This is a great place to stay! Especially for a State Softball tournament. Complimentary breakfast and dinner saved us a lot of money and time! Clean rooms, great staff. Would definitely stay again and recommend to anyone-business or leisure.

This is my first time staying at a Drury Inn with a pet. The stay has been excellent. We arrived at 6pm, just in time for dinner and drinks. They have a nice hot bar and three free drinks per person. Beds extremely comfy. Breakfast was excellent as well. And the staff all wonderful!

Excellent stay!!!! Beautiful hotel with exceptional staff. Was upgraded to a suite as I wanted to stay on a lower level ... this wasn't expected and was a nice surprise. Super comfortable room with a even better bed. Would stay again!

For anyone looking for a place to call home, while you're away from home, this hotel is it! The staff is friendly and very accommodating of all your needs, particularly Wendy at the front desk and Kirk one of the Managers. The hotel is kept immaculate. There is a Free full breakfast offered everyday, as is dinner. There are plenty of foods to choose from and yes, the food tastes great! Freshly made popcorn is also offered to their guests as are beverages free of charge. The rooms are kept imma... Read more

Traveling alone with two kids is nerve wracking-especially when you've been on the road for 2 full days driving cross country. My third night of this long trek, I had the very good fortune of being able to stay at the Montgomery Drury Inn & Suites. Upon arrival, I had a very upsetting issue (thought I had lost my debit card) and the manager was able to assist me and come up with a solution until I was able to locate it again (luckily it was in the car!) In the mean time, he suggested that I ta... Read more

I cut short a trip to Annapolis, Maryland to attend the memorial service for a friend in Selma, AL. Needing to stay overnight I researched via internet hotels in the Montgomery, AL area. Drury Inn & Suites was hi8ghly rated and the rate was reasonable, therefore I made a mobile booking. Service, security and accommodations were excellent.

Needed one more hotel before heading home, and chose the Drury Inn & Suites....had never stayed at one before. Very conveniently located, quite large, clean, and comfortable. The staff is super friendly, and really want you to like their hotel. They not only offer free breakfast, but also snacks and drinks during their "Happy Hour". We did not partake in that because we already had dinner plans, but it was a nice touch for folks that didn't want to go out to eat. Even the manager was hands ... Read more

Firstly the good news. The hotel was easy to find ,clean and comfortable. I found the staff just going through the motions with their smiles and have a good day speak. The 5.30 kick back was particularly disappointing. We had driven up from New Orleans and looked forward to kickback as we had really enjoyed it in New Orleans. We didn't get down there till nearly 6pm and it was utter chaos. Lots of single people at tables for 4 meant we could not find a place to sit. People were coming down and ... Read more

I was traveling back to Georgia from Texas and needed a quick one night stay ~ (I thought I could make the 15 hour drive home by myself in one day but ... Nope. :)) ~ I actually called two hotels for last minute rates and the Drury won, not because they were less expensive (I actually paid $10 more), but because the customer service when I called was sooo much better at Drury. (I wish I could remember the young lady's name that helped me but it's not coming to me at the moment) ~ She was extreme... Read more

We just left the Drury in Montgomery Alabama. It was Wonderful! So nice and clean! The staff was wonderful, as usual, especially Kiara at the front desk last night. She was doing it all-checking people in, answering the phones and giving directions but still found time to print out a map for my son. Very sweet! Great job Kiara! We also met Rena in the dining area this morning. We needed a highchair for my grandson but they were all being used. As soon as one came available she wiped it down ... Read more

Stayed at the Drury on the way to SC from Texas. The hotel is nice and clean and the front desk was very friendly. I feel like this is the nicest hotel in this area! Love their pet policy so we look for Drury when we travel. My daughter and son in law's truck got broken into but nothing of great value was taken. The hotel was full and we checked in late so we had to park pretty far out. The area is a little questionable but the parking lot is well lit. The front desk was very apologetic and took... Read more

stayed here for five (5) days on July 24 - July 1. Firstly, the hotel appeared very clean and the staff were extremely gracious. The hotel does allow dogs and over the course of my stay, I saw a number of dogs ranging from small to large. There were fleas in my room and I was bitten several times. On the last day, I woke up and had a tick in my hair. Very upsetting. This could only have come from this hotel. I reported to the front desk, called back a second time and reported this and su... My family of 3 kids and my sister's 4 kids stayed here for one night on our way back from Atlanta. The double queen rooms are huge. We had adjoining rooms which was nice. Love the free dinner! Even if you don't like the hot meal of the night they always serve baked potatoes, soup, salad, nachos and hotdogs. Everyone who worked there was so friendly. Even the managers in suits helped clear tables. My baby's feet did get dirty from crawling which surprised me because the carpet looked so clean. ... Read more

Late arrival - but check in went smoothy and quickly. Staff was very friendly. Room was clean, nicely decorated, and bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was very busy, but the seating area was large enough that we found a table right away. Food was quite good compared to other "free breakfasts" I've had at other establishments. Good selection, eggs were really good, sausage was too (turkey sausage, as far as I could tell). We were just passing thru on our way to Texas, but I will stay here again... Read more

We had a family vacation at Florida beaches (Mom,Dad, and 5 kids) Montgomery was a halfway point in the two-day drive. On the way down we stayed at the Holiday Inn Express. It was ok. On the way home we chose Drury Inn. Drury Inn was the much better choice. It was less expensive, included food in the evening, drinks, popcorn, and breakfast which saved us a lot of $$. I stayed one night and it was the best hotel I have ever stayed in. We were pressed for time due to a all-star tournament. We didn't have to leave the hotel for anything. Friendly staff, decent rooms, convenient location. My room was across from the ice machine, which was loud at times, so I recommend asking for a room away from the elevator & ice machine. The hotels has a nice little pool and gym area. Breakfast was good. The "kickback" was nice as well. The food is basic, but there is plenty of it and a couple of free drinks are included as well. We new something was up when there was trash in the wastebasket. Pillow cases were dirty and looked like they had been stepped on, hair in the tub. It just appeared to us the cleaning person cut some corners, which made us feel uncomfortable about everything. We even skipped breakfast. No place is perfect, and it served our purpose, b... We stay in Drury Inn hotels and usually love them, but this particular one was not up to our standards. There have been a lot of cuts. There were no morning newspapers. Our room wasn't cleaned by 3:30. We ended up just taking towels since we had a formal dinner to prepare for. We had to wait for coffee to brew both mornings and it was only 6:30 a.m. They need two pots going at the same time. I remember the breakfasts being way better. Until we received a random notice that the water would be turned off throughout the entire hotel, from 11 PM to 3 AM. A manager just happened to mention the issue to us while we were at the pool. Generally, hotels would either slip a note under every room door or post the information somewhere that guests would definitely see it. This is unacceptable and I'm very disappointed.
