We have stayed at this hotel before as we traveled through. Decided to stay again. The only complaint I recall from the last time was the noise from above while on the second floor. We opted for a third floor room this time. We didn't experience any noise this time. Hotel was clean and the breakfast was your normal Hampton breakfast. I selected our room and checked in via the Hilton app so avoided most of the time spent checking in. The front desk personnel didn't have our keys ready when ... Read more

The gym was very small with only 1 treadmill, 1 elliptical, 1 bike, and another machine with limited attachments. Most of the staff was friendly, but not all of them. I called the Manager when I left with a concern and waited 3 days and she never returned my call. There are multiple better Hilton properties located next door.

I always enjoy staying at Hilton Hotels. They are always friendly and helpful. The service we have experienced has been beyond other hotel chains. I always feel safe, if I'm traveling alone, especially. Everyone is nice and helpful, including the maids, maintenance personnel, and the front desk staff. I have never had a bad experience with this Hampton Inn's. I love the bed, mattress, pillows and cover. It's perfect every time and you have a choice of soft or hard pillow. Enjoy my stay e... Outstanding place to stay but the ice machine is still not working on the first floor and I did not get drinking cups for the second night of my stay. The motel is located conveniently but is a little hard to find since sets off the road among other motels and the signage is not very good on the main road.

This Hampton Inn goes out of its way to make it easy for pet owners to travel with their pets. The facilities and services were excellent, and our room could not have been nicer. There was NO charge for having our black lab in the room with us, which made us and our pet very happy. Since this was our first road trip with our dog, we will be looking for more welcoming hotels like this one.

Stopped in as a mid-way point to Florida. Called ahead and got the room booked. Tried calling back an hour later to ask about a crib for our child and got hung up on 3 times before they finally picked up and said hello. Walked into the lobby that smelled like rotten eggs! The lady at the desk got us checked in and we made our way up. Got into our room and the toilet had been used already. It was even stopped up! The front desk staff was pleasant, but the cleaning staff doesn't appear to clean very well. When asked about the amenities left out for guest, one of the staff said the reason they were not out was because they were busy. Also, the room floors creaked and I stepped on the head of a nail sticking up as I was coming out of the bathroom. I asked to be moved, that room had issues also, slow draining sink and the bathtub creaked. As a Hilton Honors member, I very disappointed with this facility and ... Read more

I was unable to sun at the pool one of the three days there as there was very limited pool chairs (2 lounge chairs and maybe 5 sitting chairs). I asked at desk why not furniture, reply was traveling ball team destroyed it all the weekend before and new furniture was ordered and would be in place in about two more weeks, really, they could not purchase something locally, this is peak traveling season and pool time.

Pulled into Hampton parking lot after a day of driving and walked into lobby for check in. I was greeted by pleasant smile and since I had checked in on line, was given my room key card immediately. Our room was on upper floor as requested, quiet, and cool. The hotel is located in walking distance to a couple of restaurants. The complimentary breakfast was good as well as the coffee. King size bed was comfortable. Our room, halls, dining area were all very clean- good job by their staff.
