break her promised. The room was super clean and best ... Read more

My husband and I got a room here at the main stay hotel. The rooms were very nice, clean and all. Front desk girl was very polite but on the hand the manager was very disrespectful to his staff. I've also witnessed him being very disrespectful to guest who were arriving or who were currently staying at the hotel. He's not a very friendly guy. that's not a good way to treat your staff, I feel sorry for them. my husband and I were planning to get a room there because the service was great but the ... Read more

I have family located in Arizona, I am from out of state. I travel to the Casa Grande area often. Tiffany was the sweetest girl I had met during my stay. However, the general manager was extremely disrespectful. The way he treats the employees is shocking, Mr.Baker doesn't talk to his employees the way he should. If they made a mistake he made them pay for it. Being extremely obnoxious, Mr.Baker would get in the staff's faces and begin to yell. I felt sorry for the young women, this GM needs to ... Read more

Were pleasantly pleased to see that this hotel is still holding its high standards for guest satisfaction and expectations. Now, as I've been informed, they have a full hot breakfast service front 0500-0800. Just another added bonus to staying at this wonderful extended stay hotel. You don't need an extended-stay schedule to choose this hotel. Even if it's for just one night, you'll be pleased with your stay.

First off. This is my second time staying here. I am student and was doing my medical rotation in Casa Grande. In fact I came back to Casa Grande knowing that I would be staying at the MainStay. In those two stays, I have stayed a total of 2.5 months at the MainStay! You could not ask for more. The staff are some of the kindest people you could ask for. They make your comfort and needs their priority. During my stay they made such amazing accommodations that they lost much in potential profits ... Read more

We live in town but needed to stay in a hotel while some work was done at our house. MainStay was clean, affordable and most important - pet friendly. Staff was friendly and breakfast was an added bonus. If we ever need to leave the house for a day or two - or have someone from out of town stay, this is where we'll go!

I pass through Casa Grande every few months and, since I have always had a good experience at this hotel, I always stay here. Tiffany, the front desk manager always greets me with a smile. And the housekeeping staff, run by Christen, keeps up a good job on the rooms. They're really the ones that make this place worth staying at. They have a new manager though and I got kind of a bad vibe from him. I was sitting in the lobby and saw him yell at several staff members and even one of the other gues... Read more

My husband and I stayed two nights at this property. Upon attempting to check-in, they did not have my reservation. There was a large party checking in(African-American) and for some reason the manager had two men to loiter around as if we were a threat! After finally checking in, the room had no towels and the shower curtain was laying on the commode. This hotel have some of the rudest people I have ever met, especially the bald headed Caucasian man, who I am told is the manager, with the la... Read more

The location was great. Close to the I-10 freeway. Great shopping and dining in the area. The TV in our room turned off every 15 minutes or so. Nobody seemed to know why. The girl working the desk that night offered to move us to another room, but by that time it was too late. She said to speak to the General Manager in the morning. He was very abrasive and rude and basically said we were lying. He finally did give us a $10 refund. Other than the issue with the TV, the room was very nice and the... Read more

My family checked into this hotel for a six day stay. For a family w/three children 5 & under, the room was adequate. It was nice to see a full size refrigerator and a dish washer in the room. This made keeping ice packs frozen a breeze and the dishes being done a cinch. We liked the fact that there were several cold items like sandwiches, drinks, and ice creams that could be purchased along with a variety of OTC items that we ended up needing. The staff was pleasant to deal with and when asked ... Read more
