"I went with my wife and kids for a mini Spring break getaway. The staff was really friendly. Another guest was complaining about something when I checked in. But, I was not sure what was going on. The hotel lacked in other areas. For example, the bath tub had sand still in it when we checked in on Wednesday. I understand with the showers they have and the beach right there, it is difficult for them to get all of the sand out. It just felt strange standing in the shower and having sand run through your toes when you had not been to the beach. I noticed some other things like the wall paper starting to come off the wall in the bathroom. A screw holding the sink up. The stpper in the sink would not stay up. Little things that are annoying, but not worth checking out of the hotel for. Another area that was a concern was the extremely thin walls. Every night I was there, I could hear the guy next door either snorring or doing other things. Also, every morning and night, you could hear the doors slaming hard. They need to have the doors adjusted like a lot of hotels where they close softly. I could hear doors slamming anywhere from 11 PM - 1:30 AM and again from 5 AM to 8 AM. So, I could really only sleep a few hours a night without the doors waking me up. I do not blame the guest because the doors are heavy and slam shut if you do not hold onto them as they naturally close. For a hotel that cost almost $200 a night, it really was not that nice.I think I will stay in a Condo next time!!!"

"it's not a 2 nor a3 star the pitcher that you showed on the internet is false. you need to up date it .the pool was not open . i asked for extra towels but they didn't look clean. the beds wrer not clean so we had to buy clean linen so that would'nt get smart wiyh me. i just think that you should give me a discount on a 4 star place. oh and the ice maker didn't work ,the tub was dirty i had to clorox it myself. i did all of this as if i was the maid. just so they would't put me out on the street. so you need to give me a discount on somsthing. thank you"
