From the moment we walked in it was a wonderful experience. The hotel staff at this location are awesome! They truly go above and beyond to help guests have a positive experience. My husband and I both highly recommend this location.

The reception desk clerks are wonderful and so are the room/cleaning service ladies! I had one issue, our Keurig coffee machine quit working. When we were leaving for the day I mentioned it to the cleaning lady and when we got back we had a new machine. Everyone here works to make the stay a great one.

The accommodations were fine. However, the breakfast service was slow, disorganized, and expensive. For the business traveler this hotel is not a good value. I would recommend the Hampton Inn or Homewood Suites before this hotel. For the vacation traveler the location provides easy access to Airport Blvd and I 65, but it is not scenic, and their are several other hotels at lower price points with more amenities in the immediate area.

The staff here is always very friendly and welcoming! The food in the restaurant is great and the rooms are very clean and comfortable! I have been staying here for over three years and have had to stay in other hotels due to availability but make it a priority to stay at this location when I can.

I spent four years going three or four a year staying here, went back for the first time in 2 years & discovered it had not changed! Good customer service, clean, great little bar in the lobby. Front desk makes you feel like family, always attentive to your needs. FIVE STARS TO DONNA @ front desk, every hotel should have a Donna!

Stayed here for 3 nights recently, had a great experience. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and clean. My only complaint was that since I was at the end of the hallway, housekeeping didn't clean the room until 3:00 or later. On a couple of days, I had to delay returning to my room so they could finish cleaning. Otherwise, a perfect hotel stay.

Great hotel, staff was great! Very good food! The pool area is great! Kids swam until 10 that night. Gym was well equipped. Very clean and also very reasonably priced. I've paid a lot more for a whole lot less! Would definitely stay again!

Great location, close to everything. Very nice staff and accommodations. Young man at front desk was extremely helpful with arranging a room for our honeymoon couple at a moments notice. Everyone for our family event had a great time, we were all comfortable and had a great time.

Tub drained quite slowly. Bathroom mirror hung crooked. closet doors - one slid poorly, the other seemed off its rollers and could not hardly be moved. ironing board - collapsed during ironing. ironing board's wall-hanger: not sufficiently secured to wall. the duvet concept doesn't work in the South - legs comfy while upper body sweats from the bedding; bring back the sheet, blanket, and bed-spread combo! room lighting - too dim!

Room wasn't cleaned while we were there until we called to request it after 2 nights in the hotel. We had a large group staying in 16 rooms and they canceled one of our rooms after being rude to one in our group while attempting to check in because the front desk clerk for confused as to how many rooms we had and then we yelled at by the restaurant manager for bringing our own food in when there were no signs and no one told us we couldn't eat in the lobby. We booked a 2 night stay here last minute on our way to Gulf Shores. This hotel surpassed any other hotels we have stayed at. The entire staff were friendly and helpful with any questions or needs we had. The room was clean and comfortable. We will definitely stay here again if in Mobile!

Very nice property. Rooms (we had two rooms) were clean and in excellent shape. The staff was very friendly, A/C worked great (it was close to 100 outside) and the lobby was nice. One somewhat minor thing was that we had a noisy crowd near us and the late front desk person did not give us help in quietening them down. But eventually they did quieten down fortunately. But overall a really nice stay. Convenient to shops and away from the higher priced coast areas.

We stayed at this Hilton Garden Inn since it is very close to Gulf Shores...which was our final destination. It was awesome, and I wouldn't hesitate to stay there again if in the area. It was located right off the interstate and was extremely clean and nice. It had a great outdoor poo,l and the common areas were very clean and up-to-date. Parking was free and easy. Great hotel!!

The hotel needs updating and upgrades. It looked nice on the outside and in the lobby but the rooms were not great. It was quite hot outside during the time we stayed and our room never got quite cool enough. The a/c didn't work well. Also, there was a free breakfast available to guest. But only some guest. We were told that we didn't qualify because we booked our hotel during the sale. I guess the sale was the room cost minus breakfast. :-/

Hotel was very nice. Only complaint is bed was too hard and advertised sleep number bed but ours didn't adjust. Also checkout staff was too busy socializing with male coworker to do a good job when I needed assistance calling my room from business center. There is a phone in business center bit it only lets you call front desk not directly to rooms. Why? I have no clue.

My stay was two nights on Business in Mobile, Mon-Wed July 5-7. Location was fairly easy to find, on the I65 Service Road on the way into town from the Airport on Airport BLD. Check in was done online beforehand, and Janice at the front desk had me to my room in a breeze. Clean but expensive. There is no free breakfast, which we did not know until we were given a check. We thought it came with the room, but obviously not. The breakfast was 11 dollars per person, even if you just get the buffet. We could eat at waffle house, which is way better food, for that price. Everyone was nice, just wish there was a free breakfast. The hotel isn't any nicer than the other hotels in the area that do have free breakfast. I would rather stay at a Hampton.

