Stay here often. Always up to par with the Hampton quality. Staff always extremely helpful and property in good shape. Room was clean. Hampton and HGI are my two main Hilto brands. Allow me to stay within my company budget.

This Hampton is nice. The staff is friendly and helpful. The layout is OK but the distance between the pool and the lobby restroom is over 2/3 the length of the hotel. Breakfast was not the best. No real eggs and breakfast meats for hardy eaters.

Very accommodating, friendly and professional. Alexandra was extremely nice and helpful, amazing staff. The cleanest hotel in the area! Large comfortable rooms, breakfast (those cheesy scrambled eggs! Yum!) We were there for 2 weeks and it was like being in a nice apartment. Highly recommended. Loved our stay. Tiger Town is s great place to dine out and shop too.

We stayed here for our second time because the first experience was so good. The staff is very welcoming and is a great example of southern hospitality. The price, the staff, and the quality make this hotel a great value.

Just an all-around great experience. Everyone I dealt with was polite and helpful, from the person who checked me in at 1:00 am to the person who checked me out at 10:00 am the next morning. The room was clean and comfortable, the bathroom was clean and well equipped, and the public areas were equally clean and well decorated. I would not hesitate to stay here every time I'm in the area.

When we travel we always try to stay at Hilton properties because they are generally clean & consistent. This Hampton Inn was excellent. The room was clean and well appointed as is usual. The surprise came at the morning breakfast. The biscuits were made on-site by the breakfast attendant who was actually a chef! The biscuits were EXCELLENT and wonderful. Clean, easy access to 85, reasonable rates along with a breakfast in the AM made it an excellent choice for a long weekend visiting family in the area. The hotel seemed very busy for an off season time. Minutes from Auburn, which made it an ideal location to meet.

After picking up my grandson from summer camp in NC we began the long trip back to Texas. I was so glad to stop fighting holiday traffic and pull into the Hampton. We relaxed in the pool, ate burgers at one of the nearby restaurants. Slept wonderfully in the super comfortable beds and headed home to Texas the next day rested and recharged after a delicious breakfast.

I would not stay at this location again. The room was shabby. It was a handicapped room with no tub and we were not made aware of this. The upholstered chair was faded and filthy. The bedskirt was wrinkled and faded, the room smelled musty and the furniture had scratch marks and chunks knocked out of them. Not the normal nice, clean Hampton Inn.

I travel for work a lot so I make reservations online when I can. Very easy process through HHonors! Check-in was very fast and the staff was welcoming. The rooms were clean and the bed was comfortable. The best part of this hotel is the location. It's right across the interstate from TigerTown. Very easy to get to but it's not congested so it has a resort feel. The complimentary breakfast was delicious and the staff was great! Will definitely be staying here again!

I was actually pretty disappointed with this Hampton. I travel a great deal and I do stay in various Hampton Inns. I do so because I feel I can generally count on Hampton maintaining certain levels of standards. But every now and then I come across one that doesn't seem to maintain the same level of standards as others. Unfortunately this would be one of those. On the plus side: the desk staff were very friendly - both at check in and in the morning; the hotel seems clean in all the common ... Read more

This hotel is OK, but could use a remodel. The carpet in the hallway and the burgandy carpet in the rooms need to be redone. If you want better rooms in the Auburn/Opelika area, go to the Crenshaw Guest House (Great B & B) or the Hilton Garden Inn.

This was a new hotel, just off I-85 exit ramp, they decorated for the Auburn game in the lobby. Sweet tea and lemonade greet you when you arrive. Very pleasant staff. Rooms are large, some of the largest I have seen in a while. The King Suite, which my brother in law and his wife stayed in has a couch and mini kitchen. We hung out in their room. Stopped in coming from Montgomery Alabama watching oldest daughter play college softball. Had a very bad experience at another motel chain and had to find refuge from that place. It was a pet friendly facility unknown to me upfront and very much ran down for size and name of chain. Animal droppings everywhere and bad smell in rooms. Hampton Inn was a God send for me and my family as we travel quite often.

We have been staying at this hotel for several years and paying the outrageous rates for Auburn home games. On our visit over the 10/1 weekend, we saw some black mold on the bathroom ceiling (#234) and some scrapes on the wallpaper in the room. Breakfast was just okay. The hotel is in need of a remodel or a thorough cleaning and update. There are several newer hotels in the area now. Next year, we'll try somewhere else. We paid $350/night for a $75/night experience.

Would recommend NOT to stay here if your used to Hampton quality and comfort. You will be truly disappointed and as dissatisfied as we were.
