The hotel is beautiful and you feel as if you have stepped into the 1920's. The food at dinner and breakfast was delicious and had unique touches, just like the hotel. Leaving our car in the hotel parking lot while on our cruise was easy and much more affordable than parking at the port. Uber is $5.35 each way.

The hotel is very nice. Newly remodeled but there is a front office manager named Maryanna who is very rude and abrasive. Maybe she had a bad day but in a hospitable industry she isn't very friendly nor accommodating. She rolls her eyes after you say something she may disagree with. The hotel is great. She is not that nice.

We had some trouble with our flights / weather getting to Alabama from Europe but the hotel staff were really understanding. Once we checked in, we were really happy to see our room which we would be staying in for four nights was plenty big and the bathroom was bright and big too. We did notice that the standard of housekeeping definitely wasn't up to scratch with what we're used to (there were some stray hairs stuck to the tiles in the shower and around the sink in the bathroom when we arrived... We stayed in rooms 804 and 504 and the heat/cool system were so loud it was hard to sleep. Otherwise, lovely hotel, clean and comfortable. Restaurant service is slow; food is pretty good though. I would stay there again.

Very nice hotel in a great location. Bathroom floor had hair all over it and no one came to clean after this was reported but otherwise very clean. There was also a false fire alarm which prompted evacuation. Afterwards the elevators were out of order for a while which meant climbing stairs. Otherwise we had no complaints and will definitely stay here again!

The staff here - from valet to front desk - is second to none. I was greeted by name and a smile by the evening valet and the front desk staff. I was only in town 3 days and yet one would think I was a family member. I was most impressed by this hotel. I've never been here before, but absolutely plan on staying again. The employees have found what it means to display true southern hospitality with each guest encounter.

Hotel has had a really nice updating. A lot of new, but with the look of old. For the most part a really nice hotel. Our room was relatively clean other than the carpeted floors. Looked as if someone was in a hurry vacuuming the floors. Not exactly clean. Or maybe I'm just OCD about vacuuming.

I have been a Hilton Diamond Member for each of the last 9 years. I stay more then 200 nights a year in hotels and therefore can distinguish between what should be expected at the different level brands of properties. To say this property falls short is an understatement. I booked 2 nights, leaving after 1 night and moving to the renaissance (excellent Hotel) across the street. Plus of the Admiral Hotel: Clean. good location Minus Admiral Hotel: VERY LOUD (Ships Horns at 1am), Uncomforta... Read more

My friends and I stayed in this hotel for New Year's weekend. The room service personnel were great but everything else went downhill from there. There were open condom wrappers left in the nightstand drawer. Gross! On my way out to meet more friends I dropped my phone down the elevator shaft! Great way to start off the New Year?!? I reported to the front desk staff and the front desk manager who lied repeatedly about contacting the elevator company to retrieve my phone. The building engineer w... Read more

My wife and I took a trip to Mobile to check out the city after exploring Fort Morgan. We both enjoyed the hotel decor and the rooms were spacious and well furnished. The bathroom was small but functional. We relexed with cocktails in the nice lounge area. Our only complaint was the breakfast buffet. We were each charged for coffee and orange juice on top of the $14.00 buffet price. $47.25 (including tip) seemed rather expensive for breakfast for two. The two other Hilton properties we sta...