Missed the turn into the driveway ; the sign is over grown with vegetation. Nice entry into the foyer. Greeted nicely and told about the food and beverages. Directed to the elevator to get to my floor.

The Garden Inn in Mobile offered an extraordinary stay after a hard day driving a U-Haul truck. The entire staff from desk clerk, dining waitress and housekeeper were very friendly and accommodating. We travel for work frequently and this location is one of our favorites. The entire staff (front desk, housekeeping, dining) is friendly and helpful. After a long day, it's so convenient to enjoy a great dinner without having to leave the hotel. We were also recognized for being Lifetime Diamond members with a special gift. It is nice to feel appreciated!

Worst Hilton Garden Inn I have ever been to. Rooms were old looking and dirty. Unfriendly staff and screaming by the pool until 10:30 even when pool was supposed to be closed. Needless to say we didn't get a good nights rest at all

The check in staff was a very friendly and helpful young man. The room and hotel lobby were clean. We had a light meal in the restaurant which was very good. Breakfast was "different". No menu, the wait staff came over and asked us what we wanted. We had no idea what was actually available so she had to recite everything they had. It seemed odd. The bacon was not good and the biscuit was awful. Other than the breakfast situation we would recommend this hotel.

Great hotel with excellent service. The bed was nice and adjustable for firmness- both sides could be individualized. Pool, fitness center and business center available. The only complaint would be the in-house grill was understaffed. The lady working the bar, waitressing and generally doing everything alone was super-nice and apologized multiple times. The room had comfy furniture- as seen in my selfie enjoying the Keurig coffee. Another great amenity!

Stayed for ten nights. Hotel was clean and well appointed. Only problem was with AC and the staff corrected the problem each time it happened. I didn't use any of the other facilities but they looked okay.

Nice hotel tucked in the corner away from all the street noise. Enjoyed our stay, very comfortable beds! Food quality and restaurant staff was a bit off what were used to at a Hilton so we were a little disappointed, but overall a very good hotel.

Was extremely happy with my stay at the Hilton Garden Inn, Mobile Airport Area. My flight was delayed, my luggage didn't arrive and I got to the Hotel around midnight. Staff was extremely courteous and offered me toothbrush and razor without me even asking. Room was clean, breakfast was very good and the location to I 65 was very convenient for my business travels. Will definitely stay here next time I am in Mobile.

Employees were nice but the hotel really needs some updating. My room smelled like it used to be a smokers room. The entire floor smelled like BO. Mattress had a big dip in it. Room attendant left one decaf K cup for me. I was disappointed as I have always had good experiences at Garden Inns. I will not stay at this one again.

The room was very clean and very comfortable. The entire staff I interacted with was excellent, very professional and just really nice. Made me feel they cared about the patrons. Went down for breakfast at 6:00 AM- food was great and the service was great. Super location, enjoyed my visit.

Our room was clean and nice. The hotel was conveniently located to the Mitchell Center and nicer than the others in that same area. We did have a movie charged to our room we didn't watch. They did take care of that. Breakfast was usually at 7 they started breakfast at 6 because our event started at 7:30 That was nice of them

Comfortable and quiet rooms at a reasonable price. The staff was very nice and helpful. Even coming in after midnight they were bright and cheerful. They have Tesla charging station. The perfect hotel to spend the night after a long day on the road.

This isn't where I usually stay when I visit Mobile. However, my first visit was pleasant. The area seemed safe. The staff was friendly, the room was clean and well appointed. The food at the restaurant was good. I got exactly what I expected from this visit. If my #1 spot is ever unavailable, this is the next best place.

We were headed back to ATL from LFT on an unplanned trip with a 5 year old. Found this property on and loved it. The staff was incredibly friendly, the food was great, and the rooms were in good condition. The property had gone thru a reno within last few years, so soft goods are in good condition. Beds, bathrooms, and sleeping conditions were perfect for what we needed. We would definetly stay again.

Two night stay with my wife and two teenage sons. The bed was comfortable and the towels were soft. Staff was friendly. I was skeptical of the breakfast but it was fine. We only stayed for one night while travelling to New Orleans. The hotel was clean, room was lovely and big. The king bed was huge and very comfortable. The hotel was located near other hotels and also convenient to eating places. The hotel was great and our short stay was very comfortable. Would defiantly recommend.

Carnival Cruise Line has started cruising from Mobile again and I wanted a pre-cruise hotel away from the hustle and bustle of downtown. This Hilton Garden Inn was a great choice. Hilton does a great job of making sure the rooms are very clean and making sure you can tell the rooms are very clean. Very comfortable bedding and all of the expected amenities. The breakfast was delicious and the staff was very friendly and helpful. They did not have enough luggage carts so when we got there with our car full of stuff for our two girls, we had to lug around our stuff in a laundry cart. I was grateful the desk worker offered the cart but wish we had an actual luggage rack.

My husband and I were in Mobile for a funeral. We arrived Thanksgiving night. The staff recommended a couple of restaurants nearby that were open. We enjoyed the hotel breakfast options the next day. The location was easy to find and we felt very safe.
